We stayed for five nights in May. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the cottage. The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the centre of Rhosneigr and the beaches. The whole bungalow was spacious. We were a group of five adults and had plenty of room. There were three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The beds were very comfortable. There were firm and soft pillows for each person. In the bedrooms the wardrobes provided lots of space for clothes. The bathroom contained a very functional shower. Lighting was good throughout the house. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Everything you might need was available including plenty of crockery and cutlery. There were pots and pans of varying sizes. Everything was of good quality. The dishwasher worked well. There was a convenient dining area and a lounge. Outside at the back of the property there was a pleasant garden with a sitting area with a view to the Llyn Maelog. At the front there was a lawn with a bench where we enjoyed the sunshine, and a long drive with room to park three or even more cars. When we arrived we were delighted to find that some milk, coffee, tea, welshcakes and biscuits had been left for us. It was a very nice touch.

The instructions for recycling and rubbish collection were not at all clear and probably out of date. We rang up about them but the person we spoke to was not really able to help. We only tried to use the television once but could not work out the controls. There were fragrance sticks in each room which we found unpleasant. We put them out of the way for our stay. Communication with Sykes Cottages before our stay was helpful but they could not tell us exactly what was provided in the kitchen. As a result we took some some equipment that was unnecessary. An additional extension lead in our bedroom would have been useful.
