Absolutely beautiful villa with all the comforts of home. Nicely stocked kitchen, laundry and bathroom products. The first thing I noticed was how clean it smelled. Beautiful views of golf course , wildlife and sunset. Will definitely stay again.

Our second time renting this unit and it was great again! The owner is extremely helpful to ensure the check-in goes well and the unit is always perfect on arrival. There were even new renovations completed since our last stay which were very nice. The view and location are also a big plus. Will be renting again in the future!

This is a beautiful property and we love it so much that we keep coming back! Cannot recommend enough. Perfect size (and more) for our family of 4 and love that we can walk to beach club and beach easily. Every amenity you can imagine is taken care of, and recent renovations continue to keep property beautiful. Love this place !

As repeat visitors to both Seabrook Island and this property, I can honestly say from booking to check-in, to departure, there is no better experience than 726 Spinnaker. Bob and Maureen are a joy to work with and have made their home your home and the property itself is just stunning. Convenient to both the beaches and the club, this is really a perfect vacation. It was another amazing stay at the Harvey's home in Seabrook Island...our 8th time staying at this beautiful beach villa that has all of the amenities and comfort to be home away from home, if only for a week. We have made so many memories here, and this year was no different. We even got to watch and celebrate our beloved Tennessee Volunteers winning the 2024 College Baseball World Series National Championship while we were there. Thank you, Harvey Family, for helping create so many lasting memories for our crew!

We had a wonderful stay at Spinacker 726! The kitchen was well stocked and the house was beautiful and very clean! Our view of the golf course’s 18th hole and the pond with all the wildlife was spectacular!

We have vacationed at Seabrook Island 8-9 times previously, and this property is our favorite so far. The property itself has been recently renovated, and is very inviting and open. The downstairs guest bedroom was perfect for our 2 kids, and the upstairs master immaculate. Very well stocked kitchen and the property overall is extremely accommodating. It's important for us to be close to the beach, the pool, and the golf courses, and this property checks all those boxes. Would highly recommend!

This property is one of the best VRBOs we have encountered. The property is beautifully redone with new bathrooms and kitchen. Furniture and furnishings are excellent and well maintained. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and everything is completely pristine. There were even decaf coffee grounds and a fridge with water dispenser meaning we did not have to buy bottles! The location cannot be beat - walk to beach club and wonderful neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. We hope to return soon - !

This was our first time back to Seabrook in 13 years. Bob and Maureen’s home was clean, bright and beautiful! We felt so at home there. The house was fully stocked for all our needs. They provided so many extras like beach toys, cart, boogie boards, fishing supplies and more. This trip was a first for my boys and they had the time of their lives and didn’t want to leave. This was such a special trip for our family and we definitely plan to be back and hope to book this same home. Thank you so much Bob and Maureen!

We have vacationed at Seabrook Island for 17 years as a family and have enjoyed staying at the Harvey's villa for the past several years. Everything about the house is 5-star ane more -- location near the beach and Club pool, amenities, cleanliness, quiet setting, golf course views, and much more. The updates they have done are great! Loved watching the alligators in the golf course pond overlooking the 18th hole. Beautiful views and close to the beach and pool! Love this villa! It’s very clean and has all the necessary modern conveniences. The decor is adorable.
We like the location for its uncrowned beaches and scenic sunsets.
There were definitely a few things we wish we knew beforehand. Beach sand is always wet and flat, it’s like mud, sticks to everything. Dry sand is covered in seaweeds. Walks from parking lot to the beach are very long and tiring. No public beach with lifeguards or where you could rent out beach chairs or umbrella. Before 10 am and after 5 pm, beach is a dog park. $5 non-refundable charge per pool towel (no outside towels). Restaurant and coffee shop have limited hours. Seabrook Island is cashless. We rented bikes and took a day trip to Charleston. Good times!

We had a blast in Seabrook and this was the perfect home. Close to the beach, pool and golf courses, it had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of four and we really enjoyed the views over the golf course each morning.

Bob was so great to work with as we went thru the rental process. The place was beautiful and had absolutely everything you could think of needing. As an avid golfer, it was fun to have the excellent view of the 18TH green of Crooked Oak course. This was our first time with this unit but will plan to be back. Cudos on the recommendation to watch the sunset on beachwalk #9, it was perfect!

A wonderful experience at Seabrook and in the Spinnaker house!
We had another incredible week at Seabrook! We've stayed at this family's beach home for several years now, and each time we have a 5-star experience. The house has all of the amenities our family desires, the location on the island is perfect, and the owners always communicate so well and promptly. The only downside is the week always goes by too fast!
Our favorite things about the house --- extremely clean, the kitchen is stocked so well!, decorated so nicely, very comfortable beds and sofas/chairs, the awesome view of the 18th hole on the golf course, watching the sunrise each morning, watching the gators in the pond, our daily short walks to the Beach Club pool and ocean, bike rides around the island, the well-stocked closet of items for playing at the beach (so we don't have to bring so much from home), great Wi-Fi speed for streaming movies and games, and much more! We are already excited about going back next year! Thank you, Harvey Family!

Laid back Seabrook
The location is great as it is within walking distance of the beach and amenities. It is hard to leave the well stocked condo though based on the lagoon and golf course viewing . Very relaxing place.

I have 7 and 10 year old and it was an easy walk down to beach access 9. Riding bikes around was fun and easy. Beautiful beach. Rental was clean and it was fun to watch people play golf and see the wildlife right outside the window.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It is newly remodeled, super clean, beautiful, and well stocked. It had everything that we needed. We enjoyed its location on the island. It's across the road from Boardwalk 9. We especially loved watching the plentiful wildlife out our window and balcony. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely property that is well appointed and convenient. My daughter commented that everything we needed was there and therefore we didn't miss our conveniences of home. We enjoyed the views from the windows and did a bit of golf coaching on the 18th hole despite knowing nothing about golf. Always an armchair expert available! Would rent this property again.
