L'accueil et le professionnalisme de la gérante. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité de la gare, en plein centre ville et à 800 m du funiculaire. Chambre familiale spacieuse et très confortable. Petit balcon avec table et chaise. Déco traditionnelle savoyarde. Hôtel calme car il ne donne pas sur des rues passantes, notre chambre donnait sur la rue piétonne. Hôtel à recommander.
Nombre de places de parking limité devant l'hôtel, mais qd il n'y a plus de place la gérante déplace son véhicule et nous cède sa place. Cela est arrivé 2 fois sur les 3 jours et nous avons trouvé cela très professionnel de sa part.
Limitation de la température des chambres à 21°C dans un bâtiment ancien dont les boiseries laissent passer pas mal d'air ( limitation à cause de la hausse des prix de l'électricité ce que nous avons très bien compris), mais la gérante nous a apporté des couvertures supplémentaires et tout était parfait. Encore merci.

Completely renovated, nice terrace in the room, great location just in the Center close to restaurants, grocery, bakery, bus/train station. Restaurant/Bar in the same property but super quiet stay though. The owner was superb, kind and helpful.

A charming little hotel The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a fantastic bar and restaurant which was obviously popular with locals. A great atmosphere in a family run environment, the staff were so friendly and made us feel at home. We had a delicious dinner on arrival and chat with the staff (and the hotel dog). The location is perfect, down an old street in the old part of town. We drove right to the door, got lucky as there was one space right outside but there's plenty of parking nearby. We came for one night as a stopover but would happily stay for much longer. Would definitely come back.

We arrived room at 22.00. The temperature of the room was aroubd 15 C. Freezing cold. And there was only a one heater which is in bathroom. Only a towel heater !
