Excellent stay, great location and clear communication from host

great location, good size, well equipped and comfortable beds

the shower had a leak but there are two so no big deal. extra towels would have been ideal

nice location, nice terrasse, heating, fridge, freezer, etc in good condition. quiet area, good beds. parking and garage was convenient.

the pictures of the apartment must from when the apartment was new. reality be didn’t meet expectations at all. Worn down apartment, very sparse with furniture. no curtains, no chairs or desk in bedrooms only very simple worn bed tables. Whole apartment need to be refurbished. sour stench from drains that would not go away. cleaning was really bad, dishes were not clean in cupboard, lots of old hair in drains and evacuation was slow. the landlord didn’t fix it, when we told him. not great.

the view from the balcony was not the best but the balcony IT-stöd was great.

No complaints, the location was perfect and the apartment was lovely.

location was perfect it had everything close by, it was a very modern and clean apartment. Alejandro was so easy to communicate with and very quick at responding and helped with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here again if I come back to Puerto Banus.

location was superb, have to say that property contact was brilliant, very accommodating. will stay there again.

complex needs more sun beds - need to drain the stagnant water in the ponds - it’s a beautiful setting, this will make it better

We couldn't recommend this apartment enough!It was so well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed. It was in immaculate condition. The location is perfect,just a couple of minutes walk from the centre. The host was extremely helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect! Thanks to the hosts for an amazing stay!

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. It had everything we needed. Very comfy furniture and the hosts have truly thought of everything. Loved this apartment and will be back for sure as its just the perfect location / value for money and the apartment truly is as stunning as on the pictures. It also has a big communal garden with swimming pools and is a very close walk to the beach and restaurants / shops etc. For me, personally, the location could not be more perfect.

Lovely Apartment in a great Location! Close to the supermarket and Port but in a private and quite area. We loved it so much we are coming back!

Door of apartment looked like it was broken into before because the frame and latch were damaged, door could be easily kicked in, but the complex itself was very safe & secure. Only a minor thing, everything else was fine
