Pool needs updating and a heater. Pool was ice cold

the house was better than advertised. We were very satisfied with the house. It was nicer than the pictures showed. the living area, bathrooms and bedrooms exceeded our expectations. The pool was very nice and clean.

It was so nice to not be in a hotel. It was too cold to use the pool this time, may need to pick better days the next go round. This house was well maintained and very clean. We really enjoyed our trip. Thanks for your hospitality

Very clean property, well maintained with all the basics you need for your stay. We stayed for baseball spring training and its a little far away (30+ min). I knew that in advance and chose the property because it seemed better than closer options.

The location was 10 minutes from the Surprise stadium which is where we spent all of our time. It was a lovely place. It was well stocked and clean. I thought I saw in the amenities there was a hot tub, but there was not…there was a lovely swimming pool though. I would stay there again if we head back to AZ.

Great location. Roomy house. Showers were awesome, hot and super shower heads. Liked the gas grill and used it 3x. Friendly owner & property manager. Several things fell apart, kinda cheap. The soap & shampoo available was weak. Towels need an upgrade for sure.

Kimberly is a wonderful host. Her home is inviting and comfortable with everything you’ll need. Both Kimberly and Liberty, the property manager, are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. The yard and pool are awesome, the house is incredibly comfortable and welcoming, and the beds are super comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again! Thank you for having us!

Awesome location, great property, property manager was very helpful and responsive. The check-in process definitely needs to be revamped. It was very complicated to access the house keys. It would be much better to install a lock with a digital access code. Aside from that, the whole experience was wonderful.

What an amazing stay at this property. Everything was in order, nicely appointed, everything in order as expected. property mgt company had clear and onetime communication, and responded quickly to things I asked for feedback on. Kimberly and Liberty really put a nice package together with this house. Pool is awesome addition and being able to relax at night on the patio was an added bonus.
As a former property renter myself, I am impressed with how well this has kept up. Clearly the owner and mgt company are paying attention. Will definitely be renting again next year and recommend to friends and family.

A great surprise!
Surprise is a great location for hiking and getting around the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. The home is a wonderful retreat after a long day of hiking. The pool was a must to sooth tired muscles. The host was responsive to pre-trip questions and available to us the entire trip. If you are planning a trip to the Phoenix area, I recommend this home!

Spring Break Fun in the Sun
We had a very enjoyable time at this property in Sierra Montana! The children enjoyed the pool, even tho it wasn’t heated and a little chilly at this time (3rd week in March), too cold for dad and mom, who enjoyed relaxing poolside instead. Breakfast on the patio was great! The neighborhood was very quiet and next door to a seasonal citrus u-pick which we took advantage of, enjoying picking our own grapefruit and eating them . It’s close to lots of great restaurants, the World Wildlife Zoo,a favorite of ours, easy to get to and from airport as it’s close to Loop 303, which is also a great connector to I-17 , Lake Pleasant, and other parts of the city. We had a small issue with minimal hot water for showers for six on our arrival, which we communicated and was resolved with promptness the next day. The house is not spick and span spotlessly clean but was good enough for us. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little soft for us, it maybe could use an upgrade. The house is well stocked with whatever we needed , forgot our toothpaste so was happy to see some! Communication with the owner and property manager was also excellent. All told we’d easily stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay
We loved the space and having a pool. Response time on questions was quick. We wished the pool was heated but the kids suffered through the chill. I would have liked loungers by the pool so I could take a nap. All and all we enjoyed the location and the home.

Great amenities
We loved our stay. House was stocked with everything you may need. A quick trip to store a few miles away and we were set. Beautiful backyard, pool setting. It included a great fenced off area for granddaughter to play. Lots of outdoor furniture. Will stay agsin.

Great Stay!
My family, (husband & 2 young sons) and our friends visited Arizona this March and was really happy with our stay at the VRBO. It was family friendly and within walking distances to parks for the kids. The only thing we didn't realize was that pool is not heated, so swimming in early March was doable, but usually only when it was sunny. We had great communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable, comfortable, convenient.
Nice place in a safe, desirable neighborhood. Convenient location. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Could use new skillets, but otherwise well stocked and a great spot. Would rent again.

Property was as listed. Very clean upon arrival. Our stay was very comfortable. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to have anything you would need. We were visiting family nearby and they said they will keep this property in mind if they have friends visiting that want a place to stay. We would also rent this property again.

This was the cleanest VRBO property we have ever stayed at. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions. Only suggestion would be to have fans in the rooms.
