It was hard to stay in bed when the sunrise over the Atlantic was just out the window. Great spot, right in the middle of the fun. No issues at all.

Host Marcia pushed all information about the property in a timely manner and takes pride in her place. All aspects of the amenities were as published. The property’s location is ideal being on the beach and right next to the restaurants and shopping. We did not have to drive our car once there. I’d highly recommend this and will return.

Cute little place for a couple looking for a nice getaway. The condo looks just like the pictures and is within walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. Well stocked with just about anything you need even movies and books. If we come back down to this area would consider staying here again and also would recommend to others wanting to stay in the area. Marcia was easy to work with and offered suggestions for restaurants in the area.

Our third stay at this condo was even better than the first if possible. View, location and accommodations are as described and just what we wanted. Condo right on the beach yet near restaurants and small shops. We will come back for a 4th time.

The location, parking, ease of entry and proximity to the beach were great. The apartment could use some upgrades. The fridge has terrible rust stains that make the kitchen look bad. Please replace the coffee pot. There are stains on the carpet in the bedroom and the bed has very cheap linens and pillows. It was a reasonable price but some simple upgrades would make a world of difference. (Water stained base boards, old couch, door locks are rusted and handles look terrible, etc). Overall the apartment was clean but I wouldn’t give as high of reviews as other travelers did when I read the reviews.

There for 2 nights while visiting relatives. Decided to stay close to beach for easy access. The balcony was perfect for coffee with sunrise, and producing shade for sundown. Full size coffeemaker with filters was nice, just wish I would have known to bring a small can of coffee. Beach chairs a nice bonus!

We truly needed this time off. Everything wea nice. I did get bit by something. Wear bug repellant when sitting outside.

The inside was adorable. Clean and cozy… right on the beach. We watched the sunrise and then took off on a run down A1A. Got back and played in the ocean a bit before taking off to one of the amazing restaurants for lunch. So many great food places around! And amazing cocktails! We could walk anywhere! The condo was a great setup, with coffee and water stocked. Comfy bed and nice living room area. I cannot wait to book another stay! Completely worth every penny for a couple who wants a romantic beach vacation!

Lovely condo, clean, well furnished. The only surprise was that the condo complex is adjacent to two different clubs with live music playing weekend nights. Two bands at once. Music stopped at 11 pm however. Otherwise, quiet and private. I highly recommend the Salty Bagel around the corner for breakfast.

Condo offered everything you could need for a beach getaway; private parking and beach access and walking distance to local beach bars.

Perfect for watching the beautiful ocean from the balcony. Close walking distance to the beach. Chairs, umbrella suntan lotion are all generously supplied by the owner. This vrbo does not disappoint!

The place was clean and right on the beach. There are a lot of places within walking distance to eat and shop.

We stayed at Cocoa Beach so that we could live the best of both worlds for a few days! We traveled to Disney World for a day trip and spent the rest of our days on the beach, which was literally right off of our balcony with a short walkway straight to the beach. We were walking distance from several GREAT restaurants, and coffee shops. Marcia is a gem and was willing to go above and beyond for us! We will most definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for our needs. I never had to move my truck. Everything was in walking distance.

Overall, the location is undeniably the best part of this rental. The owner was very responsive and nice. I read other reviews that this was a quiet location - I didn’t have that experience as there is an outdoor venue that had live music until 11pm each night we were there, that was right across the street (but it’s a touristy area so we assumed it was going to be loud). There is absolutely no privacy in the condo, except the bathroom (there is a bedroom with a door, but there is also an opening/window between the bedroom and living room - which I get because it gives you a great view, which is why I suggest this is good for a person who wants a solo trip, or a couple only). I loved waking up and being able to see the ocean with the big sliding glass window. It was nicely decorated and felt like a home, so that’s good.

This cozy unit was the perfect choice for our stay. You can't get a better view or any closer to the beach! We actually watched a SpaceX rocket launch from our balcony. We loved being able to walk to the many local restaurants and were impressed by the quality and price of the food. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing, low key vacation!

The rental had everything we needed. It was quiet, cozy, and accommodating. Unfortunately, we didn’t have great beach weather for our stay but the location was great for walking to nearby bars, restaurants, etc . so we had plenty of things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is nice, the price was reasonable, and the location right by the beach was excellent. We managed to arrive a couple hours early, and Marcia was kind enough to not make us wait around. My kid had a blast at the beach, and we got to see a rocket launch one night which was a cool bonus.

Walk off your patio and onto the beach.

Location was perfect. Unit was stocked with everything you could think of. Marcia was quick to respond & even stop by if needed. Looking forward to staying again.

Lovely condo with beautiful view of the ocean and very short, easy walk to the beach.. Our second visit and hope to be back next year.

Great communication, clean and adorable little condo, very quiet and private feeling considering there’s several bars/restaurants within the block. Loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the ocean view. I couldn’t get the kitchen window to open I would have loved to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean but could have been user error. Thank you!

The unit was amazing, bed was comfortable, and unbeatable views. We will be back!

Beautiful location had everything we needed.
