over all nice little house

Location of the house was nice and convenient. Neighborhood was quiet, except the four dogs in the yard behind the property, that constantly barked. Host was super nice and quick to respond. Cleaning service was an issue for us, as dog hair from what we assume was previous renters was still all over furniture and carpets. Another cleaning issue I will not post publicly as it's not on the host, but all is worth noting since you are charged a large cleaning fee when renting. The only other issue was the front door lock, it could literally take 3-5 minutes to get the door open, if it opened at all, as it's an extremely old lock. The whole cylinder was loose when turning the key and didn't want to engage. The alternative was sliding under an old garage door that's falling apart and using a secondary entrance which was very inconvenient and quite embarrassing as we had family in Daytona come over. Overall was decent but these issues being resolved, which would be a cheap easy fix, would have made all the difference in this experience. Many have had a wonderful experience there as was written in a beautiful thank you book, but unfortunately ours personally should have and could have been better. As is I would not recommend, but if these issues get resolved, then anyone would have a great experience at this location.

Great location and one of most well stocked homes I've rented. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Certainly an older beach bungalow, but I'd rent again.

This place was so convenient for everything we needed to do. 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway and 10 minutes from the beach. If you are feeling Ming to Daytona for a trip I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Hope to visit again and will stay here if it’s available Tommy

The house was extremely clean and exactly what we was looking for. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us, the beds were comfortable and the sun room was a great place to relax and enjoy the weather. Jen was an amazing host and was very quick to respond. The location was great! Will most definitely be back.

Had to work for 2 weeks in Daytona Beach and this was way better than a hotel. Loved the location and amenities.

Got with the owner and checked to see if we could arrive early. No problem. Weather was great. Ideal location central to everything we wanted to do. We were down for bike week and we were hoping we wouldn't wake the neighbors. Meet the neighbors and they welcomed us like we had been there forever. Thank you to all for all the friendship.

Great location just minutes from everything. This house has all the comforts of home while on vacation. I honestly can’t think of one complaint about this house. The neighbor is really cool and friendly
