Nice property but tv only in one room that worked was a little bit much but all in all very nich

GREAT condo! Beautifully decorated with a wonderfully appointed kitchen. The only thing that doesn’t get 5 stars is the parking but it’s the best that it can be. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!!

Lovely place. We booked on super short and the owner was very helpful. Clean and super convenient to everything- beach, boardwalk, shopping. Great porch/balcony. Would recommend.

We’ve stayed at this condo several times before and always have a relaxing time. With the extra parking pass, our friends in the area are also able to come hang out and have dinner with us - which makes our stay that much more enjoyable. Love being able to take an early morning walk along the shore - or head out late afternoon and just meditate on the beach.

Our family had a lovely time at this rental. The rental was very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen (good knives, food storage supplies, good pots and pans). We had such a comfortable stay, it felt like home! The beach was perfect and easy to access. We are already looking forward to a vacation at this rental next year.

The communication with Angie and Steven was great. They responded quickly when answering my questions. The property was very nice. Parking was a little confusing but if you work with your neighbors it can work without much effort. The pool was an asset to our stay. Very clean and well cared for. The beach was just over the dunes and was well maintained, Fireworks are once a week and can be seen from the beach if you don't want to walk to the Boardwalk. Perfect week at Carolina Beach!

Condo great, parking not ideal, but worked out.

This was a beautiful condo and my family and I enjoyed it very much! You are only "guaranteed" one parking space and even with that the parking was very stressful. I would highly recommend just paying the $100 to get the week long city parking pass and park in the spaces that are right next to the unit. It would make the week much less stressful. But otherwise very nice condo!

We had a great time at our beach getaway. Property was clean with great access to both the beach and the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I rented this to spend time with family at the beach. Wonderful location. Clean and stocked well. Beds were comfortable. And the best thing was just steps from the beach.

Located right on the beach. Beautiful views. And located right in the middle of walking distance for all the activities.

The unit fit our needs perfectly. There were a few small bumps but it was easy to communicate with the property owner and everything was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely like to return and stay longer.

We stayed 5 days and 4 nights here and I wish we could have stayed longer!! We loved this condo! Everything was exactly as pictured and/or stated in description. The bedrooms were very night and the mattress' slept comfortably. We loved that the outdoor storage area was stocked with everything needed for either the pool or beach. The kitchen was also stocked with everything needed to eat or prepare a meal with. I specifically loved the living room decor with the orange couch and accent chair! My family spent a lot of low key needed time together before our oldest two start back to school. The only reason I chose 4 stars for cleanliness, was because there was some sand on the master bedroom quilt, which was very minor, I mean it is hard to get every and granule up at the beach, lol. We also spent a lot of time on the balcony, the outside furniture was very comfortable. We loved this place and hope to return again next year! Thank you for the prompt returning of questions!!

We had a great stay! Living space was spacious and had plenty of room for the 6 of us! Location is great, the deck is fantastic to enjoy morning coffee! Thank you!

Great location, all the amenities! There were 10 of us total and we had plenty of space. Everything we needed was within walking distance, beach was steps away and the kids loved that Netflix was on the TV! Parking was a bit tricky, but if you follow the instructions it works. Definitely a nice way to meet your neighbors for the week, lol. Owners were fabulous and I’d definitely stay there again.

Angie was very great at accommodating! Everything was great about the place. The parking can be tricky but it’s that way everywhere on the island. Great appliances. Good amount of space. Everything was perfect for us!

Property is awesome! The bedrooms are great. Owners are great hosts and are very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Parking is horrible, it seemed to eventually work itself out but we did rent a golf cart to easily get around for our second vehicle. No way a vehicle larger than a mid sized car can fit on the driveway for the AB and C units, so only way out is backing up. Suggestion that I would give to anyone that has a vehicle that is large and may not need to take out too much: try to park as close to the stairs (first spot), that way you don't have to move it if others need to get out. You can also do a weekly parking pass and there are spots right next to the unit:) Had a great time would definitely return!

Beautiful and very much like a home away from home. We loved having our own personal bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and equipped. Air conditioner worked really well, the beds were comfortable, and the two decks were enjoyed by all. Parking was a little challenging, but I understand the reason for the process. Overall, Angie was so easy to work with and it was evident that she wanted our week at Carolina Beach to be perfect. Thanks to Angie and her spouse was such a wonderful vacation!

Close to restaurants so we are able to walk which we really enjoy . Loved staying here, thank you!

The key pad didn't work and we had to get a key part of the cleaning refund was taken for leaving the key inside although I just went through our messages and was never told different. We had to sweep when we first arrived the dryer was filed with sand and the main shower was clogged. The dish washer has a smell and the bottom of it looks disgusting. And if you do stay here make sure you video when you leave because so much happened after we left apparently until the so called house keeper got there. Il

We have visited Carolina Beach numerous times but this was the first time staying on the north end of the island. We loved being able to walk to downtown and to the beach, even in December. The condo was well furnished for cooking and with games, books and things for the beach. We traveled with older teens (16 & 19) and it was nice to have queen beds for each of them. Overall this property fit our needs very well and we will look at renting again.

Stayed here with my husband, son, daughter-in-law & 2 granddaughters for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect getaway for all of us. Even though it was in the 40’s and 50’s, the kids were in the water!! They didn’t care and they had a blast! The location was so close to grocery store, gas, fast food, the boardwalk, restaurants, the Aquarium, etc. The condo was spacious and beautiful! We hope to be back soon!

The property was as described in the listing and very convenient to restaurants and attractions. The owner was easy to reach and responsive when I had questions. The condo is stocked with plenty of beach gear and everything you need for a great vacation.

At first, we thought the location was a little sleepy and away from things...we could not have been so wrong!! There were so many fun places to go and hang out and the beach was one of the nicest we had ever been to. The condo was well kept and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We had family from various locations come in for vacation, this was a perfect fit for us. Location was amazing to the beach and to the board walk. The property manager is wonderful and truly cares about her renters. Will certainly stay here again.
