The villa was exactly what we needed to treat some family to a holiday, the kitchen was fully stocked with premier appliances and crockery. The key holders were very helpful and accommodating along with the villa owner. The outdoor area was exceptional, we would definitely consider renting again.

Our holiday was to celebrate some family birthdays (80th, 50th, 21st, 18th, 13th) overall the property was modern, spacious, with the pool being its gem. The outdoor space was well kept and the pool cleaned twice a week. Beds were very comfortable, clean and air conditioning worked well throughout. The property was gated with good parking. Location was within 5/10 minutes walk to the Mall and Supermarket and 20/25 minute walk to the beach. Key-holders Ivo and Pascale were friendly and helpful. Our question marks were; Kitchen, whilst it had everything you needed, it was overstocked with both other peoples left behind food/condiments (which some was out of date and mouldy) and utensils/tupperware etc, meaning you had very limited space to put your own food shop away. The lounge sofa & chairs were very odd and uncomfortable to sit on, making it difficult to use this area. TV was hit and miss and not easy to use and advise you bring your own apple tv/netflix etc log-in with you. Whilst the property appeared clean generally, some areas had not been addressed prior to our stay, such as the fridge, kitchen draws and under beds. This may have been helped by not having such an over stocked kitchen. Only one bath towel each was provided, it would have been helpful to have a hand and hair towel available also. Despite the welcome book saying bed linen would be changed weekly, this did not happen. An addition to the house, which is not mentioned in the description is a security system, which has cameras and microphones on the ground floor and outside areas. This would not have registered too negatively with us if it hadn't been for a number of messages from the Host asking questions, which potentially he could have viewed via cameras. For example, messages saying the outdoor umbrellas were being left up overnight (he said a neighbour had commented on this, directly to him) other messages were about the pool detector, doors and windows being closed, cushions being stacked away, checking the consumer unit for blown fuses. The biggest issue was a sani-flow toilet system, which blocked on two occasions, through no fault of our own, this was dealt with promptly, however we return home to receive a large bill for the plumber. This has been resolved now as it appears a previous occupant lost the toilet brush head into the cistern. This continued communication during our holiday was a little too much.

The house was absolutely fantastic. Very clean and modern with all the amenities you could want for a good time with friends or family. Especially the saltwater pool became a favorite for everyone. We were 9 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. Keyholders were very helpful from start to finish. No problem to recommend this house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic villa. The reality is actually better than the pictures. You have everything you need in the villa. For any question we had, the keyholders and the host were very fast to answer and give the attention needed. We really recommend this villa.

We as a family could not have asked for a better house, from the first day till the last we enjoyed our holiday so much, normally we go to the beach quite a lot, however the pool and the surrounding area were that good we only went once, the location is also very good, restaurants, shops, bars, and supermarkets are only minutes away. Just got back from a wonderful 7 day stay at this fabulous villa. We went as a party of 8, ( 7 adults and a 2 year old toddler) for my husband ‘s 60th birthday. The villa is spacious and decorated beautifully, it looks even better than it does in the photographs. The pool area is fantastic , with lots of flotation equipment available . The pool itself is big enough never to feel crowded . The outside seating area is a nice place to relax and gets quite a bit of shade . We had a family bbq with some friends to celebrate the big birthday and enough room for everyone to sit at the outside dining area. This was our first villa experience and I don’t think we could have picked a better one. The villa is situated about a 5 min walk to La Zenia boulevard which is great if you like shopping, there’s also a taxi rank here to take you to the many bars and restaurants in Playa Flamenca. We also walked to the Commercial centre in Playa Flamenca and La Zenia beach , both about 15-20 mins . We have been to this area many times so we know the area pretty well. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to others looking for this type of holiday in this area, I would definitely go back . The owner has made this villa a truly wonderful place to stay and he is always on hand if you have any problems. We had some problems with the internet , but that was to do with the internet company , the owner contacted them and liaised with us to ensure we knew what was happening. The management company can also be contacted and they can arrange airport transfers . I would like to say a special thank you to the guy who took me and back to the airport, he was great at getting us a trolley for the luggage and a wheelchair for my elderly mother-in-law. I hope to return to this villa some time in the future.

We had 10 fabulous days at this wonderful villa located within a well kept, gated community. It’s modern, clean and spacious with 5 double bedrooms and 4 shower rooms/toilets: the lower ground has 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite showers and toilets. There is also a drying room with washing machine on this level. The ground floor is an open-plan lounge with comfy sofas and large tv, dining room and fully equipped kitchen - plenty of glasses, crockery and cooking equipment as well as huge fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom overlooking the pool and shower room with toilet on this floor. Going upstairs there are two large double rooms, very stylish, each with a terrace - our teenage girls loved their rooms! There is a shower room with toilet. Stairs lead to the roof terrace where you get a great view of the surrounding area and you can see the sea! The gardens and pool are fabulous with plenty of sun loungers and other seating. A veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a bbq. Our group of 8 - 4 adults and 4 older teenagers all had such fun in the large pool we didn’t need to go elsewhere for daytime activities, although the La Zenia beach is only about a 20 minute walk away (we took a taxi which cost just €6). Very close by, just 5-7 minute walk, there are 2 large supermarkets and just a little further on several restaurants and bars. Also there is the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre - many lovely shops and restaurants! Both Nicolas, the owner and the guys from the management company have been great to deal with throughout, responding quickly and efficiently to emails and assistance requests. I would absolutely recommend this stylish, well equipped villa for couples and families alike. Fabulous!

This was a wonderful house. Perfect location if you have a car. Close to beach and shopping mall. Every need is taken care of in this house. Calm area and you have privacy. Big pool area and five nice bedrooms. We absolutely loved it.

Me and my famiy 10 persons have had a fantastic stay here. All our exepectations were exceeded and I must say I have never had such a great stay and we have been at many places. Near to everything shopping centre, restaurants etc . This villa is perfect for families and friends. Due to the construction we were not disturbed from each other. What a beautiful villa! We have visited the area lots of times, and have never stayed in a more beautiful villa. We stayed as a family of 10, 9 adults and a baby. The team were so accommodating in providing a highchair and cot for the baby and made the trip very easy. The villa itself is extremely luxurious, there are 5 double bedrooms; 2 on the lower level with en-suite bathrooms. 1 on the ground floor with an adjacent bathroom and 2 on the first floor which share a bathroom. Both bedrooms on the first floor have lovely terraces. Towels and haridryers were provided. The whole villa is decorated beautifully and is so calming and relaxing! The roof also has a terrace which is lovely for watching the sunrise. There is a Sonus system installed throughout the property and in the garden which is lovely for the days spent chilling by the pool. The kitchen has everything you could possible need including a very lovely coffee machine stacked with pods! There is a lovely living area and inside dining area, a dining area on the outside patio and a dining area with a bbq by the pool. There are plenty off poolside chairs and loungers and a lovely seating area. The pool area is beautiful and surrounded by palm trees. The beach is a 20 minute walk away, and there is a lovely outdoor shopping centre 5 minutes away, with lots of restaurants and supermarket, and there is a Mercadona and a Lidl at the end of the road. Nico, Soraya and Christophe are so lovely to deal with, and were constantly checking if our stay was ok :) This is perfect for a family vacation, a special occasion, a group of friends or ideal if you had 5 couples. The villa is so spacious that you are not falling over each other, even when it's full!

This house is just amazing! We were 10 people who stayed here for 14 days. The kids ( and the adults) enjoyed the big pool very well. The house is specious and it is great outdoor area! This is the BEST villa in the neigborhood. We had a perfect vacation and we would love to come back.

Notre séjour à la Zenia dans cette superbe luxueuse villa moderne nous a laissé une fort bonne impression. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner nous pensons réserver au printemps prochain. Le quartier est très calme et la proximité de tous les commerces est très appréciable. La mer est proche et la piscine un plus non négligeable. La maison est neuve très bien équipée et meublée avec goût. Tout est parfaitement entretenu. Je conseille vivement cette location, le soleil est présent presque toute l'année !!
