House was perfect. Master bedroom and bathroom is extraordinary. Nice separation from other bedrooms if you have guests or kids! We used the spa daily - an incredible view from the pool deck. Like really incredible. The driveway is certainly interesting - incredibly steep - but no mobility issues in our party so it was just fine.

This is a beautiful home is Fountain Hills. We have stayed here two years in a row. The beds are great, the views are great and the location is great! We love it because it is close to hiking and mnt biking. We will definitely try to stay here again next year.

We love the location here. The setup of the house with the pool and hot tub right out the door with a beautiful view- you can’t beat it! It was very clean and communication was easy. They had plenty of the things we needed to cook meals, too. The pool and hot tub were plenty hot due to the summer heat!

Well kept home with a gorgeous view. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality pots and pans, etc. Kitchen table seats six and is perfect for family game time.

We enjoyed our time in Fountain Hills. The location of this property was great. The sunrises were spectacular, could see them from the master bedroom and living kitchen area. The out door patio could have used some attention along with the grill. First day there we got to watch yard maintenance do all day clean up, not on the menu of what to expect.
The weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy the pool and water wasn't heated. We spent time indoors on the uncomfortable couches. My only suggestion for this property would be replace couches and not have yard maintenance do a major clean up while rented.

You are the King of the Hill!!!! The home has some beautiful views and has a very nice open layout. There’s a good flow from kitchen to living room to outside. The pool added to some great views from the side. We had a blast!!!! First time in Fountain Hills as well…cute little town with some good spots and very convenient to roads and any shopping you may need. A very nice stay.

Everything about this property was good, Linda was prompt to response if needed. The only thing we didn’t like that 3-4 days prior to our staying there we were asked to pay extra for heating “The Hot tub “ otherwise we had very pleasant stay

Paradise with a View
Every day was a pleasure at this property. Super views of the sunrise every morning. Hot tub is great. Kitchen could be outfitted better. Master suite is awesome. TV channel selection is limited to major networks with no cable.

Amazing views and outstanding stay
House overall is excellent with outstanding views of the mountains to south and East. Can see the fountain from the pool. House itself is nicely remodeled and very comfortable.
The home is on the side of the hill which means the pool is very private on the front of the house and above the neighbors.
The only downside is the hill also makes the driveway steep. But you can turn around in the drive as well as park in the garage so it is no problem one you get used to it.
Will stay again when we return to AZ.

Nice home with great views.
We rented the home for one month. For the price paid for this home rental we expected everything to be up to date and working. We had to take apart and unplug the guest bathroom drain as taking a shower water would stand and not drain. The ice maker on refrigerator did not work as Linda said it was slow. My husband cleaned out ice maker and we finally had ice. Very poor lighting in the kitchen and dining area in particular. The electrical on the west end of house outside is in shambles, open boxes, loose wiring everywhere, unsafe. Renters we feel should not have to make repairs, maybe property manager should check property to make sure everything is working. The front yard was very untidy, needed clean up of dead plants and weed control. Tall weeds around pool area amongst plants. Disposal of dead rat on right side end of pool.

Fountain Hills, AZ
The house is comfortable and spacious with tall ceilings and recent renovations that include nice updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool and spa are key features of the house and the view of Fountain Hills and the surrounding mountains is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet with dining, groceries, etc. being only a few minutes away. Owner Jeannette was responsive, and Property Manager Linda lives very close in case anything is needed. Please be sure to inquire about propane gas charges as they were not spelled out clearly in the house description when we rented and were not included in the rental quote along with the other taxes and fees. We were notified four days before check-in that there would be an additional charge for propane gas if the pool or spa were to be heated. Depending on the weather the pool may or may not need to be heated but the spa always will. The propane can be expensive since there is no cover for the spa or pool and therefore needs to be heated daily. I was told this is common in Arizona but has not been my experience when renting in other parts of the country. The propane tank on the gas grill was also empty which required replacement although we only used it once. Other than that, the house and the Fountain Hills area is very nice.

The house was really nice and the views are spectacular. We spent a month there and throughly enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the pool heater kept malfunctioning and it took a while to get it repaired. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Quarantine Escape!!
From reservation, check in, to check out our experience at Eric and Jeannette’s property was top notch! The home was perfect for our group of 4. The heated pool and breath taking views of the mountains alone made the trip worth it. Every morning we woke to the sun rising over the mountains and ended with gorgeous cotton candy skies at sunset. There was plenty of golf and hiking options near the home providing many things to do in a covid era. Also had PLENTY of food options in the vicinity. Close enough to the airport but far enough outside of Phoenix proper to provide the ultimate trip for relaxation. We loved our stay and hope to return someday soon!!

Stunning views!
My family and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Even though we were quarantined during the COVID pandemic, we couldn't ask for anything more. The views from the front yard are amazing and everything in the house was as advertised. The owner and property manager were both very attentive to address any of my inquiries.

Very pleasant home with fantastic views. For the most part the home was very well equipped, but could use some additional tableware to prevent handwashing between dishwasher loads. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet and again' the views are unparalleled!!!

Most beautiful view
This house took my breath away. Both inside and out was stunning. Nothing beat the beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset though. Perfect location and perfect home. The owner and the manager were both so nice and very helpful all throughout our stay. We will be coming back every year as long as this house is for rent

This was our family’s first time renting a home. This house is AMAZING!! The views are absolutely stunning! This home is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. We traveled with our teenage kids. They loved every moment of our trip. I cannot say it enough this house and our overall experience with the homeowner Jeannette and Linda who manages the property were just wonderful!! House was immaculate upon arrival and any questions I had, Linda would respond immediately. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOUSE! You will NOT be disappointed!!!! If we travel to Arizona in the future, we will definitely pick this home again!!!

The view was beautiful
The house was beautiful, the pool was beautiful and the view was lovely. Every morning with coffee my husband and I would watch the sun rise. The teens enjoyed selfie posting by the pool also lol
But we had our week planned with more things we did not see last visits, so Friday was a lounge at the house day & order out . The landscapers showed up early morning.
Had to finish out coffee inside. And then decided to go have breakfast and walk the park by the fountain. Came back around 11:30/12 and they were gone. Got on swim suites came out to lay by pool. Thirty minutes later, they came back. And were there most of the afternoon. Kinda ruined that day. I would say poor planning on my part but we were not told about this on arrival or prior. But we did rent the house to enjoy outside. We would have planned our days different. Also there was entirely to much softener put in the water system. We love Arizona and loved the area of Fountain Hills. Some great local restaurants and the park was nice.
I never heard of disc golf, that was fun to watch. Anyway thank you for a lovely home to stay.
