The condo is at great location, there is so much room for everyone in it. Definitely go back.

The condo was very clean. We loved the location and the size of the property.

All family members that stayed were adults and the accommodations were perfect. The room was very spacious. The amenities were great as well. We were only there for a long weekend trip for Oceans Calling music festival and we appreciated the start up package of products.

Guests varied in ages from 5 months to 73 years and we all enjoyed this beautiful place. Plenty of room for all of the baby paraphernalia. Rooms are big enough for teens to relax and avoid the annoying adults. Lots of living room seating as well as patio furniture. If Ophelia wouldn’t have joined us, it would have been perfect! But we had great accommodations to watch the storm blow by. Owner responses were very fast prior to and during our stay. Highly recommended!!

We are a group of 9 ladies ranging in age from 59 to 76. This condo was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped for what we needed. The location was ideal. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and right on the Boardwalk. Unknowingly, we booked during Bike Fest. We had no issues with noise or crowds. In fact, it added to the fun. Communication with the host and management was seamless. We highly recommend this unit.

Communication was impeccable. Location can’t be beat, and the size of the condo is great for a larger family. We’ve stayed in this building several times before, but the bottom floor is our fav as you can walk a few steps to the beach & pool

This unit worked out well for my brother who is in a wheelchair and needs a hoyer lift to move from bed to chair.

This condo was amazing. We had 9 people in our group and the place was big enough that we weren’t clustered in one spot. It was very clean and looked even better in person than online. I can’t wait to book another trip to this condo.

pool wasn’t cleaned but other than that this was an absolutely perfect location and property, i visit the boardwalk frequently and this is by far the best location i’ve stayed in terms of convenience! overall great stay id definitely recommend !

The property was just as pictured. Steps from the boardwalk, we were able to walk just about everywhere. The owners were very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

This was a final vacation with my mom, as Ocean City has always been her favorite. We had 7 ppl in our group but there was plenty of space for 12-14. Location was excellant. Close to the shops and places to eat, on the boardwalk. Beds were suprisingly comfortable.

Great place to stay!

Rented this large beautiful condo for a girls weekend (7 total) Perfect location, can walk to a lot of restaurants. Beach just steps away( boardwalk was under construction but the temporary entrance was just 1-2 blocks up) We had more than enough room for all of us. Enjoyed the pool deck in Nov for some sunshine ( pool was closed for season) Owners were great, with excellent communication for any questions that we had. Will come back soon!

Even Ian didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay, lots of wind and rain kept us in but busy doing puzzles and playing games. It would be great if the property did not close the pool until the week after the Endless Summer cruise in, more often than not there is superb weather to enjoy the pool!! Our 5th year for this weeks vacation!! Fun!

My sisters and cousins and our moms like to go to the beach every year. This was the perfect place for a group our size. Very nice and clean. We loved the location. It was easy access to the beach.

Our family group loved the condo and location. We hope to go back next year.

I really want to give this place a five star rating because Bob right at the beginning was the greatest. But I cannot overlook the cleanliness of the unit in general. The more and more I kept looking it was terrible. You come to a rental to have fun and you spend the first hour cleaning no I did not call or text the manager. I did afterwards. But it really isn’t cool to just before you’re ready to get in the bed and the sheets still had hair on it from the last people and my daughter had sand in her bed and stains on the sheets. Then the next day, the teenagers wanted to get in the Jacuzzi tub and it was full of hair. Every inch of the floor had sand on it I had to clean all the floors with the vacuum they left in the closet which was convenient. The tub kept plugging up in the other bathroom. Last but not least one floor something was leaking in the laundry area and soaking the floors in front bedroom. But it was ideal location the convenience of having everything there with the dishes the dishwasher the washer the dryer the linens the pool. That what makes it positive. I’m sorry bob. My family was gross by the linen and the tub which to me that really bad. I know you offer to send a crew out immediately. And I didn’t noticed the sheets till later we were ready to get into bed. Who wants a cleaning crew in your condo when your ready to go to bed. Thanks bob for all the positive and willing to offer to help. For amount of money we paid that should been the most important thing about the unit. Thanks Bob for everything. Sorry couldn’t give a 5 star.

This place is great for family or friends to vacation in ocean city. You can walk right out the back of the place and be on the boardwalk or to go on the beach.

Unit was just as advertised. Was clean, and very spacious inside. We had a great time here , great location . When we had questions host was very helpful and answered our questions right away.

We always enjoy taking our vacations to the beach in the fall or winter. First time at this location but what a wonderful find! Great location on the boardwalk, steps to the ocean, and still plenty of places open for a fun off-season vacation. The condo is very spacious, bright, and comfortable! The fireplace is terrific for cooler days and nights. Looking forward to a return visit (or two...)...

This was a frustrating trip, but I want to say the owners of this condo were excellent and easy to communicate with. I can’t fault any of our issues with Bob and his team, but we ran into many issues. The first night we moved in, the condo next door was filled with a family who constantly smoked weed and cigars the entire time we were vacationing. The smell was so awful that it made it difficult to go into the pool area and at times, the smell seeped into our condo and forced us to go outside. The first night, we called the cops to report this but because the fine for smoking weed in Maryland is so small, most people don’t care. The second night, we called the cops on the neighbors again because they decided to party on their outside deck at 3am and woke us up. The third day, we woke up to vomit all over the pool deck which was disgusting. It was hard to sit on our deck with the constant swearing and inappropriateness of the people in the pool right outside our patio. The people staying in the other condos were loud, weed smoking partiers and there really was nothing we could do about it. I am not blaming anything on our condo owners, but we felt helpless that there really was nothing we could do to improve the situation. We stayed at a hotel after we left this condo and noticed the next day the pool was closed at the condo. I wouldn’t be surprised if the tenants had caused the issue. We’ve been visiting Ocean City for over 30 years and have never experienced the constant smell of weed everywhere like we did this year. It’s really a shame. In regards to the condo, the rooms were large, the bathroom jacuzzi tub was great and we loved the big kitchen. Bob, the owner, and his team were always available when we needed them and they were very quick to respond to our messages.

Everything from booking to completing the vacation was fantastic. Can’t wait to do it all again next year.
