Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was so nice. Great breakfast, and the restaurant served high quality meat. Beautiful patio with lake and forest view for meals, really enjoyed that. Served rum with breakfast without complaint. Room was basic but clean and quiet. Beds OK. Lots of closet space which was nice. Bathroom modern and nice, no leaks or mold or other issues. Hot water perfect. Location excellent, just a 20-minute walk along a shady lake path to the campground and event. Really nice! Cab service in the evenings also available, or take a flashlight with you for the evening walk through the forest.

Room was very basic for the high price, near enough to a college dorm room, with no AC. However staff, location and food made up for it, as thankfully the weather wasn't too hot. Fan was included in the room, which was essential and appreciated.

Very nice and quiet location. Beautiful view of the lake and great breakfast/ food. Overall very satisfactory stay. Will book again next year.

The location is difficult to get to by foot. The apartment is smaller than in the pictures but still great. Even though it was advertised there were no toiletries or soap in the bathroom.

We went to a festival in Plumlov and this hotel was very close to the festival. Location is good. Hotel is just next to a lake and has really nice view of it.

This hotel has no air conditioning so rooms get etremely hot like sauna in July. The only way we could sleep was keeping the windows open the whole night. The temprature only became bearable around 2am. The bed was uncomfortable, breakfasts had very limited choise and amount. They close the restaurant and reception at 7pm in the middle of the summer. We could’t even get drinks. The worst of all workers pay no attention to their work or guests. The last evening we were there they forgot the radio on until the morning! Hotel supposed to be in a quiet traquil spot but no we couldn’t sleep much, neither we could find anyone to swich off the radio. We would certainly not go back to this hotel. It is clear that we don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

we stayed with our dog at a nice apartment with separate entrence, kitchen and a fireplace - very nice

it was cleaned, but maybe there were no guests for a long time, because there was dust.

Very friendly staff. Safe storage for bikes in the cellar.

Mosquito nets on the windows would be good. It was very hot so we had to choose between heat and bugs.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice location and view over lake.

The only issues were very few places for parking and short opening hours in restaurant (18:00)
