Abbiamo affittato qui a OVC più di 10 anni, e ora possediamo le nostre due bellissime unità e vogliamo condividerle con voi. Abbiamo diversi ospiti che sono tornati ogni anno. Vieni a stare con noi e vedi perché continuano a tornare! Ci piacerebbe tanto che venissi in spiaggia e partecipassi alla nostra famiglia di ospiti.

This condo is worth the trip and pricing! Gated area and private access to the beach! Easy to get around the island from here with lots of food options and grocery stores within minutes of the location. The condo was clean and exactly as expected. The view from the balcony is an added bonus and is very relaxing to enjoy coffee on!

The property was exactly as advertised. We visited between Christmas and New Year's for a few days. The beach was accessible and quiet, as was the condo development. We didn't need anything as far as amenities, and the location is close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the city without too much time lost in commuting, but it is far enough south to make easy work of destinations down the coast. There are plenty of restaurants and essentials (Publix, CVS, etc) near the condo. We would stay again.

We have stayed 4 times in this area last 4 years. This condo is the best one yet. Easy access to pool, beach, coffee, groceries, and 15 min from city center. Decor is cute, kitchen is well-stocked with pans and utensils which is rare. Very clean interior and nice with more recent renovations. Can’t wait to return next year!

Place was not very clean based on the fee, closet had tables and other items to lessen storage, dishes were stained. Coffee pot was disgusting, many items had to be deep cleaned to be acceptable. No elevator should be specified. Seemed like a very minimal amount was spent to create comfort. Not coming back.

I made a last minute booking here for a solo trip with my dog. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.
The checkin process was exactly as described and everything was right I expected it to be. The unit itself is clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. I especially appreciated the new washer and dryer within the unit as I was definitely changing clothes multiple times a day!
I worked remotely from the dining room table and had plenty of bandwidth.
I really enjoyed how close the beach was to the unit. I didn’t make use of the other Anne iTunes during my stay but they looked nice and plenty of people were enjoying them.
I hope to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo and would highly recommend. The condo was spotless, offered a well-stocked kitchen and had everything we needed for the beach. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and is in a great location - close to restaurants and 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.
The only issue we had was that there was no communication from the owner and they don't provide any information on the VRBO site as to the exact address of the condo. We did receive some communication from the property manager, but they didn't provide the unit number in their communication. We had to reach out to the owner on the day we were checking in to find out the number of the condo, which, after traveling all day, was quite frustrating.

This is condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! It’s in a great location within the development- the pool is close by and short walk to the beach. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed in the master bedroom! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and even beach chairs and umbrellas. My grandson and daughter came for a week, unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great for the beach but there is plenty for a 12 yo boy to do - workout in the gym, use the heated pool and a good internet connection for his screen time :). This was our 3rd year at Ocean Village Club - it’s quiet, safe and everyone is very nice and friendly. We had our little 14lb cavapoo dog with us - it barely took a day for her to realize the staff in the golf carts always had a dog treat for her and lots of friendly people and dogs to say ‘hi’ to - pretty sure she’d give this property 5 stars too!

This is a lovely property. Clean, conveniently located to the beach and comfortable for the four senior adult women in our party. No elevators, but fortunately we were only on the 2nd floor. It was a bit of a struggle lugging luggage and ice chests, but we managed. The beach view is minimal, but it's there. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen needs a few more tools and there’s only 1 skillet. Very cool kitchen lighting...I want it for my kitchen. Very responsive host! Overall good place and would stay here again.

A Number of Issues
First, let me just say that the location is wonderful. The beach itself is quite nice. That said, there were a number of issues with the unit which began with a poorly communicated check-in process. The owner was quick to respond with the information we needed, but this didnt necessarily resolve things as quick as we would of hoped. Cleanliness of unit was subpar. Guest bedroom did seem to be cleaned. We ended up vacuuming and throwing away trash when we got there. There were a number of other issues as well - washer/dryer leaving oil/grease marks on clothes, unusable/extremely uncomfortable pull out couch (we had to buy a blow up mattress for child), etc. To add to this the owner stated he would refund the cleaning fee as there was a number of issues, primary of which was the cleaning issue. I have yet to see that refund. A bit unhappy about that.

This was our first visit to St Augustine. This property is in an excellent location. Property owner was readily available and friendly. Would highly recommend. Condo was well decorated, clean, and spacious. We definitely stay in here in the future.

Wonderful Experience
We stayed one-week. The property was very clean and the location was fantastic. It is a short walk to the beach, a short drive to St. Augustine or a little farther to Jacksonville. We are already considering a return next year as there is so much to see and do in the area we couldn't get to everything in just one week.

This was a wonderful property. Our condo was very pretty.. It was nicely furnished. We loved even though this an oceanfront property that we could drive right out on the beach. Everything was convenient to us. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to spend a relaxing vacation.

Perfect location
We stayed in this condo for 3 weeks in March. It was our second visit to this complex, though in a different condo last time. This complex is wonderfully located right on the beach and the complex amenities are wonderful. The owner was great to work with and very hands on even though he was not physically present. We had a cleaning issue at first that he took care of immediately. Overall we were very happy with these accommodations!

Great beach condo!
Very nicely updated condo, comfortable beds, just a short walk on the property to the beach! Location is great! Restaurants within walking distance and Publix is just down the road. Easy access to Old town St. A. We even found two great places to play pickleball on Pope Road. It was a wonderful vacation.

Just Perfect!
I stayed at this property with my teenage daughter, niece and elderly mother. It was close to the pool and access to the beach. The condo was just as described. We were arriving late, so I called ahead and got code to entrance gate. We had NO issues with getting in to the resort or condo. The drive to Old Towne was very short and parking there was easy!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The poolside, tennis courts, and beach access are wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were a few very minor issues and the only reason I mention it at all is to say how responsive the owner was. Everything was taken care of immediately and we were beyond satisfied. We would highly recommend staying here and will not hesitate to book here again.

Great Family Getaway
We absolutely loved the condo. The condo was extremely nice and clean. The beach was easily accessible and the heated pool was great for this time of year. The condo is minutes away from some great dining. The owners were also very responsive. Our kids loved it! We would definitely stay there again if returning to St. Augustine!!

Awesome vacation rental and location!
We absolutely loved our rental and its location. Parking was wonderful! Easy access to the beach, amenities, downtown, shops, restaurants, etc. The condo had beach items for renters to use and it had books, games, etc for inside fun. Nice balcony with side view of the ocean and close enough to hear the waves crashing. Safe and great area to walk around. St. Augustine had so many activities I didn't have enough time to enjoy them all. Every restaurant we tried we absolutely loved. Great food and great fun! I loved my morning and evening walks with the dog to the beach. The owners are awesome and took excellent care of us during the entire trip and the management company was wonderful to work with too. Every single person we came into contact with from the resort to downtown was so pleasant. We loved the Trolley Tour, Alligator Farm and the Fountain of Youth. I loved the fact that I could bring my Havanese Bella. It was the perfect vacation and I will recommend it to all my family and friends.

Great place!
Loved the place very cozy and beach theme. The hosts were super nice and was able to answer all my questions. The area was very nice. Short walk to the beach also nice heated pool. Sunset grill was a nice restaurant if you are looking for somewhere to eat. We liked Coneheads for icecream. Would recommend to everyone and would come back!! Thank you for an excellent stay.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway PLUS Dog Friendly
My family (husband, 15yo, 11yo, and dog) and I were looking for a change of scenery near a beach with a pool. This property was perfect! You can see the beach and one of the pools (there is a second heated one) right from the balcony. The balcony was a hit especially with our dog. We could just leave the large sliders open so she could go in and out, and all of us enjoyed the ocean breeze and rustling sound as the wind blew through the palms. The beach itself was beautiful! My husband walked out to watch the sunrise every morning. We love that the condo was decorated with a beach theme, and even one of the closets was stocked with all that you would need for the beach, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. The condo, pools, and the rest of the property was clean and inviting. It is also located close to a Publix and restaurants that offer take-out. Check-in and -out was very easy! And Kenny, the owner, was very nice to work with. He reached out to stay hi and to share info and made himself available for questions/concerns any time. I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be returning.

Amazing
Literally our dream vacation. Everything about this place was amazing. The location...the condo, the neighborhood, all of it. Saint Augustine is amazing. The history, the things to do. This will be our new regular spot and we will stay here as long as they let us! The owners are phenomenal, we loved the bed and wanted to purchase one for our own home and the owner Kenneth went out of his way to go as far as sending us a copy of the receipt from when he purchased it to ensure we found the bed. (And we did). Thanks again!

Wonderful time right on the beach
Stayed for 2 weeks and loved the condo and location. It’s right in the beach which was fantastic for walking and biking.
Grocery stores are close by and the old town is about 8 miles away. The condo itself is very clean and spacious and has everything you could need.
