Ready for beach, sunset views, paddleboarding, birdwatching, shopping & seafood.
Ampio balcone all'ultimo piano con 3 viste sulla palude e sul ponte. Solo 1 miglio dal molo Folly Beach, negozi e ristoranti. Perfettamente pulito, elegante e funzionale. Le camere da letto hanno comodi traversine Queen Serta. Il soggiorno ha un'incredibile vista sulla palude, due divani, un pouf e un ventilatore a soffitto. Balcone ha molti posti a sedere rilassanti e tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è ben attrezzata con pentole di qualità, piccoli articoli e un centro elettrodomestico.
Il condominio viene fornito con tutto il necessario per iniziare la vacanza. Quattro sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e un dispositivo di raffreddamento della bevanda disponibili per il vostro uso. Sono inclusi anche lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, carta igienica, asciugamani di carta, sapone e spugne per mani e stoviglie, detersivo per piatti e vestiti, sacchetti di immondizia, forniture di caffè e acqua in bottiglia.
Questo complesso non dispone di ascensore. Ci sono 45 gradini fino alla porta d'ingresso. Ci sono piste ciclabili in entrambe le direzioni dal condominio.

It was a very peaceful stay and a straight shot to downtown Folly. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a short drive to the Folly beach pier. We didn’t walk, but you can. Close to downtown and was a thirty minute drive from the convention center next to the airport.

Beautiful neat and clean condo. Amazing view for sunsets and dolphin watching. just a couple minutes away from the beach and only a few minutes away from Charleston. Host provided some excellent suggestions for dining.

Process was straight forward. As advertised, clean and quiet. Greatly enjoyed the view from the deck, and everything we needed was available, even Beach Chairs.

This was a perfect place for the three of us. As stated in previous reviews, it is located on the main drag. When inside, the traffic wasn’t heard. However, on the balcony it was. We still enjoyed the breeze and sunshine. We used the condo for two of our three meals a day. Kitchen was sparse with only one oven pad, one kitchen towel, no small measuring cups or measuring spoons. Appropriate dishes and utensils. Cleanliness was just ok. Overall cute place.

I have never left a bad review and I hate having to do so now. But I wouldn’t want to recommend this property to anyone! The condo smelled so musty it made me nauseous! The smells was so strong. The toilet had what appeared to be either feces or blood on it. I took a wet wash cloth and it wiped off so it wasn’t a stain. The dresser in the bedroom had someone’s dirty clothes in it. There was a dirty sock found in our bed as well and one in the closet. The bathroom in the master had no toilet paper. None. The main bath had one roll. We had to go to Walmart and buy toilet paper. I hate having to leave this review but this was a very disappointing stay for us. The place just didn’t feel clean!

Avery nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and it was close to town. A bit of a trek up four flights of stairs, but it did offer additional privacy and wonderful sunsets. The only down side is that it is close to the road, but the main bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment, so that wasn't a problem for me.

Great condo for weekend getaway. Condo was.clean and had large balcony overlooking river and creek. Grocery store and Folly Beach downtown slighty over a mile away. Quite a few steps upstairs to condo, but owner makes you fully aware. Would come back a stay again.

My two friends and I stayed for our annual girls weekend. The place was amazing and just what we needed. Close to everything and clean as can be. Thanks for a great time!! Highly recommend!!

Condo was sufficient- road noise was noticeable. Found a dirty plate under the bed as we were cleaning our things out. Curtains in bedrooms should block more light since walkway light shines all night. Master bedroom needs bed stand & lamp. Master bathroom could use a storage unit like the other bath. These are little things but add to the comfort of guests.

Was a great location and well priced which gave us great access to the beach as well as Charleston. Grabbed seafood for one night at Crosbys across the way and the other nights went out. Perfect for what we needed it for. Was a tad close to the main road but the view was perfect on the porch with a cool glass of wine. Owners were easy to work with and check in access was as easy as it gets. Very clean and ready to go. Would rent here or with these owners again.

Great spot! This was my family's first time to the area. Lovely views and a great location. The condo is nice and had everything we needed. The steps are not bad as long as you can handle a little exercise. Very close to Folly Beach and an easy drive to beautiful Charleston. Kayak rentals right across the road were super convenient and a cool experience. Loved it all!

We booked a trip to Folly Beach to escape the cloudy cold. We were very happy to find a very clean condo with 2 beds and baths minutes away from the beach. View of the marsh was a great backdrop for morning coffee.

Property and location were perfect for our getaway. Would have also been great if we had had one of our sons with us. Everything included that we needed, plus more. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again if we get the opportunity!

The condo looked much more spacious online. We slept there, but that’s all. The floors were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the linens were worn. There were no wash cloths. All of the NO SMOKING signs were off-putting since it was clearly a no smoking unit from the listing. It did have a nice view. Check -in was seamless. If the weather had been better, the porch would have been a nice spot to hang out.

The condo was clean and pleasantly decorated. Having 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the unit was very nice. The only downside to the entire experience was the 3 flights of stairs (which we were aware of when we booked). We didn't take into consideration getting our luggage up and down the stairs, as well as how tired our legs would be at the end of a long day exploring Charleston. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants were very convenient. I would recommend this condo highly.

Condo was great. Location of condo was not for four seniors ages 73, 72, 69 & 67 that have health issues. Our mistake really for not checking out the ad for the condo with a fine tooth comb. Lesson learned.
