2nd time staying here, great property with lots of common space. Large deck in the tree canopy overlooking the sea. Very clean house with great hosts.

Great property with wonderful bedrooms, heating and cooling, 3 living areas, lovely balcony with views of the ocean and well stocked kitchen. Very relaxing stay and friendly host.

The property was clean and well stocked. All the rooms and bedrooms were comfortably furnished. We loved the view and the kitchen. Garden was peaceful. Walking distance to the beach. I would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and well equipped property, which is set in a quiet location, in a lovely garden, within walking distance of the beaches. The different living areas are a really special feature. Chris was a helpful and obliging host, and we very much hope to come back again for a longer stay in future.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and felt like a well looked after holiday home, not just a rental with the bare minimum. The beds were comfy and heating great for the cold weekend!

We could not have asked for anything more for our stay. The house is so well presented and you feel immediately at home there. From the lovely garden, great grassed area to enjoy, all levels of the home ( living areas for everyone!) and the perfect deck, it was fabulous. I am going to miss walking up to the living area and seeing that gorgeous view! Everything you could need and so much more is provided. Location is walking distance to everything. Cape Paterson offers bay or surf swims and is close to so many other wonderful places. We can not wait to book this awesome property again! Thanks for having us Chris, you were so great to deal with.

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Views in Cape Paterson. The house provided the perfect location for the family to enjoy all the Cape Paterson had to offer. It was also the perfect location for a young family, located in a quiet cul-de-sac and close to a park. And the outdoor shower was very popular with the kids! Thanks Chris

Wonderful home, very clean, kitchen fully stocked, lovely owner who promptly assisted when the tv stopped working (oops, we had knocked out the adaptor). Lovely location near the park for the kids to play and an outdoor shower for a rinse after a day at the beach.

The house was perfect for our needs. Big, clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The location was also excellent. I really couldn’t fault any of it. Loved every minute! We’d love to come back and stay again one day.

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be quite practical for a young family. The place was clean on arrival. Plenty of appliances and utensils to make the stay easy. Nice view up on the deck. Spacious and with separate living areas.

Our first holiday since Covid began. Lovely clean, tidy house with a beautiful view to the water from the spacious deck. There was everything we needed and more. Was hoping for a chilly night so we could light a fire but the weather was very good to us. The meals at the Tavern just a short stroll away were very good and we utilized the BBQ and had a lovely dinner out on the deck with a few wines. We took lots of lovely drives around the area, saw places we hadn"t been to before and it was a so nice to come back and relax here.

We were keen to reconnect with beautiful Cape Paterson and our stay here was perfect. Beautifully appointed and lovely ambience. Sitting on the deck surrounded by treetops and birdlife at breakfast, beautiful beach views, easy access to beach and walks, sunny spots to sit and read during the day and starlit skies at night. All we imagined it might be.

We are so very grateful for Chris and his family for opening up their home to our family for our first holiday since COVID began. We wanted peace and quiet and we got that and so much more.
This property is nestled among the trees in an elevated court, with the most glorious see views from the living room and the deck. The garden is gorgeous and a lovely tranquil place to relax. The beds were really comfortable and at night when the temperature dropped the fire and the heaters kept us toasty warm. The beach is only a short stroll away and is well worth the walk with beautiful blue ocean and soft yellow sand.
The property was immaculately clean on our arrival and has all the modern conveniences you could want, along with two coffee machines.
Chris is an incredible host and is very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. He also offered us a late check out which we were so happy to receive.
This is a property we would love to stay at again.

The four of us retirees found this home at Cape Paterson to be perfect for our winter get together. Everything was just right. The living areas were very warm and comfortable and the kitchen had everything at hand. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also just what we needed. The views from the living room were very scenic. It wou;d be lovely to eat outside on the deck in warmer weather. Thanks to Chris' family for sharing their lovely beach house with us.

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Chris' place. Clean, comfortable and beautiful home & garden in a lovely, elevated area with ocean views. Home had everything we needed - we loved staying here! Easy and prompt communication with Chris who was very helpful. Look forward to coming back again.

After the long Victorian lockdown, we were looking for a tranquil holiday retreat. This property hit the spot in many ways, except for the building going on nearby. This is not the owners issue! Except for our builder friends, the beach was nearby, the local hotel serves fabulous meals and the property was clean, well appointed and restful. Would definitely go back. Thanks Chris.

We return regularly to this property because of its great location, privacy and its cleanliness. Great views over Cape and the ocean, situated in a quiet court with a lovely garden to relax in. The home is comfortable with the all mod cons you need for a great beach holiday.

Staying at Chris' place was a beautiful experience. Spotlessly clean and set in a tranquil environment. The house itself is elevated on a hill, offering stunning sea views.Chris was really easy to deal with and was accommodating to our family's needs. A 10/10 experience.
