La nostra famiglia LLC ha posseduto in modo indipendente questa villa dal 2016. La nostra villa si trova al King e Principe Golf e Beach Resort sulla Neptune Road in St. Isola di Simons, Georgia 31522. La nostra villa di 1250 m² comprende tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in cucina. Abbiamo recentemente aggiunto una nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice da 27 ", un riscaldatore di acqua calda da 38 galloni e un nuovo divano del salotto con un materasso estraibile queen-size. Abbiamo popcorn raschiato e rifinito perfettamente i soffitti. Abbiamo aggiunto stampaggio a corona in tutto.
La villa ora dispone di 163 mph uragano impatto / vetro resistente al rumore di fronte all'oceano. Le porte scorrevoli e le finestre in camera da letto e soggiorno possono essere aperte e lo schermo sostituito per sperimentare brezza dell'oceano all'interno della villa. La villa offre persiane di piantagione in tutto. C'è pavimenti in marmo in entrambe le camere da letto e bagni. Inoltre, entrambi i bagni hanno mobili personalizzati con superfici in granito. Il bagno principale è stato allargato attraverso la riconfigurazione di una zona di spogliatoio precedente. Adesso offre una doppia vanità con cabina doccia. La doccia è in marmo, accessibile per i disabili (3 pollici di spazio libero) e dispone di soffioni su due lati e di un terzo tubo staccabile.
Abbiamo nuove mattonelle del balcone e 8 pezzi di nuovi mobili in teak è stato aggiunto anche sul balcone per la vista sull'oceano e mangiare fuori. Ci sono rispettivamente 55, 50 e 39 pollici TV. Abbiamo aggiunto vernice fresca e arte per migliorare la qualità.
La sicurezza di 24 ore è fornita dal HOA. Un menu completo con servizio in camera è disponibile presso il King and Prince Hotel. Il parcheggio coperto è incluso. My 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren, and I had a great time in the villa. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach and pools were beautiful. The villa is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

We loved everything about the place. The view was beautiful and the windows and balcony added to it. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and just as we expected based on what was advertised. Will definitely stay here again if available!!

Perfect condo for our family! Very well stocked kitchen, large dining table (last year we stayed in a K&P condo with a small circular GLASS table that was not ideal for my toddlers), a few toys, and generally very conducive for our family thanksgiving week. A few items are starting to show their age (in the twins room the bed is a bit rickety and some of the dresser drawers won’t stay on track) but none of this negatively impacted our positive experience. And the host communication was amazing, she texted just to check in mid-week on how our stay was going! Also plenty of pillows and an air mattress that helped for our large family. Thank you!!

Nice property. Living room TV did not work properly. Had it fixed and then it went out again. Probably was on a total of 6 hours. We enjoy watching football together. Few minor issues- Trash Lid broke, stain on bed blanket, walls were scuffed in some areas. Just felt like it should be better for the $.

Our family was looking for somewhere to stay during Georgia Florida weekend. The King & Prince is a terrific location. You can walk to so many restaurants. The beach is right there. You are not far at all from the village. The condo met our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely rent again.

Our family visited SSI for a wedding and this condo at the King & Prince was the perfect home base. Right on the beach, a variety of pools(!) including fun kiddie pool, onsite and nearby playground areas for our toddler, onsite parking, elevator and ramp access, cart for luggage, nearby shops and restaurants, everything we needed. And the condo was clean and comfortable with professionally cleaned and ample linens and kitchen stocked with utensils / cooking supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first visit to St. Simon's Island and we will be returning, both to the island and this property. Staying at the King and Prince without "staying at the King and Prince" was perfect! The location with the added privacy of the villa is the way to go. The villa is footsteps from the beach, multiple pool options and walking distance to some great restaurants. I'm hesitant to say more or we'll lose our chance to return due to popularity!

This unit is well maintained and very attractive overlooking the pool and heated spa, with a further view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this two bedroom condo to anyone looking to vacation at the King and the Prince. Our hosts were very accommodating with information and the check process was extremely easy.

We have been coming to the island for 15 years or so. We have rented condos and single family homes in the past….we love East Beach. However, we LOVED our stay in this villa! The communication with the owners was simple and easy - it was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking - the beds were comfortable. It was nice to be so close to the South Villa pool and hot tub. Everything about our stay was just great! Sad to leave - but can’t wait to stay again!

We had to visit St. Simon for a wedding and took a chance with a VRBO listing for a condo on the King and Prince Properties. The condo was everything advertised. It was a great trip and the family loved the accommodations. We will stay again soon!

This is an awesome property in the south villas of King & Prince. We've stayed in many villas at the resort and this is the most well kept & nicest of those. We loved using the King & Prince pool and played tennis as well. The kitchen in the villa is renovated completely and is also well stocked. We enjoyed cooking there. Thanks so much Erin!
