The property and the community was well taken care of and quite. Inside of the condo, had all the kitchen, bathroom essentials. The grocery store, coffee shops, and trails are close by.

We had a great week in Incline Village. The location is so close to shops and the lake. It was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking.

Our stay was fabulous. We have been in various condos in the McCloud Properties over the years. Super location. This condo looked completely re-done and sparkling. Just loved it. Only draw back is that the living room snd outside deck face Incline Way where walkers snd auto traffic are visible. Terrific unit otherwise!

We had everything we needed. Finding our place was a little confusing (I think because we aren’t accustomed to housing like that). There are neighbors directly above and beside the apartment. Easily drove to north and South Lake Tahoe. Incline Bowl was a pleasant find as well as Incline Village Tennis/Pickleball club. Both are very close! Close to bike trails and kayaking.

Fabulous property, including the area, the location, And the condo itself. The condo is incredibly well stocked and extremely well-maintained. The only very minor issue Was the Wi-Fi, which is a bit slow. If you are streaming, there are no issues but for someone who might want to do video calls, I think even an ethernet cable might pose issues.

Have rented at McCloud multiple times. Its great to see the same great level of property comfort, cleanliness being consistent over many years. Location if great management company is professional, immidiately available to address any concerns 24/7.

When calling the phone number listed, it took us to Goldfish Properties who then had to contact the owner themselves. We had to call back twice to get the owner to come out and let us in because whomever did not believe that the smart lock and its override code was not working. We had to wait out in the freezing cold for 30 minutes and the upstairs neighbors threatened to call the cops because we were "noisy".

It's location is great (North over South). The four of us were quite comfortable with the accommodations for the weekend and although we were simple guests, this unit felt like home. I noticed how clean it was and the owners were very quick in response when we had one simple issue. Part of me doesn't want to give too good of a review because I want this place to be available the next time we come to Tahoe...ha, ha. If I'm going to be a little nit picky, the only negative for me was that there needed to be better outlet access in the 2nd bedroom as hooking up anything was difficult to get to. But, overall, we were really pleased with the condo and would definitely return.

Very pleasant with no hassles

The condo is really nice and well appointed. This was a plus because I didn’t have to buy foil or other supplies. It was close to the lake, restaurants, etc. The only negative was a stained comforter which my daughter found on her bed.

The unit is on the 1st floor which makes it very easy when you have kids with you, just open the French doors to the deck and let them play!The unit was equipped with all the utensils you need to cook, ziplock bags, tin foil, baking sheets, toaster/oven, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which was handy during the snow season to dry bibs and gloves. You have to pickup your garage key and parking permit from the management office, would probably be best if they can leave all that in the same lock box instead of having to go to a separate location BUT it's only a few blocks away, not a deal breaker.The place was VERY clean, the beds comfortable. . I'd recommend having thicker blankets available during the winter. Bring your pillows if you like soft pillows, the ones at the condo are on the "firm" side.Overall a wonderful place! Would definitely stay again

Our favorite property so far. Great place and excellent location. The only thing we would have liked is a heads up that there were no wash rags. We could have very easily brought our own.
