Good location

The bathroom is not cleaned properly. Mouldy throughout the silicone around the bath area. The entrance to the terrace from the room is locked, and there is no access. No kettle and cutlery in the room, everything in the share kitchen. Was feeling like I was staying in student accommodation.

The property was very clean and super easy to find , the apartment had everything you need , including a place where to prepare your food , forks , plates , glasses etc .

There wasn't a thing that we didn't like ! Everything was super nice !

Great location, close to the Kardiolita. 15 min walk

Smell of oil (chips,chicken nuggets)from kids' playing area. Didn't like noise of the ventilation during the night, was hard to sleep. Otherwise all fine.

Did not know there is breakfast..

We liked the location of the apartment! It's great to reach the city centre or other areas of Kaunas. We had a bit of a problem with the lobby door and phoned the number that came up on the booking.com, the lady who picked up the phone was really nice and understood the issue, next day it was fixed. We liked the terrace and spent a few evenings there, with comfortable outside furniture and swings. After all, every question that we had before the trip was answered right away, well done!

We got the room, with the kitchen. The idea behind this was to cook breakfast or make some snacks in the evenings, ended up not using the kitchen at all due to the heat and mixture of smells that you can't ventilate. The room is too small and too hot, there is no proper ventilation, windows are massive, but only the small ones that you can open, every day it was plus 25 Celsius in the room, kids were getting crazy from the heat, there was no way to keep the room cool. We put the kitchen extractor on, but it didn't help at all... There was other people's hair on the bathroom walls and in the bath, lots of them came off when my husband put the jet bath on. It was quite nasty, so used a shower for the whole week instead. The bathroom itself it's quite small, with no space to move, especially with two small kids that need to be showered, washed, etc. No bin bags, no dishwasher liquid, no kitchen towels to dry off the dishes, all these little things, but it is just small things that you can get in the shop, but if I would, I would have prepared for it, ended up running into the shop next day morning to get stuff. No one came through the week to clean the room or at least hover the floor. Sorry for the messy floor, but there was no broom or hoover to do it yourself or I couldn't find it, because, with kids, especially the ones that crawl and spend most of the time on the floor, hoovered carpets are a must. No spare bedding, and no spare towels throughout the week, knowing that is so hot in the room you sweat in the bed, you go for a shower more often... All these things need to be thought of. Also, we don't think that water from the tab is drinkable... The colour was yellowish/greenish, so we just bought the bottled water from the shop as didn't want to get poisoned.
