Accanto al parco giochi e area pic-nic sorvegliata sorvegliata spiaggia e anche una spiaggia privata è disponibile, decine di ristoranti e negozi raggiungibili a piedi. 90 minuti per attrazioni di Orlando ea pochi minuti dal Minor League partite di baseball. Sicuro, tranquillo e perfetto per tutti. Vero spiaggia ha un nuovo Indian River Mall con uno dei più grandi film di teatro AMC (24 schermi). Ci sono molti campi da golf e da tennis nelle vicinanze.

Great Place well located and very quiet neighborhood the weather was Not great But very Rested week if you re looking for some rest This is Your place to rent! Also if you.BBQ they don't allowed at the property but next to the condo community is a park with BBQ place where you Can Grill with everything you need to do a Good Asado!

My cousin and I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Vero Beach. Right on the beach, beautiful pool, comfortable space - it was perfect. Daniel was very responsive and a joy to meet

We spent a week here with 3 adults while in town to visit family. The condo was a great size for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the sound and view of the waves, as well as the large, heated pool on the property.
The location is perfect for going to the beach and just a short drive away from most of the beach restaurants and shops.
On our first day our air conditioning was not working and the owner promptly contacted us to get it fixed while we were out for the day. He was very easy to communicate with and made our check-in easy despite getting delayed 2 hours in our arrival.
We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family of four. 1st floor gave us immediate access to the pool and beach. We could see the sunrise every morning too! The host provided everything needed for the beach. I highly recommend staying here!!

This property was very nice. The beach was very close. Due to the hurricane, the stairs down to the beach were unusable, so we had to walk about a block to a park that had access to the beach.
The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay there again.

The unit is exactly as described and pictures are accurate. Great value considering the location and size of the condo. Daniel is very responsive. Unfortunately for us, the timing was great having arrived 3-4 weeks after a hurricane which greatly eroded the beach and was mostly wiped away when a second hurricane arrived during our stay.
Will look to return next year.

We experienced excellent communication with the property manager, the whole step of the way! Ease of renting the property and ease of entering and leaving as well went smoothly. Very nice accommodations. Enjoyed the sound of the waves and the little treasures found on the beach! Great time!

Location was perfect. Steps to beach and pool, which were never crowded. We walked into town every morning for breakfast & were right across the street from Village Market. Owner was quick to respond & very professional, condo as described.

Excellent Location
High marks for this condo and its owner! The property is slightly older, but well-maintained and clean. And the location absolutely can't be beat. Steps from the pool and right next to the beach. You can see the ocean from the windows. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We slept comfortably and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the pool, especially the fact they use chemicals other than chlorine to keep it clean, so we could stay in it for hours without being overwhelmed. The beach is super easy to walk to - so close! - and relatively private. You certainly won't have to jockey for position. It's an easy walk down the beach to the boardwalk and into the Ocean Blvd-Vero Beach area. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, the art museum, and just a short drive to the treasure museum. (Highly recommend The Lemon Tree for breakfast/brunch.) And the owner, Daniel, is wonderfully responsive to any questions or requests. If you're looking for somewhere to enjoy a relaxing beachside vacation, with or without family in tow, and want to be just steps from a pool and beach, then this is the property for you.

Location. Location, Location
This VRBO rental is in an ideal location on Vero Beach and within the Condominium. It is easy to drive across the bridge to any type of shopping needed - food, wine, or whatever. Also, the local market is fairly good in prepared food. Daniel, the Owner, was very helpful and gave us good suggestions on the area. The weather was great, except for one day of rain. It was lovely to get up and walk directly out to the pool and beach so easily. We've stayed in other condos in this building before and this location is much better. We enjoyed the pool more this trip than on previous trips. We hope to stay there again next year.

Awesome Location, Great Stay
Daniel’s place was great and he was a wonderful host. He spent time with us at check-in showing us the details of his condo and was very easy to communicate with. The condo was stocked with coffee and a few snacks and beverages, which was very thoughtful! The location could not be better- a 3min walk from the back door to the beach, but also walking distance to bars and restaurants on the island. The pool was lovely and the condo was great for our family of three. I’d happily stay here again for future visits.

This was our second stay at the property. Everything was fantastic! The property was clean and comfortable. The convenience can't be beat. Only steps to the beach and pool. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true beach vacation.

What's not to like?
Steps to the pool. Steps to the beach. Boardwalk nearby. Easy walk to town. What's not to like? The two bed/two bath condo was clean and had everything, including beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. As well, its location on the first floor walk affords easy access to the pool and beach. No need to walk around the building or take the elevator. Dan, the owner, was there personally to greet us when we arrived. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

We loved the fact that this was a first-floor unit with quick access to the pool.
We liked the layout of the condo unit, especially for the fact that the two bedrooms are basically master suites. The property is beautifully maintained, with a large deck as you access the beach, which is great for relaxing and watching the ocean.

The Property and Condo was well maintained
We were bummed that the red tide was there during our stay. But the good side is that the condo was everything we expected. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms,kitchen,etc was clean and well stocked. The owner was fantastic. He met us at the condo at midnight. He gave us the grand tour and suggested numerous restaurants. Our Favorites were Toojay's, the Kilted Mermaid and Waldo's.

Another great stay in this fantastic condo

We had everything we needed for our stay. The condo is quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect and the elevator was a pleasant surprise. All in all it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy in Vero Beach. We will return hopefully soon.

Excellent location with all the amenities you need!
Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. We have three young boys. The condo was perfect. It's on the first floor. You walk out the back sliding glass door and are just a few steps from the pool, and the beach is just beyond that. The condo is equipped with board games, beach toys, etc. Highly recommend!

Great weekend get away on the beach.
I booked this condo last minute so that my daughter and I could stay during her being evacuated from her college dorm during Hurricane Irma. We had a wonderful stay. Daniel was so attentive and accommodating. The unit is a great first floor corner with easy access to the pool and beach. The furnishings were plentiful. We will definitely be back! Thanks again Daniel!
