What a place! Maurizio was an exceptional host who was on hand when we arrived to show us around the apartment, he also provided a complimentary bottle of prosecco which was great to have sitting on the rooftop in the evening. The apartment was super clean with our own private balcony, great to have a morning coffee, pre evening aperol. The location was incredible, 2 mins walk to Rialto bridge, super central and lots going on around. Plenty of cicchetti options in the immediate vicinity also! We couldn't recommend this apartment enough, a little gem !

Location and service!

The rooms were spacious (we had a junior suite) and comfortable. Maurizio the host was excellent! made us feel right at home. They go the extra mile with cakes, breads, fruit, snacks and drinks all laid out in the kitchen to help yourself when ever you please. We were even given a bottle of Prosecco as a gift on our arrival. the service truely made this stay our best so far. also the location is perfect! so many landmarks just a short walk (5-10mins) but the hotel space itself is a quiet little sanctuary! 10/10 would stay again

not a major concern as I imagine this is the case in most hotels in Venice but prepare yourself for carrying suitcases up a very steep flight of stairs. just know when you get to the top it’s all worth it!

Absolutely outstanding. The best place to stay in Venice for the price and cannot recommend it enough. The view on the roof is amazing and Maurizio the owner is extremely helpful. Lovely coffee and tea making facilities are available and a variety of cakes, bread and cereals in lieu of a traditional breakfast is available for all guests.

Only word of warning would be that there are some very steep stairs to access the rooms. So be aware that you may need to carry up a heavy bag to the top. This did not pose an issue for myself , although it may pose an issue for accessibility for handicapped individuals.

Wow, just wow! We stayed in Venice for only two nights but I couldn’t imagine staying in a better place! The location was amazing, with only 3 rooms in the building and a private roof terrace it was just an incredible experience. Maurizio was great, very welcoming and helpful!

I would have rated the property a 10 if there was air-con in the room otherwise it was perfect! (apart from all the stairs ;)!)

Wonderful room, it felt homey.. the location was central, walking distance to most of the attractions. The host was very attentive and friendly, there's coffee machine and snacks available ..

there's a staircase to get to the hotel, so it might be a challenge if you have problems climbing up ... for luggage, its not a problem since they have a motorized platform to take your baggage up and down.

We really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location in Venice and friendly host greeted us on arrival. Lots of nice touches that made our stay extra comfortable - e.g. chilled water and biscuits in the room on arrival, slippers etc. There is shared kitchenette area where you can help yourself to some cereal, yoghurts and fruit for a light breakfast, which was ideal. You can also access the rooftop terrace area which has a lovely view over Venice.

Not a problem for us at all - but just to note there is a narrow flight of stairs to access the property.

Maurizio was the perfect host. our room was spotless and in a perfect location for tourists wanting to explore Venice. we had our beds made every morning and provided with fresh towels. Maurizio had provided breakfast options of a morning, coffee and snacks for through out the day that all guests were able to have access to. the shared rooftop was a highlight of our trip, the views from the top were beautiful and there was plenty of seats for everyone. thank you so much for a lovely stay and making such a special holiday even better.

Truly a beautiful place to stay in Venice. We were given a very warm welcome by Maurizio, the owner, and he continued to check we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooftop terrace has a stunning view over Venice and we enjoyed our complementary bottle of prosecco up there, a lovely touch. The bed was very comfortable and the shared kitchen facilities were great for when we fancied a coffee or a snack. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again, thank you Maurizio!

Great location but with Venice everything is a walk lol would recommend only taking a day sack and walking to the hotel. It takes about 15 min walk from the main bus station. very clean and the gentlemen who met us at the hotel was really friendly and gave us a free bottle of pop! great experience and would use this hotel again.

It was such a comfortable stay. Our host had thought of everything - including cold still and sparkling water on tap, a fabulous coffee machine, complimentary Prosecco and more. our room was very comfortable and so quiet despite being 5 mins from Rialto bridge. Only 3 rooms in total and very private. Fabulous roof terrace but it was too cold in Feb to linger there. Lovely host.

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect. Some could find the stairs awkward as it’s on the 3rd floor and you climb from the street - but there is a chair lift.
