the central location was excellent and made our visit to Hawes much easier.

Absolutely lovely apartment in an excellent location to explore the Dales. Very clean & well appointed. The village of Hawes has several restaurants and many walking trails for venturing into the Dales.

Stunning location, welcoming
In desperate need of double glazed windows as the one in the kitchen let water in.

Good location. Clean property. Comfortable bed.
Facilities ok. Welcome hamper exceptional.
Cupboards and furniture looked tired and need attention. Only one pint glass. Chopping board too small. Windows hard to open.

On arrival there was a lovely hamper with fresh bread, cheese and biscuits. The fridge had fresh milk and butter in it. The cottage was clean and tidy very well equipped. We managed to park outside which was very convenient. Situated in a perfect position .

mini break with friends for the first time. the en-suites to both rooms on either side of the apartment made it perfect.
the garden is secure for the pooches but you have to go out of the property and access it through a side gate rather than directly from the rear of the property.

Nice warm, comfortable house. Very nice touches such as welcome basket.
Well equipped, great location!
Check in time could have been earlier and wasn’t keen on taking bedding off the beds.

Beautifully presented comfortable modern property in central Hawes location. we were able to park right outside which was a bonus.
It appeared that the garden and secure bike lockup were not solely for our use so we didn’t end up using them.

Perfect location for exploring the area, and situated in a lovely village with lots of places to eat and drink. Very clean property with all amenities. First class.

Will recommend this place as perfect, decor top notch , location A1 , Beds to die for, All good,
