Lovely place was just what we were looking for.

What a relaxing stay at the Turtle Nest Inn! So many positive things about this Inn. The location was perfect! The inn was beautiful. Loved the pool area. It was so relaxing sitting out at the pool listening to the ocean. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. So many reasons to select this Inn. Having a rental car included was a game changer. Rental pick up was super easy. We explored the entire island!! We loved having access to pool toys, beach chairs that we took with us to the nearby beaches. Our room also included a cooler that we used for picnic lunch. Utilized the laundry area a couple of times. Walked down beach to Grape Tree Cafe for lunch. Walked over to Beach Bubbles and purchased homemade soaps. Enjoyed coffee at Sweet Dreams and ordered a birthday cake, also within walking distance. Czech grill is right down the road and is a must try. Recommend having dinner at Thatch & Barrel one night as well. Having a kitchen was extremely convenient. Loved opening the sliding doors and enjoying the breeze.

Accommodations are fine but not a lot to do or eating options in Bodden Town. Condos sit pretty close to the main road so you get road noise at night.

Turtle Nest Inn was just as advertised and reviews said. All the amenities needed for a simple stay. Pool was great, Beach access in back of the property. Check in was super easy. Marleine and her staff were very informative and communicated well. Although we were out and about most of the time, each time we saw them, they always checked to see how we were doing. Boddentown was great if you are interested in getting away from the touristy part of the island. Very local feel to the neighborhood. Grocery and restaurants either way from the property. Easy access to exploring the entire island with the rental car. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time!

A nice quaint spot off the beaten path literally steps from the beach. Nice and quiet. The unit was nice with everything we needed. We only cooked dinner in one night but the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. You must eat at the Czech Inn Grill. The owner is super nice and always happy to answer any questions. Wouod definitely stay here again.

Great location with the reef out back.

My family absolutely loved this place, it sits on a very quite and beautiful beach. The snorkeling there is amazing, very calm and shallow waters. Everyone working at the Inn was very helpful and nice, we really enjoyed them. I would definitely stay there again. Beautiful location and beautiful people.

Owner is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience. The place feels and looks like a home. The pool is refreshing. We saw sting rays swimming arounf the near by dock. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay, we had staff on site if we needed anything at all. They were very helpful and kind for any questions we had. The pool was beautiful, the property was kept up everyday. Our unit was perfect for us, the AC was amazing after long days in the heat. The bed was super comfortable. We had housekeeping every few days that was a treat! Our unit came with a rental car, there were no surprise charges at end of stay, just taxes on the car, no biggie. We went to every corner of the island with the car easy access to everything at the condo. there were several local spots to eat walking distance to a mile drive to eat local fare! We loved it, highly recommend Turtles nest! Thank you for hosting me and my kids!!

we had an amazing stay at this awesome place right on the beach in Bodden town. It’s a great location to get to any place on the island in 30 minutes or so. It was clean comfortable and our host were great. The snorkeling outside the room is great and there’s a few places right down the road to get some great food too. Will definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely trip at the Turtle Nest Inn. Marlene was so communicative and helpful. We arrived late at night and she arranged for us to get our rental car late and be able to get checked in so easily. The apartment was large and clean, perfect for a long weekend!

From the moment we landed our stay was wonderful. Our rental car was ready as promised, the two bedroom beach-view villa was stunning, and everything was as advertised. Got up most mornings to watch the sunrise. I would sit outside in the evening and it was so peaceful with the wind and the sound of the waves. The first night I had to call Michelle because the smoke alarms were going off at 2am and I couldn’t turn them off. She was so nice and was at the villa within ten minutes! The only qualm I had was the amount of sea weed on the shore, but that was Mother Nature’s handiwork. Overall it was wonderful in every way

Absolutely breathtaking. Super clean, most friendliest host we’ve had. Right on the beach where you can snorkel and just relax.

We loved staying here for the first portion of our trip and hated to leave. Will definitely be our first choice when we return to the island.

Such a beautiful place and very nice people. Rooms were nice and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool. They have a lot of snorkel gear to borrow but there are plenty of places to rent the gear as well. We liked the location because it wasn't right in the busy areas. Nice to have the rental car option as well.

This is the perfect property! It’s out of town and the beach is so lovely. We enjoyed snorkeling right out back and then taking a dip in the pool. We enjoyed the eastern part of the island and did not venture into the big city much. We loved the pace of this little sleepy town. The staff and owner were so sweet and took great care of us! The rental car was also a plus. Just overall amazing. Thank you!!!

Had a blast staying at Turtle Nest for our dive trip! The property is welcoming and kept super clean. Our room had everything we needed. Donna was so friendly and helpful. She even got a plumber out to our room when we had some issues with our shower, and was able to fix it the same the same day! The beach and pool ate relaxing and quiet, and the snorkeling was great! Can’t wait to come back!

This little gem was everything we needed and loved. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. They lent us beach chairs, cooler and had beach towels. House keeping was fantastic coming back from long day at the beach to a clean apt and fresh sheets every other day if we needed. Will definitely come back to stay again. The pool and beach were amazing.

The Turtle Nest was a great place to stay. Everyone was terrific and very helpful!! Bodden Town traffic was a bit noisy for us as we had one sliding door that was more less facing the street side. Next time we will ask for a room with only an ocean with only an ocean side balcony. If you have any kind of mobility you will want a room on the first floor. We will also get that next time. So yes, we will be back. This spot is right next to the ocean. On a clear night go out and enjoy the breeze and the sound of the ocean at night!!!

Loved my stay in Bodden Town and the gorgeous Turtle Inn

I almost don't want to give such a rave review, because I want to keep this amazing retreat hidden away :) The overall vibe is unbelievably peaceful and laid back. I don't think we have EVER stayed in such a hospitable VRBO. The owner Marleine lives on-site, and she and her employees make everyone feel like family. Every time we ran into her, she would ask "how's everything? Do you need anything?" She was always happy to answer our questions about the island - traffic, groceries, dinner, etc. The complex is located on the south side of the island, away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. However, if you really want to head over there for dinner or a walk on 7 Mile beach (or drive to Rum Point or other points north), the included rental car makes it easy. There are also some decent restaurants on the south side and the east end of the island. There is local music across the street, roosters all day and night, and some other authentic noises that didn't really bother us. We did turn our bathroom exhaust fan on at night and that blocked out anything that might have kept us awake. The back of the complex (pool, patio, and beach) is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. It's windier on this side of the island, but we didn't mind at all...the breeze kept it from getting too hot. A few tips if you want to stay on this side of the island: Don't try to head west until after 8:30AM, and don't come "home" (eastbound) between 3PM and 6PM (but the traffic is a Grand Cayman problem, not a Turtles Nest problem!) Fosters is the closest grocery store that carries a lot of American products, but drive a few minutes further to Hurley's (also carries American products) - it's significantly cheaper. Grape Tree Cafe serves local fish and sides two doors down, behind the gas station, right on the water. When they say "fried" fish they mean panfried. It's delicious and super cheap (get a large and split it and you'll both eat for US$20). Only open F, Sa, Sun. As we travel back to our busy home life in single-degree temps, I'll be dreaming of sipping my coffee on the patio in the tropical morning breeze. Until next time, Turtles Nest Inn!

Great property, on beach, family friendly, most clients appear to be decades long annual visitors. Roosters crowing was a pain and the road is noisy during rush hours. If that bothers you, ask for beach side rather than beach view. Didnt bother me.

The overall location of unit was great for snorkeling and enjoying the beach. There was also a gas station next door which was convenient for small things. Check in was fantastic, everyone was very friendly. Unit had everything we needed. Grocery store was about a 15 minute drive and was easy since unit came with rental car.

I wanted an affordable and clean place to stay right on the beach. It was that and more. It probably took one minute to walk from my little apartment right into the ocean. Opening the windows and sliding doors let in the sounds of the ocean and breeze as I made my way through three books in three days. This doesn't mean there wasn't time to snorkle the reef - right there! - or just float. Delicious food at the Czech Inn and easily picked up groceries to eat in as well. The apartment and inn were clean and quiet. Highly recommend. What a find!

We had such an amazing experience here! Bodden Town is a great location with quick drives to Seven Mile, east end, and north point. We spent our days exploring the island and our afternoons and evening relaxing at this beautiful property! *Amazing* snorkeling right from the property's beach, great views, a wonderful pool, and several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Thank you to Donna for checking us in and showing us around! The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
