Stayed here for five nights. Property is clean, comfortable, and is in an excellent location as we could walk anywhere in the downtown Annapolis/Eastport area. Mark was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Annapolis. It was a convenient walk to downtown and several great restaurants in Eastport. The house was impeccable, the beds and linens very comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. The host went out of his way to communicate restaurant ideas and other information to us and was pleasant to talk with. The owner has a locked section of the house on the back so there is no back door on the property for renters to use. We could access the backyard by going around the side of the house. The owner was not staying there during our visit and stayed at his other property. He did need to stop by while we were renting but communicated that via text so we would know when he would be on the property. The wine bar and bakery close to the house were lovely and the ease of parking in the roomy driveway was wonderful!

We had a great stay here in Annapolis. The property is PERFECTLY situated for exploring the area and the local community is friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evening amd talking to those walking by. The home is walking distance to nearly everything!

This property is in a perfect location; close enough to downtown Annapolis but far enough away to be out of the crowds. The neighborhood has several convenient, delicious restaurants near by so we avoided the boat crowd and the Navy football crowd. The front porch is delightful and so fun to sit in the sun and great all the neighbors that walk by. Everyone was very friendly. We had a great time.

Great quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of Annapolis’ sights, restaurants and the Naval Academy. The house has beautiful wood flooring and well decorated. Host Mark was an excellent communicator and responsive to our requests.

A very well maintained home away from home

Loved our stay in East Port. The bungalow was clean, very well appointed, and extremely comfortable. Walking distance to everything - a 5-minute walk to the circle with pubs, restaurants, and USNA gate 1 - yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

Mark's place is clean, neat, tidy -- always the most important thing for me. Though it's small, it's plenty comfortable for 2-3 people. Good seating in the living room and front porch, and a place to work in the dining room. It's also in a terrific location, just a 10-minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Eastport, but also DTA. Perfect for USNA events, where parking and access to the Yard can be tough. Finally, Mark was responsive and respectful. A great experience all around!

Awesome location... perfect for my wife and I for a long weekend visit. It's close to Annapolis, but not too close. Great places to eat within easy walking distance. The house was super clean, Mark was very helpful, and we couldn't have asked for a better place. Would definitely book again!

Nice location, comfortable house with front porch and off street parking. Only bathroom is on second level. Stairs are narrow and steep, no handrail, so the stairs and shower may be difficult to use if you have balance issues. Very close to street with a surprising level of traffic noise but handy to area attractions.

My husband and I and a friend stayed here for the weekend primarily to attend the Navy / Air Force game on 9/11. We have visited Annapolis several times but first in this location. We enjoyed walking to several neighborhood restaurants and sitting on the front porch saying hi to neighbors (both 2 and 4 legged!) as they walked by. Easy drive in and out as well. Mark was super and I expect we will return. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This lovely home in Eastport is very close to historical Annapolis. It was a short walk across the 6th Street bridge, and we enjoyed being a little removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. There was also a driveway to park, and we realized that was important once we started to try and park in the historic district! The house itself was spotless! The kitchen is very well equipped and quite big for the size of the house. The living room furniture was comfy and looked new. Best of all, the beds were extremely comfortable! After a day of touring and walking, that was much appreciated. Mark (owner) was really helpful and called before our stay and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The only caution is the shower is in a high sided claw foot bathtub, so it may be a challenge for someone who has mobility issues. We would definitely stay again! Check out the Boatyard Bar and Grill just down the street.

This house was actually better than it looks. Property was great and more than accommodated our family as we visited our recently commissioned officer. We cooked, grilled, and relaxed. Mark was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I only wish we had discovered this home sooner.
