Reserved this property for my family and i to tour UCF with my senior daughter. Property was very clean and well maintained. The pool was awesome and the layout of the house with the rooms and family room was very spacious. Each daughter had their own room and my wife and i had a room that was just far enough away. John was excellent to deal with and always available.
Would definitely recommend a stay here

Overall, our experience with the house was very nice. The pool is great and the location of the house is convenient to major Orlando highways and the airport. John is absolutely professional and provides excellent communication. Our family had a a really nice time floating in the pool, hanging out in the kitchen and dining room, and relaxing on the very large and comfy couches. The kitchen was well stocked. It was also great to have such a large wash area! Thank you!

We were in town to move my little brother into his dorm at UCF. The house was clean, large and close to campus as well as Disney Springs and that area. This house had a lot of special touches that made it feel like a vacation! Starting with the welcome sign, snack basket, toiletries and more. The property manager was extremely helpful during booking and throughout our stay. We caught a small bass from the dock and had a blast in the pool! It was fun and we really had a great stay! Thanks for everything!

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located near shopping, grocery, drug stores etc... Very safe community. Best host ever. Great communication before and during our visit. We enjoyed the nice "goodie basket" of snacks on arrival. John even offered an early check in that was helpful since our flight arrived very early in the morning. The home is FULLY equipped with lots of unexpected items such as extra ice, condiments, spices, bathroom supplies and more. Kitchen has all the needed cooking/baking essentials. Our family enjoyed the pool and even witnessed a Space X launch in the evening sky. Would definitely recommend this home and we will be coming back in 2025! Thanks for making our time in Orlando so much fun!

My friends and I stayed for the weekend and had a lovely time. We enjoyed drinks and dinner on the back porch with the canal view. The home is spacious with plenty of lounge areas. The host was helpful and communicative.

House is nice, spacious, and has good amenities. Really nice personalized welcome with snacks!
Proximity to Orlando area attractions and things to do is great, neighborhood is a little dated and could use some cleaning up, but this house is tidy and has plenty of necessities and the finishes and furniture are comfortable and accommodating. The owner is extremely nice and communicative, would definitely recommend a stay here. If you have a larger group like we did, the dining and living room areas were big enough to enjoy eating and playing games together.
The one drawback was the motion-activated camera situated on top of the refrigerator, that didn’t sit well with us (I turned it to face the cabinets), as it was facing the kitchen and into common area and toward the hallway where the bedrooms were located. Otherwise, great little spot to stay.

This property was perfect for our party of 8. Plenty of open space to congregate and make family memories. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The canal was a nice opportunity for the fisherman in the family to spend some of our down time from the parks. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of space to spread out and everything that could be needed was provided. John is a great host and easy to get in touch with. He made sure all of our needs were met and we had an amazing vacation!

We felt at home staying at this property. There were plenty of dishes for our group of 7 adults, we used the grill a couple of times and cooked breakfast for our 3-night stay. Easy access to highways, groceries, and gas stations. We would definitely stay again if we came to the area again. The Host is very responsive to questions and helping out.

Location was 15 minutes from the airport. I was traveling with my parents(late 80’s) to visit my brother. The house and pool allowed us to relax and enjoy our visit.

Property and host were terrific. 5 stars each. Communicating via Vrbo was impossible however. Vrbo was to remedy this over past 2 months and never did. Had to use phone not IT offered by Vrbo. But property and host were terrific.

We loved everything about this home. John was a wonderful host and always easy to communicate with. If i had a question he was on it. We had no issues with anything, the house felt like our home the entire time. John even left us a welcome basket. Will recommend this house and even return to this one again.

We (4 adults and 3 kids) stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and I’m so glad we did!
The location was absolutely perfect. We were in Orlando for a birthday party and needed somewhere near UCF, but most Orlando rentals are near the theme parks. Definitely didn’t want to deal with that chaos! So I was thrilled to find this house, just 8 minutes away from the party venue, and super close to a million restaurants, shopping, etc.
The layout of the house couldn’t have been better. It has a split floorplan so the master bed/bath was on one side of the house, and the 3 other bedrooms and second bath were on the other side. My child-free aunt and uncle took the master, while my family stayed on the other side. This was great because my kids could stay up late and make noise without it bothering those in the master on the other side of the house.
Also really liked that there were separate living and family rooms, both with super comfy sofas and TVs. Again, my kids were able to spread out in one room and watch what they wanted, while the adults could hang together in the other room with their own TV and there was no fighting with kids on what to watch.
The pool was great and we were in it every day! I was specifically looking for a house with a pool so we wouldn’t have to leave for kid entertainment and I’m glad I did.
John was a fantastic host. Fantastic communication and the welcome basket with snacks was a very nice touch.
Will stay there again for sure!

We were in Orlando for our daughter’s college graduation. We came from PA, NJ, and CA for the occasion. The house was spotless and well-equipped, and there was even a welcome basket for us (much appreciated, John!) We enjoyed time by the pool and my husband loved sitting on the dock watching the fish. And those reclining couches are the BEST!!! If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, John, for your hospitality!!

This property has everything you would ever need and beyond. We swam, we ate BBQ, we actually caught lots fish in the canal, and that was just outside. The house itself was more than accommodating. Everything needed and more. When you first walk in there is a sign John puts out that welcomes your family home. It truly feels like your home. John also went above and beyond in a way that really made our vacation. You know what I’m talking about John. THANK YOU AGAIN JOHN!!! See you in the future.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We enjoyed the home and the pool very much. Great location and nicely stocked kitchen and miscellaneous toiletries were available. Super convenient to have a washer/dryer with detergent included so we didn't have to bring home dirty clothes. John's communication was quick. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood which have sidewalks. Thanks for the welcome basket. A big hit with my kids :-)

From the time we booked our stay in Orlando, To the time we locked the door when we left, the experience was fantastic. The accommodations were wonderful, the house was spacious and clean. In town for my dad’s Memorial with extended family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and table space. The beds were comfortable, too!

We stayed at John’s place for a wedding weekend in Winter Park. The home is on a quiet street but convenient to grocery, restaurants, etc. Our kids loved the pool and the couches with recliners. Easy drive into Winter Park. John was easily reached with any questions, and he left a very nice welcome basket with snacks.

We tagged along and came here for my husband‘s work trip at the Siemens training facility. The boys and I swam and relaxed until Daddy got out of class and we could explore. It was the perfect location and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. It had the most stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group came to Orlando to see a concert downtown and we ended up enjoying the rest of the weekend by the pool. House was large and in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was very clean and well appointed, with lots of open space and living areas to relax. The pool was lovely, and it was nice to watch the various birds on the canal. The host was very attentive and responsive, with lots of little details that were very thoughtful. We would definitely book this home again!
