We don't normally stay in these types of complexes mainly because they are not available. This complex was really quite nice. I bit wild on Saturday night but it did calm down significantly by 10:00 or so and then quite calm all day Sunday and Sunday evening. Our unit itself was very nice. Clean, spacious, and seemingly the only place on the complex that would handle two vehicles with boats.

we rented a sleep 10 Island Club house at Put In Bay Island. We’ve rented many places for vacations over the last 20 years and we’ve almost come to expect poor service, broken appliances and equipment and dirty bathrooms and showers and inattentive staff. Wow,-what a wonderful surprise. It was to stay at Island club rentals. The house we rented was absolutely spotless, including the kitchens, the refrigerator, the bathrooms, the showers, the exterior— even the outside trash cans were spotless and didn’t stink. We had several special requests over the course of our stay and the rental manager always picked up the phone on the first ring and within minutes had staff available to help us with our special request. They even bent the rules for us when we asked. Or outdoor grill had obviously been meticulously cleaned, and it worked perfectly. All we could say is, it was a great experience and this place is managed at a very high professional level.

The home was in a quiet part of Island Club. Ample area inside to relax, a large kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space. The only downside was the rotted parts of the rear deck and one of the picnic tables which made things a little dangerous. If those issues were addressed, we would definitely book the unit again!

11th straight summer boys trip. Me and my guys, would never stay anywhere else on the island. Coconut Pomp’s for safe and reliable transportation. A community pool that’s free to use and always a great way to meet our weekend neighbors. Can’t wait until next year!

Had a good stay. There were a few things that need to be done to improve the home we stayed in. The front porch light did not work, the back porch light was broken, 2 drawers in the fridge are broken and it seemed to be leaving water in the fridge. The light in the fridge also did not work. The ignitor on the grill did not work either.We would recommend but give a warning as to the party groups that also stay there.

If you're looking for a no-frills base for your family adventure on the island, #65 is an excellent choice. We return every year to the same cabin because it's such a great location. Pool is a stone's throw, but the cabin is nice and private and fits us down to the ground. Not a luxury vacation by any stretch of the imagination, but a wonderful spot to enjoy the island from.

No lights in bathroom, 7 men had to use one bath we called to get it repaired and they said they would take care of it that day. 4 days later we did not still have lights in the bathroom and we had to shower by flashlight. There was also a broken chair in the closet that was there a year ago when we stayed there. Needs better service.

Overall, the house was in good condition. A couple things - the dryer worked, but did not actually dry any clothes. Basically, it wasn't throwing out any heat. There was also an infestation of ants on the kitchen counter.

This place was good for a bachelorette party for 2 nights but I would not bring my family here for a week. Due to the lack of maintenance and upkeep of the house. We had beer cans and trash out back when we arrived. Holes in the walls and sink. Broken blinds like the place was robbed. We couldn’t open the closets it smelled like mold very bad. The one couch pillows or couch (we couldn’t figure it out) smelled like puke. Beds needs updating as well. I will say the atmosphere was very fun with all the other groups around and it was perfect for a party group. There were positives that everyone was friendly and wanted to have a good time too.

We stayed at this location for a bachelorette party. It was perfect for our group. It was easily located. The amenities were as described. The property was clean. There was some prior damage to the clubhouse, but I was able to call and notify these were found upon our arrival. I would recommend this location to other groups. We loved Mojito Bay and other bars. Pretty sure I filled this out before.Everything was very nice. There was actually no contact with and staff but the cart people. They were polite and very efficient. .The Island offered a lot of fun food and relaxing. But we did notice that the vfloor int he cabinwas filthy. Our 18 month old had filthy feet as she walke barefoot . There was a pile oof sand on the end table. . I just think the cleaners did a very good job. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. , a broken stool in the closet , trim felll off the corner of the wasll My grandson changed a light bulb. A mouse ate the banana bread on the counter,one shower head did not work. I left a note on the counter for all the things we found amiss so that we would not get charged for them . Basucally asll was smooth and fun but the cabin needed some help.

There was a massive hole in the main bathroom, with several things broken/mismatching in pretty every single room. Blinds all broken, grill was filthy with used utensils still sitting on it, the fridge leaked water, the front deck is rather dangerous with its broken spindles duct taped and painted brown, as well as the front door wouldn’t open unless you put your whole body into it, and several floor tiles were broken throughout. It also smelled very, very musty in there and seemed to be a frequent complaint amongst my bachelorette girls. Luckily we were pretty much just there to sleep and explore. Great location due to it being right at the pool’s back entrance. It also had great water pressure, which surprised me considering it’s on an island. I think for the price, it should’ve been in nearly pristine condition. If I ever go back to the island, I’ll likely find a different cabin, unfortunately. There’s a shuttle bus driver named Coconut Pomps - if nothing else, he’s a reason to book at the Island Resort. He’s absolutely amazing and hilarious. A true party bus feel without the outrageous cost! He knows the whole island and gets you there FAST!

We visited to put in bay area as amateurs… This particular property was rife with heavy partiers… Most were respectful of quiet hours… Had we known that this would be the case we would not have traveled here with six children… It was a little much for them to see the college age set doing what they do… The rental itself was clean-ish… There were many cosmetic and functional things needing repair. I could tell that the rental is used “hard” by previous guests. For one night where mostly what we used the rental for was sleeping it was just fine.

I rented cabins 65 66 67...65 67 were fine and located near each other. We liked that we could have 16 people close together yet not crowded so we rented 2 3 bedroom and then the 5 bedroom cabin 66. Cabin 66 smelled bad when we first entered and we were told the carpets were just shampooed...the smell worsened as the night went on. After being gone all day on day 2, we returned to a cabin we couldnt even enter without gagging...smelled like Cat urine, our clothes smelled, our sheets smelled, we called and were given another cabin but it was a huge hassle as we had all the food, beverages etc for 16 people in the larger cabin 66. Cabin 66 was also pretty outdated...not a good experience...should have moved and been given a refund on this cabin. I would recommend the other 2 65 and 67. One had a larger deck on the backside which was great.

The property itself was not well maintained having holes in the walls, a kitchen that was not well stocked, and a sink and tub in the bathroom that was plugged and one of our guests fixed himself. It's understandable to expect the trash to be taken out but there was not one extra garbage bag or even a broom and dust pan available.

The day we arrived was also the same day mountains of stinky mulch was delivered. The whole place reeked. The view from our dirty back deck was of a swamp full of trash, broken pumps, an algae-covered pond and Porta-Pottys. There were no lamps in any was like a college dorm minus the beer pong.On the plus side, it was roomy, had new A/C, and good cable. Go Cavs!

The unit we were in was not very clean and there wad some mold on the ceiling in one bedroom. The unit needed some routine maintenance work, electrical outlets were loose and carpets needed cleaning. We had a very good time on our vacation but the unit was very disappointing.

This rental slept six guys comfortably. We were looking for a place to stay that was close to where we wanted to fish and this was it. The parking situation was less than ideal. I was very disappointed with the slobs that had thrown garbage into and around the pond. Other than the weather we had a good time and will return again next year.

Everything was good the stay was good the only thing was was that the back sliding door lock did not work and the code for the door did not work either. The first night we were locked out of our place because we made a trap for the unlocked door because we didn't want people going into the home and taking stuff. Thankfully a window was unlocked and we got in that way. The code that was given to us did not work I emailed the email that was provided for us through the island club app I had to email them twice before they responded and the second email said someone was on their way to help but after 2 in a half hours of waiting we called the number on the refrigerator and she gave us another code then. So instructions to clean up and contact information should be set to each house and it should only be one person or one set of instructions.

The house and golf cart upgrade was nice since there was an issue with our original reservation. However ceiling bowing and stained from water damage. Walls recently plastered without paint in several areas and floor vents were plain nasty dirty. Worst was the smell and my 3 y/o bare feet were black within 5 mins of walking on the floor cupboards and table was sticky. We had early check in $50extra and I don’t think it got cleaned. Maintenance man came a few hours of check in to get his fan. Said he was t told we had early check in. I’m guessing house cleaners didn’t get that memo either. I spent first hour cleaning kitchen counters, tables, and tile floors. Bathroom showersx2 and showers were slightly moldy.

More a place to crash after a party weekend, not necessarily a nice, clean house for family. Dishes were fine (clean, decent supply), no dishwasher as info. Living Room furniture ok. Flooring needs scrubbed, light bulbs need replaced, cobwebs need swept up (which we did when we first arrived).

Overall, a good experience. The cabin is pretty run down and damaged with what looks like no effort to fix it. The vents in the floor can seriously injure somebody and they look like they've never been replaced. There are holes in the walls and the bathroom floors are very gross. Not that we were expecting anything extravagant, but for the price we thought the place would be a little better kept up with. This is our 4th year to Island Club and this was the worst cabin yet.
