Splendido appartamento duplex ristrutturato con gusto all'inizio del 2015 con tre terrazze, due con una magnifica vista sul mare e sulla famosa chiesa di Sant Bartomeu de Sitges, a 50 metri dalla spiaggia.
Vicinanza immediata a negozi, ristoranti, lungomare e numerose spiagge.
Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, riscaldamento centralizzato per l'inverno. WIFI, televisione, altoparlante a colonna bluetooth.
L'appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato all'inizio del 2015, finestre con tripli vetri, tapparelle elettriche. La cucina ha tutte le attrezzature, forno combinato con microonde, piano cottura a induzione, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè Nespresso (prendi le tue capsule ...), tostapane, frigorifero, congelatore.
Le due camere da letto hanno ciascuna un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato con doccia, lavandino, riscaldamento, scalda asciugamani elettrico e asciugacapelli. La grande camera da letto ha anche un proprio WC. Un secondo WC è indipendente. Ogni camera ha accesso alla sua terrazza, la grande terrazza della camera da letto situata ad est ha una superficie di 13m2. Dispone di 2 lettini e di una confortevole area salotto per un aperitivo, leggere o divertirsi.
La terrazza della seconda camera da letto a ovest è la più piccola e ha la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. Ti permette di apprezzare il sole al tramonto.
Le 2 vetrate del soggiorno si aprono su un'altra terrazza dove è piacevole mangiare. Ha un tavolo che può ospitare 6 persone.
Un divano letto largo 140 cm può ospitare altre due persone.

We loved the neighbourhood only a few steps from the beach and the center! The apartment is in the 3e Floor without An elevator but it is a good exercise! Cynthia responsies in a few minutes when I contacten her. We had a great time.

This is our second time staying in this apartment and it gives us everything we could possibly want. The location is incredible, the building is clean and secure, the communication was superb. You can't go wrong staying here.

Great! impressive, clean, bright, modern property. Everything you could need. Including beach towels, beach umbrellas, kitchen utensils, etc etc.
There are about 50 or 60 steps / stairs to access the apartment but it’s worth the climb up if you don’t have any mobility issues.
The beach is almost outside the front door and the bars / clubs are also a stones throw so it’s perfect stumbling distance if you like that sort of thing. Had a really amazing week. Thanks.

Amazing Unforgettable Spanish Vacation
My patent, a friend, and myself stayed here for our first 4 night in Spain, and could have asked for a better place to stay! Location was amazing, the beaches were absolutely amazing and close, the local shops and restaurants were amazing, the gay scene was absolutely amazing and we made many new friends, and we found it so easy to orient ourselves with Sitges based on the location of our VRBO location. There was a slight hiccup with the water pressure in the showers the first day, but the property manager, Cynthia, and property owner, Chris resolved the issue very quickly and effectively! We couldn’t thank you enough for allowing us to make life long memories! I highly recommend this property!! Thank you!!!!

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Sitges
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen in der lebendigen Altstadt von Sitges. Man hat drei Balkons, zwei davon sind sehr nett. Leider gab es einige Probleme mit der Heizung, da wir im März da waren, wäre es wichtig, da sie funktioniert.

Fantastic apartment. It is right in the centre of Sitges close to the beach . Once in the apartment it is quiet. Bed very comfortable .
Susana met us on arrival and was very helpful during our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely superb !!
Wonderful central duplex apt in the heart of the old town. This place literally has everything and is finished to a very high spec. It is short of nothing. The balcony’s are fantastic size for eating and chilling with a gorgeous view of the sea. Although an attic feel and not huge the utilisation of the space means it’s feels bigger. Coffee machine, comfy beds and fantastic wet room style showers! This place certainly contributed to a very special week in wonderful Sitges. Susana as host was just adorable. Nothing too much trouble and she feels like a friend by the end of your stay. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat 💗

Another Amazing Stay in this Incredible Spot!!!
This was our second visit to this amazing apartment, and it was just as spectacular as last time! Christophe's place is absolutely stunning. Absolutely every detail is incredible. Two levels, with three terraces! Both beds are so comfortable, amazing living space, and kitchen. Fantastic to have AC andWifi. From the very first contact, Christophe is polite, kind, responsive and helpful. You could not ask for a better host!! Susanna who greets you is absolutely lovely and sweet. perfekter Kurzurlaub
Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht und sind begeistert. Die Lage, der Schnitt, die Ausstattung, alles hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die freundliche Dame vor Ort, Susana, ermöglichte uns eine stressfreie Anreise und auch die Abreise klappte reibungslos.
Hier wird dem Gast bestmöglicher Service geboten.
Wir überlegen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.
Einzig ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl sucht man vergebens.

The apartment is right in the centre of old Sitges and only around 50m to the beach. Lovely sunny balconies with sea views. Very modern kitchen area and two lovely shower rooms. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment - best location
This was our 4th visit to Sitges, previously we have stayed in hotels. The apartment location is perfect! 2 mins walk to the beach and in the heart of the town.
The beach loungers are great to take out for the day -in fact there is loads of beach equipment if required. This a a quality contemporary apartment and we appreciated the showers/bathrooms the aircon, and comfort of bed. The only polite suggestion would be a safe to store valuables and maybe beach towels? Susana was super efficient as a host, and we would defo stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

A fantastic apartment.
What a fantastic apartment Chris’s place is. The location could not be better: just metres from the beach and from all the delights that Sitges has to offer. Yet, although the buzz of the town is all around the apartment, it is peaceful and quite within the home, due to the soundproofing offered by the triple glass patio doors. The apartment has everything that you could possibly need. A fully fitted kitchen with a very good range of utensils and a washer and dryer are real bonuses, and there are little extras like games, sun beds, parasols etc. to make our time within and outside of the apartment even better. Everything about the property is superb, from the bathrooms to the superb terraces, to the much need air-con. I wish it was my place. Susana, who meets, greets and takes you on a tour of the apartment and explains how everything works is excellent, and Chris, the owner, was always quick to respond and attentitive in the weeks and months before our holiday. This apartment is a real gem, and we hope to be back there in the not too distant future. Myself, my partner and our 14 year old daughter loved it.

Little Gem of a Place
Very well equipped appartment refurbished to a high standard. The location is perfect being right in the heart of everything but not noisy at night. Just a few steps to the beaches or to the main streets. Really enjoyed our time here and would be very happy to come back. Susannah was a really good with her greeting and explanation of everything. Thanks also to our host Christophe who kept us informed and was very helpful leading up to our stay. Great place in a fantastic location. WOW!!! The Most Beautiful Flat!!!
Wow! This is by far one of the most beautiful flats we've ever had the luck to find in all of our travels!! Absolutely stunning!! Completely renovated with love and care, right to the very last detail Two levels, two bedrooms and three terraces! Right in the heart of the action, yet quiet at night. From first contact with Christophe, he was polite, kind and responsive. A total gentleman. Upon arrival we were greeted by Susana, who is incredibly nice and answered every question. Wunderschöne und sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft
Ganz herzlich bedanken wir uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) für den perfekten Aufenthalt in Sitges. Die Organisation über Susana war sehr gut. Obwohl wir sehr spät ankamen, konnten wir sie stets kontaktieren und eine Schlüsselübergabe vereinbaren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr schön mit vielen Details eingerichtet und zentral gelegen.Der Bahnhof ist nah gelegen, der Strand vor der Tür, um die Ecke Geschäfte.
Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Perfect modern comfort overlooking the sea
Really enjoyed the clean, modern accommodations offered by this quaint condo located right by the sea! The only thing missing was a microwave, but everything else is just perfect. Despite being here during one of the noisiest periods (Pride week) the bedrooms were quiet so sleeping on the comfortable beds was not a problem. There are small convenience stores (mercats) nearby, a larger super-mercat a few blocks away and a supermarket right beside the train station - all within walking distance. The condo is air conditioned, lit with LED lighting, has reasonably fast internet speed and TV with Netflix and more. The washer and dryer came in handly and allowed is to bring less clothing. The host and the property manager were excellent to deal with. Would absolutely rent this one again!

Perfect
We absolutely made the best decision to stay in this apt. It was fantastic. Modern, tidy, well stocked and complete. Don't have one bad thing to say. The thoughtfulness put ino a vacation home was tremendous.
Two things stand out in my mind beyond just how comfortable the apt was; having a book with owners manuals in case you have trouble figuring out the appliances and the closet full of beach chairs, toys and umbrellas. They even had a couple of rain umbrellas just in case.
My biggest compliments however go to Susana who manages the place for the owners. I just cant say enough. From the first phone call before we headed out on our holiday to the last text goodbye. She met us on the corner so we didn't have to go searching for the apt. She gave us the most thorough tour of the apt so we really felt at home. She even walked us around the corner to show us where a small market was and gave us directions to a larger grocery.
She went above and beyond when the airline lost my luggage. I went 4 days without it but it finally showed up and they called her instead of me. Every step of the way she communicated with me and made sure that suitcase made it to our door. I never felt alone. She obviously had great concern for our comfort and our stay so I never worried.
We've used home away for years and have never had a bad experience but because of Susana this was by far our best experience.
