the property is like a little heaven ..everything you need is there Saturday market is Amazing with fresh , bio products from the farmers .

I loved the property / location / owners

This home is lovely! An old barn converted into a warm, and cozy space with beautiful modern details. It was a chilly day, our hosts had a fire going when we arrived, we appreciated this warm welcome. We had plenty of firewood to keep our fire lit. We were given a tour of the house and offered many suggestions for area sights. The home was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare our meals, oil, salt, spices, dishes, pots etc... Coffee and tea were available for breakfast. The baths, 3 showers and 3 toilettes all had soaps and shampoo. Heated towel racks are also available! It was nice to be able to control the temperature in our rooms. We had use of the washer/dryer and soap tabs were provided. This home is directly in town, a private gated yard has plenty of parking. A great bakery is across the street! Perfect location for sightseeing in Normandy. Our hosts also gave us some delicious local products to sample during our stay. The lost art of hospitality is alive and well in Gavray!! You will love your stay too.

A perfect location for a week vacationing in Normandy. Visits to Mont Saint-Michel, Normandy Beaches, Bayeux Tapestry, and the historic bell foundry in nearby Villedieu-les-Poeles were within easy reach. Beautiful garden for relaxing, and twice weekly market days made for a great stay. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great few days in Sam’s house! Sam’s parents were really helpful and gave us good advise on where to go and what to do. Property was clean and lots of nice thoughtful touches. Beds really comfy. The log fire was brilliant and made the evenings very cosy. The village is very nice and everything is close by. We highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Gavray , the house felt so homely we didn't want to leave. Welcome pack with cheese and cider from the hosts was a lovely surprise. Gavray is a great little town with everything you need. Definitely going to come back!
