Everything inside and out

It is well equipped and very central - we were able to walk to the Castle and to the Town Centre. It was beautifully clean and a very acceptable welcome package with a lovely note had been left in the kitchen. In addition because it was between Christmas and New Year, the downstairs had been beautifully decorated. It was above and beyond what we expected.

It has clearly been extended and modernized over the years which means it is lovely but also you have to watch out for little steps between passages - I stubbed my toe a couple of times. Parking a bit tight but ok.

Fantastic location, beautiful house! Very spacious for 6 adults. The house was fully equipped, and a lovely welcome pack on arrival!

excellent location. Clean and roomy property. Beautifully decorated.

Disappointed to have to strip beds, empty bins etc before the check out deadline of ten a.m. I feel that the amount paid for the property should cover bed stripping!

Fireplace. Cosy vibe. Generous kitchen. Own garden.

No option of lighter or single duvets. Mattress in master bed was soft. Needs another reading lamp near sofa in sitting room. No vegetable peeler, electric beater and a few other essentials.

Cottage was absolutely perfect for 3 generations of our family. Spacious and the owners had thought of everything! Great location, walking distance to beautiful Warwick centre. So sad to leave - already planning our next trip!

Really beautiful home, well furnished with a great garden. The location was fantastic for Warwick Castle and the Park. Easy to check in and information ahead of arrival was useful. Clear notes left in the property to help make our arrival easy. We had an amazing stay - just a couple of pointers for improvement to make this A*!

A couple of improvements could be made to make this place even better: - There wasn't any soap left in the downstairs toilet - One of the pans was faulty (despite saying induction, didn't work on the hob) - There were a number of food items left in cupboards by other guests which is generally fine but they were out of date - Garlic from Dec 2021 & some Herbs which had a 2020 BB Date (would recommend all items are checked in between each visit) - Whilst the house decor is absolutely stunning, there are some gaps in the windows upstairs (looks to have bowed over time). Would recommend the owners look at this as whilst the location is quiet, some noise can be heard (esp. with planes overhead at night).

Extremely well appointed, immaculate, homely, full of character, excellent location, quiet and quaint area.
