The house was clean and well stocked- would have loved to spend more time there during the day enjoying the views… next time!

Julia was the best host we have had with any VRBO we have stayed in. From the directions, gift basket, amenities and cleanliness; this property is perfect! The views and peacefulness were abundant, the location perfect and the home was everything as described… we will be back! My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay! We stayed here for 5 days with our three kids and everything was awesome! It is a very clean, comfortable, fully equipped home located in a quiet place with a magic mountain views. Pagosa Hot springs are pretty close (about 10 minutes drive).

Just left this property! The property owners were very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. It was just my husband and I so the place was plenty big. A neat feature was all the heated floors. The view out the back side is breathtaking with the sun set and snow topped mountains. It is definitely quiet. We will try to book here again!

This condo exceeded our expectations. Huge windows with a beautiful view of a pond. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful and unexpected. It was spacious , clean, and nicely decorated. There was a nice area for the kids to play in the snow. The location was good. Make sure you get pizza from rosies pizzeria!

The home is very clean and comfortable! Beautiful views. Well stocked pantry and a nice basket of treats. Conveniently located approximately 2 miles from the hot springs in a quiet neighborhood. Nice hot showers! Great mattresses - we slept very well. We will be back to rent this sweet home. Thanks Julia

We stayed for a week in the winter. We could not be happier with our stay! The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Our kids loved having the loft and their own space! The location is Fantastic and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Home was very neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed for our four day stay. Loved the views of the mountains. Beds were comfortable and our son loved the loft. We will stay again the next time we visit Pagosa. Owner checked to make sure we got into the home and had everything we needed. Loved our visit!

Great, well-kept property in Pagosa Springs!

Where do a I even begin?! Our family travels to Colorado often. This is hands down the best experience we’ve had in 10 years! The home had everything we needed. Clean, cozy and well stocked. I was a little concerned with the homes being connected because we typically stay in a cabin but it was not an issue at all! The neighbors were welcoming and friendly and it felt very private. Our kids loved the upstairs loft! We actually ended up staying an additional night due to the snow and road conditions and it was worth it! The home stayed more than warm with the fireplace. The jetted tub was an awesome extra and even the kiddos enjoyed their “spa day” using it! The muck/laundry area was perfect for storing our skis and snow boots and the bench inside was an extra plus for more room! We cooked every night and were impressed with the fully stocked kitchen! Also a HUGE plus having WiFi and access to Netflix for the kids at night. Easy access to everything in town and a perfect driveway for sledding ;) Our kids 3&10 enjoyed watching the planes take off and building a snowman in the front. Our only wish was that this place could be available for the summer too! We 100% will be back!

My family and I enjoyed this home and felt very comfortable and welcome. The views of the mountain range are spectacular. The home is tastefully decorated and furnished and all things provided were of high quality. The bed in the master was extremely firm, which accommodated our preference perfectly. We slept better than we have in a long time. After a day of skiing the electric fireplaces were just what our bodies needed. The home has a very positive feel and it was very restful. We appreciate all the details and thoughtfulness Julia has clearly put into her home. I will definitely try to stay here whenever we are back in that area. Restaurants, the springs, gas stations, ski shop and grocery store are within a few miles distance. Much love from New Mexico.

We LOVED this home! (The kids wanted it to be our new home....haha!) It was warm, comfortable, well situated to town, quiet and had the most AMAZING views! We had a white Christmas, and enjoyed a wonderful time skiing at close-by Wolf Creek, and also took advantage of town living with an even closer Walmart! We saved money by eating at home almost every meal, thanks to the amply supplied kitchen that even had some helpful extra items in the pantry for use. The instant fireplace was warm and appreciated after playing out in the snow. And the owners instructions on the house were clear and helpful. ("The microwave is trickier than it should be" - he he!) Our family of 5 was more than comfortable in the ample space. And the beds were SUPER comfortable! Thank you so much Barwells, for creating such a cozy, comfortable, and hospitable place for us to stay this Christmas!

Thanks, Julia, for sharing your condo with us! We really enjoyed our first time to Pagosa Springs. The condo was furnished beautifully and was very comfortable for our family of 3. Great location and loved the view of the pond and the local airport. This won't be our last visit to Pagosa!

Property was totally awesome. We cook every night. Thanks to the owner of letting us use their grill. Spectacular scenery. If I have a chance on booking this property again. This was our first time to Pagosa Springs. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our family vacation. I waited until the last minute to book and Julia was so kind to allow us to book this place at the last minute. Excellent choice. This townhouse is beautiful and had plenty space for our family of five. The view is amazing. My youngest son loved the pond. He enjoyed watching the ducks and even saw a fox one morning. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings not only enjoying the scenery but also the peace and quiet. My daughter loved the loft on the 3rd level. She enjoyed having her own space from her brothers. It was nice having two bathrooms and both being attached to the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. Having a laundry room was also a nice feature. With the weather being cooler and rainy, it was nice having the garage to get in and out of our vehicle. My husband's truck is fairly new so he really enjoyed being able to park it inside. This place is exactly as described. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We were close to everything yet located in an area that was nice and quiet. The grounds are very well maintained too. If we are ever back in Pagosa Springs, I will definitely contact Julia to rent this townhouse. She is very responsive and so easy to work with.

Everything was great. The touch light switches were a bit tricky, but they worked.

The condo is just as shown. Plenty of space for our family ski trip. We stayed 3 nights, preparing a full breakfast each morning and a large dinner one night. Everything we have at home was in the kitchen. The condo has plenty of space for our family to sit and catch up. Large windows allows as much sunlight as you need. The mountains are easily scene and our youngest son loved having the small airport just 200 yards away. The airport was very small (private plans only) and we never heard a sound the entire time. Ducks and Geese were always swimming in the large pond just 20 yards from the back porch. Both bedrooms and attached bathrooms were very nice, clean and very well stocked. Our youngest son stayed in the 3rd level "loft" where he felt all alone and enjoyed having his own space, yet we could easily speak to him by just speaking up in the wide open living area. Our bed was very comfortable and the boys all liked theirs as well. Having attached bathrooms to each bedroom was also a nice option. It did get warm in the 3rd level loft area on the first night, but after lowering the thermostat each night before bed and turning on the living area ceiling fan, it was much better the rest of the stay. Staying in the winter and having the enclosed garage down below was also very nice. The car was warm each morning when we left. The building appears to house 4 separate condo units and it's apparent all the condo owners take pride in their building. From the always locked garage walkway door, cleanliness of the garage and overall condition of the grounds and the building, this is a well maintained property. The location is fantastic! Just blocks off Highway 160 and very quiet. It is on the west side of town where everything seems to be newer and growing. We were 2 stop lights or less to the grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. At the same time, it is just blocks from downtown and the natural springs. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had, both prior to arrival and during our stay. When we come back to Pagosa Springs, we will definitely reach out and pray it is available again.
