Great location and apartment is very clean. Easy self-check in with good instructions and communication. It's lovely of Eleonora to leave some cakes and tea and coffee for us.

Fabulous apartment. Beautiful interior, perfectly equipped, spotlessly clean. In a great location. Great communication from hosts.

Hemos pasado una semana con dos niñas y el apartamento ha cumplido las expectativas. Estaba bien ubicado, cerca del centro, en una calle tranquila. El apartamento es amplio, techos altos reformado siguiendo estilo construcción centro Bolonia. Destacar la limpieza y comodidad de las camas. Tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodos, la cocina tenía todo tipo de menaje y un detalle que nos dejó café, té, infusiones, agua y cosas para desayunar.

Eché de menos un microondas.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super. Sehr ruhig, in 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss die Piazza Maggiore, die Fussgängerzone in 5 Minuten. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen gibt es nach ca. 150 Metern. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Steps in bathrooms are a tripping hazard.

Warm, centrally heated flat which was ideal for our Easter visit. Well equipped and prettily furnished. Very quiet but close to Piazza Maggiore and everything we wanted to visit. Our host was very helpful and had given careful thought to what is needed in an apartment. The welcome supplies of coffee pods, water and orange juice were much appreciated as we arrived (very tired from travelling) in the evening. Would certainly stay at Paglia Tre again.

The area was very quiet, only a few minutes walk to the Piazza Maggiore and the apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. It was lovely to find the little things that make a difference like pastries, bottle of water, tea, sugar and toiletries etc. There were small supermarkets nearby to buy the essentials and the property was equipped with everything one might require for their stay. There was also a lovely little bar just around the corner ! The heating system worked really well and the beds were super comfortable . We walked a lot around Bologna but bought a bus ticket from the tourist Information for when we travelled to and from the station and used the circular route buses ( 32 or 33 ) which stopped fairly close to the property. Would recommend the walking tour as an introduction to the city ( booked through Tourist Office) and also travelling to Ravenna for a day trip. Great communication from our host and we had a thoroughly enjoyable and informative time in Bologna. Thank you ...

Clean and nicely remodeled. Nice kitchen. Quiet location not too far from main square. Long walk to train station but bus 30 was close and took you right there for 1.5 eiro

Tub/shower was too slippery and treacherous. Grab bars would help. But we are in our 60s and 70s :) Both couples had to share the walk-in shower. Dining table was adequate, but could have been larger as that is where we hang out.

The apartment was in a great location, and very spacious for two couples. Eleanor was great to deal and very helpful.

This apartment is in a perfect position, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space. The host is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has good water pressure. The aircon is brilliant. The apartment is only a short walk from the city centre, and is very quiet at night.

The rubbish business is very confusing, but that is Italy. There really is nothing not to like about this apartment. It does have stairs but not too many so getting your bags in and out is no problem.

Perfect in every way. Great attention to detail. Eleanor was a wonderful attentive host. Beautiful peaceful comfortable apartment.
