This was a late booking when we as a family decided to holiday in the UK as opposed to abroad. Very Fortunately the only dates available tied in with our plans and we followed the simple procedure of making a reservation! We arrived on the allotted day and were delighted to find the Old Laundry situated within a working farm which added to the charm of such a rural location .The cottage itself was gorgeous extremely well appointed with quality fixtures and fittings,immaculately clean and nothing was left to chance.Undoubtedly the nicest property that we have rented over the past few years.Our hosts were magnificent friendly helpful and accessible without intrusion. The stunning wild flowers and scrumptious Lemon Drizzle cake were lovely touches! I can’t recommend the Old Laundry or it’s hosts enough my wife and son and our ageing Staffi Stan had an amazing time embracing the Devon countryside with plenty of things to do and places to go,with shops and food places nearby it really is a perfect choice for people wishing for a peaceful and relaxing break in the glorious Devon countryside! A beautiful cottage on a lovely estate, the gardens are stunning. The cottage is warm and stylish with comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly owners. Highly recommended.
