Very very friendly hosts, made a constant effort to chat to you when entering/leaving. Made sure we were okay multiple times and constantly asked if we needed anything.
Really fantastic customer service and great value for money. We were worried at first about the bathroom facilities situation but it’s great. Minimal rooms so it works absolutely fine. We never found ourselves having to wait for the shower or toilet so it was great.
Bed was a little springy but it wasn’t really noticeable unless you was in a certain spot but didn’t affect our sleep.

Location great for centre of Blackpool. Could park car outside of property, some fees for parking but reasonable.

Great location a few minutes from the seafront, Tower and shopping area. Hosts are very warm, welcoming and friendly, and gave us helpful tips on places to eat. The room and bathroom facilities were very clean. Great value for money
The bed was a little uncomfortable, but we still slept fine

The location is absolutely perfect.
The hosts Bev and Alan were very friendly and obliging. The room was clean and tidy and exactly what we needed staying with two young children. The home cooked breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay again.

Quiet .comfy not too hot very pleasant
Only fault was it was very light the room when dark because of street lighting but I like total darkness. Also when I booked it hadn't realised it wasn't en suite but to be fair we never bumped into or waited to use loo.and they was extremely modern and clean. Thanks for lovely stay 😁

The hosts was brilliant and so welcoming and brilliant with us as we had our 1 year old boy with us. Perfect location just behind the winter Gardens so near everything you need and the beach but quiet area for if you have children. Can't not fault anything with this place 100% will stay again

Wonderfully stay lady was absolutely brilliant and friendly made us so welcome an made sure we were all ok would highly recommend and will be returning place was absolutely spotless

location was great as we wanted to explore blackpool seaside, arcades, etc. the host was really lovely and the room was clean and comfy. it was overall a very affordable night as we were a group staying in the family room
shower and toilet is shared but it was so clean
