Beautiful setting on Shallow Pond, and great location near Hyannis. The house very nicely accommodated our large group--it was very well maintained with excellent renovations.

We had a fabulous time at this lakefront home. It was our second year in a row and it was just as much fun as the first time. There was plenty of room for the young children in the family and enough nearby activities for the older kids. The house is large enough that we never felt crowded, and we particularly enjoyed the oversized deck. The host answered promptly when we had questions. We look forward to staying there again!

The house sits on a pond with a beautiful deck. Numerous sitting areas and fire pit. All perfect for evenings.
Lots to do so close to Hyannis and Craigville beach.
Day trip to Mayflower was about a 30 min ride.

The property is beautiful! It is right on a very large pond. We all had coffee in the mornings as we sat on the deck and watched the ducks/swans swimming. Plenty of us used the kayaks. The outside property has a fabulous deck with plenty of seating, a great fire pit(wood was provided), a grill and a Blackstone. We had 13 guests and we all fit comfortably. The inside had plenty of seating as well and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Most rooms have their own AC controller , so people can make it to their liking. A couple of the mattresses have worn out and need replacing, but the rest of the accommodations were truly wonderful.

House was great - roomy and gave sense of privacy to huge number of people. Well equipped, kayaks, ping pong, plenty of outdoor seating areas and nice landscaping. Big enough kitchen for several of us to cook in together which isn’t always the case.

The house met our needs, and we loved being right on the water. There were times when all 4 kayaks were on the water. And I must mention that the sunsets were gorgeous.

The house was a great size for the eleven of us in our family. All the yard surrounding the house was amazingly landscaped. There was so much for each member of our family to do and, of course, the pond and kayaking was the most fun. We could be active all day and night together. The deck is where we spent most of our time eating and enjoying the views.
Thank you for providing our family with an amazing vacation destination of activities and relaxation. This vacation was voted the best ever!

The deck overlooking Shallow pond made the house the perfect place to vacation. Great to kayak and two swans with their 3 children visited the dock. The location of the house was great as it was secluded yet close to anything you might need.

We stayed for 1 week and the house was perfect. Plenty of rooms and space. We used the kayaks pretty much every day we were here and the kids swam in the lake. Definitely would stay again. Thank you

Magical!
The pictures on the website don’t do this place justice. What an amazing experience staying here with friends and family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Though Shallow Pond has several houses on it, they aren’t visible, so the pond felt like it belonged to us. Such a private place yet less than a 10-minute drive to Shaw’s, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods. Also convenient to area beaches, though we didn’t leave the house a couple of days because we enjoyed swimming and kayaking on the pond. I’m already looking to see if it’s available for next year!

Perfect for families!
What a great vacation home! We had 3 families all together for the week (14 people in all) and what a great house and location. The kids and grown-ups enjoyed the kayaks, swimming in the pond, fishing off the dock, and having a campfire at night in the firepit. There was plenty of space in the house to accommodate us all, with ample kitchen amenities to make home cooked meals. We had such a great week, we were sad to see it end!

60th Birthday Bash!
I rented this house for my family to celebrate the 60th birthday of my mom and my aunt. It was a lovely, private home with many bedrooms and bathrooms. The lake/pond(?) was beautiful - especially at sunset - and we took the kayaks out on the lake a few times. We also used the fire pit almost daily. It was a great place to safely reconnect with family :)

Perfect location
The house is exactly as described. All bedrooms have bathrooms in or close except the tiny bedroom upstairs next to the master bathroom. The house includes every amenity you could imagine every appliance every pot pan whatever you need. The Wi-Fi was a problem all week. We all spent a lot of money on data because the Wi-Fi was down for most of the week. Overall we had a great stay we highly recommend you get over to Cape Cod Beer Company and Craigville Beach

Perfect home for family!
We had 13 adults plus a child under 2 stay at the Centerville home for a recent family funeral. The home exceeded our expectations as it was large enough for all of us for 5 days, plus guests that stopped by. The view of the lake from the back porch was amazing. My nieces liked the puzzles during rainy days while the guys played ping pong in the garage. We grilled most nights with the gas bbq. There were enough plates, glasses, utensils, etc for all our cooking and eating needs. Will definitely consider renting again. Jacob was a great host and answered all our questions with a great attitude.

Great Home and Location!
We rented this vacation home for a family reunion with a group of 16. The owner was very responsive prior to our trip. We met Sabrina (property manager) upon our arrival and she walked us through everything the house had to offer. The house was very well equipped and offered everything we needed. We were very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements and just moving about the house. Its located at the end of a quiet dead-end road but still minutes from everything you would need. The lake is very peaceful and serene, offering great fishing and wildlife viewing. Every day ducks would visit us and eat right from our hands. We also got to enjoy beautiful swans, geese, huge ospreys and a raccoon. Overall this home was perfect for our family reunion and gave us the opportunity to spend quality time together. Thank you!

Great Place to Stay!
This house was perfect. There were 3 generations of family in one house with plenty of room. The view of the pond was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The kids and some of us adults loved going in the pond with our floats. Everything you need is a short ride away. We used the fire pit almost every night. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again.

Fantastic house and location
We rented this house for a large family gathering and it was absolutely PERFECT. Enough space for everyone, and beautifully situated on a gorgeous pond. Spectacular sunsets. Host was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. Will be back!

Breathtaking view and beautiful home
We had an amazing time. The house is so spacious and the kitchen is modern and had everything you could possibly need. They even have a ping pong (table tennis) table in the garage which is not shown. We used the firepit every night (the wood was supplied), roasted marshmallows and made smores. Our favorite was going out on the lake with the kayaks. The kids even swam in the lake. The house was central to everything. I just can't say enough about this beautiful, clean home with views of a lake that are breathtaking. Make sure to wake up early one morning as the sun is rising so that you can see the view of the lake with the reflections on the water. Just spectacular! Thanks for sharing your home with us. Can't wait to return in the future.

Beautiful house and lovely private setting on a wonderful, quiet lake
The big, well-appointed house worked out great for our 3 generations. The setting is breathtaking. Even though you're close to as much civilization as you want, the house is at the end of what feels like a private road, with the lake spreading out in back. And it's up a bit, so it's a terrific view.
We expected the lake to be a big pond (Shallow Pond), but it's a beautiful, decent-sized lake. A couple times we saw a few people on the lake, but aside from that, it was mostly birds, some fish, and us.
Nice to hang out on the big rear deck or fish or swim or take boats out from the dock. There's a nice fire pit for S'mores and a couple of grills near the pit. The ping pong table in the garage was popular.
When we came upon a few issues that needed to be addressed, both the local property manager and Jacob (owner's rep) were very responsive.
We'd be happy to return.

Beautiful, spacious house, steps from a beautiful lake - perfect location for family reunion!
This is a truly amazing house: big, well-equipped kitchen; open dining and living spaces; sun room for additional seating and relaxing; 6/7 bedrooms in different parts of the house providing privacy and many beds; beautiful and well-functioning bathrooms, one holds large washer and dryer; exercise room with treadmill and bicycle; big deck overlooking the lake with an awning available for shade; huge, clean garage with ping-pong table; basket ball hoop in the driveway; enough parking for about 6 cars; outdoor fire-pit for s'mores and late night conversations; two grills; gorgeous landscaping with a private, shaded patio with seating; easy access to the lake with 3 kayaks and life vests in multiple sizes... The location at the end of a long driveway makes it feel very secluded and private, yet it is a very short drive to multiple grocery stores among other amenities. We sampled beaches on the ocean and on the bay. The house has many beach chairs and beach towels for these outings. The house was clean and communication before and during our stay, especially with Jacob, was very satisfactory. We had 4 children under 3, and, while the house doesn't include equipment for the very young, and is not child-proof, bringing along a few pack and plays, putting a few breakables out of reach, and having enough adults to guard against wandering to the water, we were able to manage nicely.
We loved our time there and we would absolutely repeat the stay on another occasion!

Spacious and livable with an incredible location
The location of the house makes it standout. The pond is large and surprisingly private; the feel of the house is a reclusive home in the woods and its very peaceful . The view from the deck high overlooking the pond is amazing in the morning and evening. The lake is perfect size for kayaking and the well designed and constructed dock made it easy. The location very handy to downtown Hyannis , so a ferry to Nantucket and a deep sea fishing trip are just 10 minutes away.
We used the house as the hub of activities for a family reunion. We had twelve staying at the house, all but one of our seven kids is a teenager or older and the house had no problem handling bedroom assignments. We had an additional five nieces and nephews during the day as well, and the common area is big enough to handle a rainy day inside crowd. With good weather the deck is where everyone congregated.
The house is well maintained and we had all the amenities needed; the check-in was very smooth and we had the representative waiting when we arrived. The house itself is very spacious, the bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the family room and kitchen, so it worked nicely for two families to each have a section. Its not decorated in typical Cape Cod style, but all the furniture was in good working order and we had a comfortable stay.
The house really exceeded our expectations and we would gladly stay again.

Outstanding
This is an excellent vacation house for multiple families. My group was 15 with 6 kids . The house was very clean when we arrived and folks we're there to provide a tour of the property which was very helpful. Many beaches are within a 10-20 minute drive from the house so we were able to explore many different beaches during our stay. There are also many restaurants within a short distance. After the beach, many of us made use of the kayaks on the lake, and the kids in particular had a blast exploring the islands on the lake. The house is quiet and the deck overlooking the lake provided a great spot to view wildlife (ducks, falcons) and simply relax. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with our stay and the exceptional level of customer service provided by the owner and staff.

Breathtaking
This place is truly spectacular. My wife and I were looking to go somewhere for our 20 year wedding anniversary that was not a far drive from New York City. We were concerned that it may be too cool in Cape Cod in September. But the weather was great and everywhere you went was not too crowded. Now back to the house. The location is tge best. Close to everything including the ferry to Marthas Vineyards This house is clean, modern and HUGE. Beautiful lake. Simply stunning. We will be back as we had a amazing time. The owner Alex is so pleasant and down to earth. BTW make sure you bring your camera. Also to note the photos on this site does not do it justice. I will be sending Alex a photo of the house we took when we were out on the Kayaks he has for his guests.

This was an absolute PERFECT dream destination.
This home is absolutely spectacular. I could not have asked for anything more. It was beautiful, clean and the owners were there for everything (including who kind they were when we locked ourselves out!) I hosted a work retreat with 15 women, and everyone was in awe of the view. The pictures truly do not give it any justice. Everything about this place is just gorgeous. We walked to MaryLou's coffee in the morning and took the kayaks out when we got back. The sunset from the ginormous deck was breathtaking. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space, yet we were all comfortably together in the spacious living room. I honestly can't say enough about just how wonderful and perfect our time was here, and I will absolutely rent again. Alex was incredible to deal with, and I am just so grateful that we were able to spend this time here. Thank you so much for renting to us. I am counting down the days until I am back there, and if you ever decide to sell, we would be honored to put in an offer. Thank you again and we will be back soon!

Amazing Vacation!!!
When they say a picture is worth 1000 words...well, pictures do not justify what you get...Where do I start? Location is amazing, literally 7 minute drive from the beach, food shopping and SHOPPING!!!. There's a pond right outside, so you can sit outside and enjoy one of the best sunsets you'll ever see. House is amazing, well planned out. Jacuzzi, beautiful remodeling, you can see that owners really care about this house, very well planned. Location owners are also very responsive as when I had a question, I got a response within minutes. We traveled with 5 other couples and this house was perfect. I've stayed in other houses but this was by far the best experience for my family and I...can't wait to be back next year

Perfect location on an amazing private lake
The property was fantastic, and the owner and manager were super accessible, friendly, helpful, and on top of things. We could simply text a question and they had an answer. The house is outstanding and the private lake is just perfect. We took the kayaks out almost every day and the kids loved making s'mores and playing in the lake. The BBQ was great, and the sunsets over the lake are just incredible. As for the location, the house is at the end of a short private road, but just up the street you have great restaurants, the movie theater, all the major grocery stores, a public beach, a gorgeous downtown, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and more. We can't wait to return next year!

I adore your home!!!!
We just returned from our stay at this house recently and I have to share how spectacular the trip was! The house is private and beautiful. Starting from its size to the interior design with great attention to detail and ending with location. Clean, elegant, convenient to absolutely everything. Great food choices and entertainment to pick from and no need to spend more then ten minutes in the car going anywhere especially for those of you who have babies who hate car rides! I will certainly be coming back for my birthday next year and will try to even plan another trip before the summer is over. I hope those dates will not be booked. If the owner reads this, if you ever plan to sell contact me! I adore your home!!!!!!

Home Away from Home, Fun for the Whole Family
Living in a busy city, my friends and colleagues always tell me how I should go with my family to the Cape Cod to enjoy the things it has to offer. However, after researching different hotels and rental properties I was unsuccessful in finding something that contained everything I wanted and at the same time felt like home away from home for an affordable price. When I came across this house and the things it had to offer I wanted to give it a try. Very happy that I did. The view is spectacular out of all of the rooms and especially the backyard. Starting from the sunrises for those that like to get up early to start your day like myself and ending with the beautiful sunsets. Simply breath taking. I took numerous photographs of them both which hang in my house now. The kitchen is large in size and tastefully done. It has the latest modern stove built into the counter top which was a huge plus for me since I enjoy cooking even when I am on vacation. The upstairs suites are one of a kind with unique layouts that you usually only see on TV after a professional designer does a makeover. The bed is set right in front of the view so when you wake up you can open the curtains and have that to look at to start your day. In addition laying under the skylights was a nice plus too. The suites are bigger than most one bedroom apartments. I loved them. I took my kids, one being a teenager and the other a toddler, to a place nearby for some miniature golfing, arcade games, go carts, etc. which was lots of fun for everyone. In the evening, we went out into the Hyannis town after dinner where we enjoyed going into all of the cute little art, antique, souvenir shops. There is also bowling and even a carousel there. There were lots to do inside and outside the house. We will definitely be coming back and inviting some friends along considering how spacious this house truly is!

Worth every penny and will come back.
I stayed at this house in April with my husband, kids, and both of ours sets of parents. The house was ideal because of its large size and the fact that all of the rooms are separated. Although there were so many of us there it did not feel like anyone was on top of each other. Everyone also got their own full bathroom which was definitely a huge plus considering I have teenage girls who love to take their time getting ready. We all took advantage of the huge Jacuzzi which was a cherry on top to the house. Absolutely loved the location and the lake. Worth every penny and definitely will come back.
