It’s a lovely upstairs condo, well thought out, comfortable and well stocked. Communication with owners was positive and seamless. Our only complaint was the listing indicating the property was air conditioned. There is one fairly weak portable unit in the master BR. It kept that one bedroom cool but the rest of the unit was very warm (80+) the entire time we were there. We notified the owners who said we should rely on the “cool trade breezes” to cool down. With open windows, fans on full, we couldn’t get the place much under 80, even at night. I hate being negative, but this was not a very comfortable stay for us…

The condo was comfortable, well equipped, clean, and overall amazing! Communication with property owners was GREAT! Very quick to respond, detailed instructions/information provided, and so friendly and helpful! The staff at the property were friendly and welcoming and the activities and things to do at the property were GREAT! Would love to come stay again! Highly recommend!

This was such a fabulous property. Breathtaking views in the perfect location on the north side. The entire community was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The host was quick to respond and provided so many helpful insights to the best beaches, places to park, and where to eat that were spot on. Providing beach equipment was a huge plus as well. This property did not disappoint and we can’t wait to get back.

We were very impressed with this ocean view condo. It is clean and tastefully decorated with a nice island vibe. The location is great and the property is well-maintained. The swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court and nature trail with fruit trees were all highlights for the kids. The price was reasonable and the value high.

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Between all of the activities offered on the property to all of the beautiful places to visit in the area, I wish we had another week to experience it all. The home was amazingly clean and the views from the lanai and kitchen were gorgeous. The only surprise we had was the addition of a $15 per day parking fee which maybe I missed in the fine print?
Other than that, everything was perfect. We definitely would stay here again if we ever make it back.

Our stay was absolutely amazing starting out with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine from the hosts. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. Albert and Anita had sent an email prior to our visit with their recommendations for activities, restaurants, and beaches which helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted to do. We could not have asked for more from a property and would definitely return again to this specific condo in a heartbeat!!

Our group loved this place! There were 5 adults and 2 kids and it was a bit tight at times but we would definitely stay again! The master bedroom/bathroom with its own lanai was very nice. We had all meals on the lanai looking at the ocean. We saw whales in the mornings. The condo amenities we lovely-swimming pools and hot tubs, playground, green space for kids to run and everyone to watch sunsets, paths to walk. We had a blast!

Our stay at The Cliffs was amazing. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Albert was very responsive when I had questions and their website is very helpful in planning our week. We will definitely bring our family back!

This is our second time staying in this particular condo. We love The Cliffs and this condo has one of the best views! The hosts have it supplied with everything you need. We especially like the closet with the beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The beds were comfortable and we really liked the breeze at night! Albert and Anita are great hosts and their communication is great! They will help you with any questions! Thanks again Albert and Anita for a great stay!

My wife and I travel frequently to Kauai and all the other islands. We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo! Very impressive how the owner Albert and his wife thought of everything a guest may need and made sure to supply it. The service was excellent and the views from the balcony are out of this world.

“Breathtaking Oceanfront Condo” in Princeville is exactly what this is. Albert And Anita were very helpful and communicative. They made our stay a pleasure. Loved the views from the lanai in the morning and the sunset over Hanalei Bay! What more can you ask for?

We loved our stay at the Cliffs. Our view was memorable; every day was gorgeous, whether it was raining or sunny. Our beds were super comfortable, the deck/lanai was perfect. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi at the community center. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked breakfast every morning. We enjoyed going to Hanalei, Poipu, and hanging out in nearby areas (like Annini Beach and Kilauea). The roosters and the Nenes were fun to watch. We can't wait to stay here again.

My first time to the islands. Wanted a slow relaxed pace so chose Kauai. This condo at the Cliffs was perfect. Loved the lanai overlooking the ocean. And it’s a short walk to the Adirondack chairs at the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Amazing. The pool with waterfall feature is a nice place to cool off and relax. The condo had everything we needed. Loved being able to do laundry. Had a beach day and the closet had more than we needed for that!

Our stay at this resort was an overall great experience. The patio provided a beautiful place to relax, play cards and watch the ocean all day long. The rooms were accompanied with gorgeous Hawaiian decor and stayed relatively cool throughout the day. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances necessary to cook all meals. The location was ideal as it sat on the ocean and was convenient in proximity to the town.

This place has everything you need- great views, close to everything on the north shore, everything needed for a great beach day. The owners were so responsive and accommodating for us. This was by far our favored stay in Hawaii!

We loved this unit at the Cliffs. It is so well appointed and truly, of all the places we have stayed over the past several decades, this was by far, the nicest. Not only is the tropical decor absolutely lovely, all the little touches--like toothbrush holders and flowers in bathroom vases--make the condo so homey. My son said upon entering, "This looks like someone's well kept home." My son is a coffee lover, and although it took him a while to get the hang of the Espresso machine, he did master it and made delicious coffee every morning. The owners left a canister of fresh coffee beans.
The unit has all lots of pots and pans, knives, utensils, rice cooker, juicer, (even a lemon squeezer) and the linens and towels are high end. The artwork on all of the walls is beautiful, and atypical of most rentals.
The view is spectacular!! On our first night the sunset was other worldly.
Anita and Albert were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. The bedroom AC malfunctioned, and they immediately had someone replace it!
There are multiple games, puzzles and books in the various cabinets, and the back lanai has many chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment, and an umbrella for the beach. Many fans make the unit comfortable. We cannot recommend this unit at the Cliffs more highly.

This is a very nice place and the owners have thought about all the details. The kitchen is very well outfitted with all you would ever need for meal preparation.
The views are perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and any time spent on the veranda. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice getaway.

The view from this condo can not be beat! Amazing to sit on the lanai and relax. If you decide to cook in the well appointed kitchen you will never have a better view doing it. The place could really use new bath towels and a deep clean but we would stay again. Comfortable beds too.

We’ve stayed in various units at The Cliffs. They are all fantastic and this unit was no exception. Beautiful views and great amenities. This unit has too many items to list but suffice it to say, it has everything you need to have a relaxing and fun time. We hope to return!

We had a great stay at this condo in Princeville for 4 adults and an infant! The views from the balcony can't be beat. While there aren't really any beaches within walking distance, we were a 15-30 minute drive from several beautiful ones that we wanted to try in different directions. The pool and other amenities at the resort were all really great. And the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking!

We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of the best equipped places we have stayed. From the latte machine, to the lawn chairs and beach toys, the extra touches really made it that much more enjoyable. It is in a great complex, and the kids loved the pool and park. The view and breeze were amazing. Thanks to Albert for being so quick and responsive to our questions!

Loved staying here! The views from the deck were stunning. Had everything we needed in the condo for meal preparation. Great to have a washer & dryer available. Would highly recommend this property if you want to be on the north shore of the island.

Before we arrived, Albert emailed us with helpful information for planning our trip and time. The check-in process was a breeze. We had an issue with the tv and Albert had fixed it immediately. The condo is well appointed and had everything we needed to make our meals. We enjoyed watching the sunsets every night from the balcony. The views from this condo of the ocean are spectacular. There was a food truck one night so we didn't even have to leave to get dinner. The property is fantastic!

Everything was seamless and the view is out of this world. We loved the activities closet and utilized most of what was offered. The hot tub at night was soothing and the hidden trails were a bonus we weren't expecting. The sound of crashing waves along the cliff will always be something I think about. Thanks for the amazing honeymoon experience! It couldn't have been better!

The view from the Cliffs is phenomenal as usual, the grounds and pools were great, and we couldn't ask for anything more. The property owners were super nice and responsive to any questions we had. Albert was the most kind and generous property owner that I have ever rented from. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need. From spices & condiments to a fun storage cabinet, with boogie boards & snorkel & even coolers and chairs! The wifi worked beautifully, with my son taking a Advanced Calculus final, which required a phone with camera on wifi, plus his laptop to take the test (so it is very suitable if you need to do some work while there.) We only stayed 5 nights because he headed to Poipu for the remainder of our stay, but truthfully enjoyed Albert's unit so much we would have happily stayed there the whole time. As for AC, we used it one night, and then was not necessary, as the windows open, even in the loft was more than sufficient to have a nice breeze through the unit. The view is spectacular. I sure hope to come back someday soon.... Thank you to Albert & Anita.
