Oltre 150 piedi di lungomare privato è la caratteristica più maestosa di questa casa da 2 letti / 2 bagni completamente rinnovata. La piscina di 30.000 galloni, recentemente riaperta e riparata, offrirà sicuramente un'atmosfera rilassante tutto il giorno. Con una rampa privata per barche e un grande molo, la nostra posizione è ideale per gli appassionati di pesca o semplicemente per coloro che amano la tranquillità della brezza marina rilassante mentre sorseggiano il loro caffè mattutino. Si trova a breve distanza a piedi dai tramonti mozzafiato dell'isolata North Shell Beach, a soli due chilometri dal famoso Siesta Key Village / Beach. Barbecue sulla terrazza superiore con vista sul canale sereno dove vengono spesso avvistati delfini e lamantini. Sentiti libero di utilizzare i kayak per pagaiare nel Golfo del Messico!

A short drive got our toes into the one of the most beautiful beaches on the West Coast. Biking the Legacy Trail was amazing!! Sarasota Farmers Market on Saturday's is GREAT! Lot's of great shopping & dining experiences in Siesta Key & St. Armand's Square. Don't overlook Bread Bandits on S Osprey & Walt's on S Tamiami Trail. Both are worthy of 5 stars!

House was as described, clean and had the needed supplies for our stay. In a quiet residential area, about 5 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Worked well for us and our dogs. Excellent communication with the host, very helpful. No complaints

We hard a great stay. The house is directly on the water, my son loves fishing of the dock everyday. The private pool was a life saver. Chris, property manager, was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was very clean and as advertised. The surrounding area was great.

My family and I stayed at this property 6/23-7/1. Property was clean, great location. Pool was a great bonus. Owners were very welcoming and stayed in communication.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! Sunlight filled the main living area making it very bright and inviting. All the rooms were nicely decorated and the layout was very open and spacious. We loved the private pool and deck area! We had everything we needed and had a great time!

Really enjoyed ourselves here - beautiful spot and the house is great ( more to come when the rest of it has been done up too). Electrics are quirky but rather enjoyed solving them! Quiet position on the canal but only a short drive or trolley ride to the main beaches. Great range of things to use in the pool or take to the beach too

We could not have asked for more! Screened in pool that is consistently refreshing. Covered area outside the pool with a large couch and TV to eat lunch before getting right back in the pool. Beautiful fishing dock where a manatee swam right by us twice! Large kitchen equipped with everything you might need. 2 screened in balconies: one for grilling and one for drinks after the kids are all tucked in. We could hear the chattering of dolphins while relaxing on the balcony! The owners are fantastic with communication. We were in paradise for a week and cannot wait to come back! Thank you!!

This house is amazing. If you like the water, there isn’t a more ideal place to stay. There’s a drop in right there that you can use provided kayaks or we brought our own SUP boards and it was great. If you go right on the water it takes you to an island you can explore and trails. If you go left through the channel all the way out (only 15 minutes or so paddling) it takes you to a sand bar! If you’re feeling up to it you can also paddle out to Lido beach about 1.5 miles over the water away. Beats a 30 minute Uber to lido. The owner gives everything you need for the beach. If you prefer the pool, the facility is amazing. The house was also stocked with everything you could need for cooking, and clean. Host was great with communication. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a really great vacation spot! Very clean, close to lots of activities and the beach, but a private and quiet street. The pool was perfect, as well as the dock to fish. Great communication and overall an excellent vacation house. Thanks for letting us make our memories there!

We loved staying here! The house has its own boat ramp, which allowed us to bring our boat and enjoy it every day. We also loved the large screened in pool area. We would recommend this house to others!

Enjoyed the home and pool. Caught several fish off the dock. One suggestion would be new mattresses in the bedrooms. Great size for a family of 4.

We had a great stay and the house is amazing. It was absolutely perfect for my small family of 3. Hubby fished all week and at the end of the road there is a little beach at the bay. It’s a great walk and beautiful sunset.

This was the perfect place for us. Location with pool was great. Easy drive to the village and elsewhere. Host was very responsive with any questions. Hoping to return here in the future

We had the opportunity to spend all of November here and enjoyed every minute of it. Beautiful views, excellent location and so many ways to enjoy the great weather!

The property has great potential: however it needs new bedding. The mattress's were old and hard, almost like sleeping on a box springs. The pillows were so old they were an inch thick. The linens were very old and stained as well. The person we contacted was very concerned and nice. He replaced the pillows and gave us a mattress pad. It helped a little.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the tropical treehouse. The pool is lovely, and watching a storm from the tropical treehouse is very nice. Lots of outdoor living space and nice location. The pool is downstairs from the living space, no direct entry. The property needs some tlc, but we would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Siesta Keys. The beaches were beautiful and we had a blast fishing each night. The pool was a great thing to have also after coming off the beach each day.

This was our first time using Vrbo and this home was everything that we could have ever hoped for and then some. Chris was friendly and was always available to answer any questions that we had.
The location was perfect and just a very short drive to Siesta Key Beach and Turtle Beach.
The amenities were abundant and we especially loved the pool, private fishing dock and kayaks.
We even got to see the manatee in the channel while we were fishing.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this property.

What a great place to stay. Excellent location, easy access to anywhere. Quick response from owner with any questions. Pool is fantastic. If you like to fish, great fishing from the dock. Go to Walmart, and buy a saltwater Ugly stick rod and reel combo. It comes with line on the reel. Fished just to the right of the front of the boat. Used a Lindy-rig setup. Publix near by has frozen shrimp right before you exit the store for 3 dollars.

The living area is well kept, comfortable and has a great view of the intercoastal. All necessities on hand.
The pool, intercoastal setting and location to Siesta Key beaches and village and Sarasota make this a perfect location for a great vacation!! We will be back!
