We loved the spacious apartment, which was really modern and clean. We also loved the swimming pool.

The apartment was very modern and roomy. It was extremely well equipped, and the washing room has a washing machine and a ironing board. Change of towels in the middle of the week. The swimming pool is a big plus, with the nice sunbathing chairs. Private secured parking. Nice barbecue. Super welcoming hosts. Located 100 meters of a supermarket and bakery. Fir the beach you just cross the by moments busy road. The village Podstrana is near by the old town of Split (6km), Omis village which is the outdoor activities place to be (30 mins), Krka natur park (1 hour drive). Really a top appartement.

Everything was amazing. Honestly I do not know what to say. We were very happy there. Apartments are modern, clean and practical. Very near to the market, cafe,bakery and of course beach. The pool is amazing to have and BBQ are also. Parking right by the apartments.Owners are so nice and helpful. I recommend it to everyone who wants to really enjoy the holidays 😊🙏

Super clean, newly renlvated hoise, sea view balcony, swimming pool and bbq pit is available. Many eateries near by, beach just accross the road, Boat tour agency 50 mtr away and a tabbac shop as well next to it.

Internet doesnot work almost 10perc effectiven only. And carry Kuna for nearby eateries.

Apartment House Ivan John is the ideal accommodation for a family of four. It's a beautiful apartment complex conveniently located in Podstrana, just outside of Split. It boasts 2 bedrooms with A/C, 1 complete bathroom with a walk in shower and one bathroom with extra toilet. The kitchen is well equipped plus its very neat and clean, dining table for four, large sofa with a big flat screen tv, WiFi and a relaxing balcony with partial view of the sea. There is even a laundry room downstairs where one can wash their clothes - washing detergent etc are all provided. During our stay both Ivan and Catarina checked in with us to see if we needed anything else such as fresh towels, very hospitable.  Furthermore, right around the corner there is 1 supermarket and a bakery with everything one might need. Also there are several fast food kiosks near the waters where many locals go to grab a bite in the evening. For some great restaurants, we highly recommend Kasa Grill Bar located in Strobec approx. 5 min. drive and Konoba Pizzeria Perun within walking distance approx. 5 min. Some towns worth visit are Omis and Trogir. Split Old town is less than a 20 minute drive. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much !!

Had such a lovely time at the apartment. Stayed for 11 nights and felt so at home here. Got a lovely warm welcome and showed round the apartment by Katarina's family. Katarina kept in contact throughout the holiday to ensure everything was alright and if we needed anything more. Half way through the holiday she also offered the service of changing the bedding and towels to fresh ones for us. Couldn't have asked for better hosts! The apartment is kept modern and clean with all the things you need equipped with it. The pool space is the perfect size and is still kept amazingly clean and well maintained and is provided with pool towels too. Getting into split is also super easy. There are bus stops on the main road just past Tommy's supermarket which take you straight into split within 20-30 minutes. The apartment is also close to three beaches all with plenty of choices of where to eat and drink. One beach which is a further walk away has pedalos and paddle boards to hire. This beach is next to the camp site so can be a bit busier than the beach which had 2 restaurants and a bar on. The latter beach happened to be our favourite as we preferred eating and drinking with the beach being right at our feet. We booked a few day trips with Pelican tours and the apartment is perfectly situated about a 3 minute walk away from the podstrana meeting point for these tours, which made it perfect with the early morning starts! Would recommend this stay to anyone!
