Incredible 360 degree views with lovely terrace. Great for birdwatching! Big bed.

A very well kept and presented property. A very nice pool which we made good use of and efficent air conditioning.

Unfortunatly we arrived in an exceptional heatwave which increased the mosquito presense to a high level. Not usual or the owners fault but quite unpleasant. A day later the wind blew a little and the problem was more manageable. The owner provided sprays to help.

The perfect escape. Beautiful countryside setting, yet only a short drive to the seaside town of Gruissan. Lovely studio leading into the garden. Listening to the many birds whilst lying by the pool.

The mosquitoes, but the property is surrounded by stunning wetlands, so it can be expected. But when it's too windy, they hide. Plenty of anti-mosquito items such as electric zappers and candles provided.

The small Studio in the third floor has an excellent view in 360 degrees. Amazing outlook over the swamp land and etangs with all the birds. It is a really cute appartment with a very big terasse. We really loved it, felt like standing above the things...

Nothing to blame, just to mention: stairs up to 3rd floor (high rooms) can be exhausting. And no swamp land without mosquitos...

There is nothing that we did not like.

The views are magnificent, and I got to see Pink Flamingos for the first time, only about 2 km away.

The price to pay for the magnificent views was the number of stairs it took to get up to the top floor. For someone younger and fitter, it wouldn't be a problem.

Being in the countryside. Having air-conditioning and a swimming pool.

Internet was a bit slow at times but I put that down to the rural location
