Наихудший номер в соотношении цена/качество. Стоил мне 47 евро в сутки. Мы прожили в нем 10 дней. Двуспальная кровать не рассчитана на двоих, - подушки невозможно зафиксировать во время сна, так как у кровати нет изголовья, и предлагается подушки опирать на стекло балкона. Поэтому одному из нас пришлось спать на диване. Также за предоплаченные 10 суток проживания оставили 1 рулон туалетной бумаги. Квартира маленькая, духовка с паломаным таймером, маскитные сетки дырявые. Расположение апартаментов возле масштабной электросети, поэтому в мини-спальне слышен гул от её работы. Но вид с 9 этажа красивый. Владелец на букинге указал время выезда до 11 часов, хотя фактически предупредил, что после 10.30 будет взимать плату за следующие сутки.

New, clean and comfortable appartment. Guard service in the parking. Air conditioner in each room. Any question and problems possible to write to appartment owner.

Communication with the host was very good, everything was so clean and with good taste. Even if we arrived late in the night, they inform us quickly how to get to the apartment. Quite place and a playground for kids near the apartment (if you have kids).

Everything was perfect.

Safe and quiet neighbourhood, although quite isolated and difficult to find the exact block (no one who lived there knew where block J would be) and it was difficult to arrange a pick up point for Uber or Bolt from here. The block is new and there are many families with children in the neighbourhood. There is a parking spot if you need it.

The bedroom is like a box and it is maybe 1-2m2 bigger than the toilet room (!!) which is really not clear from the pictures. And the bathroom is not big anyway The apartment gets extremely hot. When we stayed there, there were 20 degrees outside at night and max 28 degrees during the day (so quite a cold summer day for Romanian standards). We kept the AC running almost non-stop for 2 days at 17° (even during the entire night) and there were still 24° in the apartment all the time. So I think the AC doesn’t work. I can’t imagine how hot it would get on a normal summer day with more than 35° outside. The toilet is kitschy and the toilet paper is the cheapest possible (I didn’t even know 1-ply toilet paper still exists) - see my pictures The shower is disgusting and orange in the corners (the picture was taken in the first 2 minutes after we checked it) The host is not responding to questions. She sends the details about the address and then makes sure to remind you when to check out. But we had a question about the AC when we checked in (and we informed her exactly when we would be there). I wrote to her 3 times and called her direct phone number 3 times and she only replied 1 hour later. So we literally cooked in the heat for 1 hour! The host never replied about the blinds not closing. She said that there are 3 remote controls but after I told her that one blind cannot be moved with the remote control, she never replied back. So we woke up at 6 a.m. every day because the remote for the blinds was either broken or something didn’t work. I really don’t recommend this. The block for the studio (block J) is very difficult to find. Plus the light at the entrance of the block is either missing or burned so if you arrive late it is close to impossible to find.
