Ocean Front Condo with AC, Watch Sea Turtles from Our Lanai
Visita il nostro rifugio fronte oceano ristrutturato. L'unità è stata ristrutturata dall'alto verso il basso, dal soffitto al pavimento. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size in California, comodini con luci di lettura, armadi a muro per riporre gli indumenti, ripiano in granito, ventilatore a soffitto, TV a schermo piatto da 24 "e armadio con porta a scomparsa. Le doppie porte a scomparsa si aprono verso l'atrio e il bagno, donando un'atmosfera aperta e ariosa. Il passaggio attraverso la cucina ti permette di vedere l'Oceano dalla camera da letto. Le persiane possono essere disegnate tra la cucina e la camera da letto per la privacy.
Il nuovo bagno è stato diviso tra la zona lavandino e il bagno / doccia. Il bacino della nave è situato nel piano di lavoro in granito. La nuova doccia in travertino è di grandi dimensioni e ha una doccia fissa e una doccia a mano.
La cucina presenta una grande isola di granito con piano cottura e forno. I nuovi armadi con ripiani in granito lasciano molto spazio per la preparazione dei cibi. La pulizia è una sincronizzazione con il lavandino a doppia vasca, estrarre il rubinetto e la lavastoviglie inossidabile. La cucina è dotata di macchina per il caffè, tostapane, frullatore, waffle, bicchieri, stoviglie e tutti gli utensili necessari per preparare i pasti. Conserva i tuoi alimenti nel frigorifero che ha un fabbricatore di ghiaccio automatico e all'interno del bocchettone di vetro della porta. Scegli di consumare i pasti al bancone o al tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare quattro persone mentre guardi le onde che rotolano dentro.

Apon walking into condo, my husband and I were immediately put off by the dingy smell and the look of the floor and kitchen. My husband got down on his hands and knees and scrubbed the floor. The paper towels he used were black. I chloroxed the kitchen and bathroom down and Lysol sprayed everything down.. Then, we lit a watermelon candle and it was perfect. Clean, clean, clean. That is my suggestion. First impression almost made us go elsewhere. Toilet problem was addressed but not repaired. The temporary fix worked for our stay. But, I recall this same thing from a previous review (months ago). You have a great place. Awesome views, great location. Just give it regular tender loving care and this is a perfect review.

We had a nice time celebrating our anniversary here. The unit was clean, and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the unit to take with us on short walks to nearby beaches. Also, all needed utensils and kitchenware were provided to be able to cook in the unit. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Lovely updated condo equipped with everything needed! The views from the balcony are so beautiful with the water below (viewing turtles too) and ocean out to the right with Mountain Views to the left. Balcony furniture is so comfy to sit for hours enjoying the ocean sounds. Very nice having AC to cool the unit down when needed. Wonderful stay in Poipu!

Wonderful location, easy check-in and responsive host. Great ocean views and peaceful complex. We had one little hiccup with the TV (batteries in remote were dead). The property manager immediately came over and changed them.

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the balcony are amazing. Surfing and snorkeling from the beach below was wonderful. The condo is very nicely appointed with a huge living area and kitchen. Lots of beach toys to use and the complex’s outdoor showers were a welcome way to rinse off the warm salt water. Thanks for the stay and we would love to return one day soon.

This condo was one of our all time favorites! It had an amazing view, very cool layout, nicely furnished and had the extras that make staying easy. Everything from a beach cooler and chairs to baggies for sandwich’s. The snorkeling out the west side below the Beach House was excellent too.

The property sits in front of a nice beach view. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset and the sound of the waves.
The condo is super clean, spacious, and it has everything that you will need. The location is close to restaurants, shops, but very private.
Bob, the owner, was very accomodating and communicative.
Overall, we had such a wonderdul and amazing experience. We will forever cherish our time at this location.

Beautiful remodeled condo with almost everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to see the ocean from the bedroom, and hearing the waves at night to lull us to sleep. And beautiful sunrises each morning from the lanai. Really appreciated the air conditioning when we needed it too. We mistakenly thought that there was a washer & dryer in the room, but found out when we got there that there is a community laundry room on the 2nd floor to pay for use. Will pack more clothes next time so no need to do laundry. Looking forward to staying here again in the future, Mahalo!

Excellent location overlooking a beautiful cove that always has sea turtles. The sound of the waves are great for a restful sleep. Wonderful ocean sunsets on the back lawn. Numerous great restaurants within minutes of the property. Perfect for a couple visiting the Garden Isle.

Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, beautiful beaches steps away. Watched Honu and Hawaiian Monk Seals sleep across the bay in the sand. Swam with tropical fish and Honu (kept our distance as required as they are wildlife) at Lawai Beach just around the corner. Peaceful vacation.

Gorgeous views! Warm lanai, perfect for sunbathing or sipping coffee in the am and wine in the pm! Very comfortable living area. Fun to watch the current sports games too after a long day out and about. The amenities were great. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Super clean. My only complaint was that all of the towels had the mildew smell and the bed could stand to have a topper on it for additional comfort.
The location is wonderful. Close to many beaches, restaurants, shopping, excursions, botanical gardens, spouting horn! There’s so many things to see and enjoy in the south side of the island! ❤️

What a wonderful place to call home during our 9-day stay on Kauai! Loved watching the sunrise every morning from the lanai! The location was perfect and the condo was just as the listing and photos described. Enjoyed the AC and comfortable bed after warm days exploring the island. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to return again someday!

Beautiful condo with the most amazing views. My husband and I loved having lunch on the patio and taking in the amazing weather and views. Condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kauai. Only thing we would probably liked different was the BBQ grill area as it was in the parking lot and covered in bird droppings. My husband tried using the bbq area and got pooped on by a bird but other than that there was a full kitchen so the bbq wasn’t necessary. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

This condo is wonderfully situated on the South Shore. Excellent snorkeling next door, beautiful water views with ability to be lulled to sleep by the ocean and a quick drive to Poipu or Spouting Horn. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed and more!

The location was perfect for the island. Ample restaurants, markets, shops. All in close proximity. The condo is quaint, but sufficient for a stay. Great view from the balcony and we never had difficulty with finding a parking space within a few feed of the entrance. The condo was clean and had ample stock of the necessities needed. There is plenty to do on the island. We visit Hawaii annually, but this was our first time on Kauai. We normally stay in Maui (Lahaina or Kaahanapali), or on the Big Island. Obviously, we were fortunate to be on Kauai this time. The Garden Island is nice and we will return. The only negative was where the complex decided to put the bar b q pits!
This condo is a good choice if you are traveling to Kauai and looking for a nice place to call home.
We are all praying for and keeping the folks on Maui in our thoughts.

We had an absolutely amazing time in Kauai, and this condo was a big part of that. Amazing views of the water and we could even see sea turtles from the lanai! The place was clean, comfortable, and very open. Bob was very easy to communicate with, and he was so accommodating. The place was in a very convenient location. Absolutely recommend!

Everything was great! The only thing I would recommend is having more towels & washcloths. Wish there was a washer & dryer in the unit like our condo in Maui. We saw plenty of turtles and my adult daughter was able to snorkel in the water below our balcony which was neat.

We spent 5 days in this condo, and had an amazing experience. Modern remodel is awesome, bed very comfortable, and can't say enough good things about this place. The beach accessories (umbrella, snorkel gear, chairs) were the nicest we have experienced. View off the balcony had regular sightings of turtles, and snorkeling at Laiwa Beach was solid, with a turtle sighting our last day. Breeze kept the place cool without the need for AC, and we would highly recommend this property.

This unit provided every possible desired amenity - even binoculars to see turtles from the balcony. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, even a first aid kit. We snorkeled all over the cove east and west of the building and saw dozens of turtles each time.
