The location was perfect, parking on site, very close to many amenities. I know the area very well, and remember this building, it has been lovingly and tastefully renovated. Bruno was an amazing host, on hand for any requests. Brought back a lot of memories being in the area, as theres much to do and see. Wonderful

I dont drink tea, so soluable coffee would have been ideal, as another option in the room for the mornings, even if its not very Italian :-)

We were intoxicated by the beautiful frescoes on the ceiling of our bedroom in the Coral suite. They are indeed magnificent and they make the deal! The historical dimora is a short walk (5min tops) away from a small beach with crystal clear waters. The location in very close to the city of Pizzo, walking distance by the main road, so if this is your destination of choice-great deal! Tropea is a 30min drive and a 40min return drive. The railway next to the building is very silent as it is only a couple of passenger trains passing during the day and the railway is new. The road passing under the window is quite frequent but gets silent during the night. we’re light sleepers and didn’t have issues. The building is newly renovated and mended by a family. Nice new renovated hotel near the sea. Small, but comfortable rooms. Great location near the beach. Friendly staff.

Renovated, modern interior. Easy and convenient check in. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good location, close to the city and the beach. Convenient free parking. Free cold drinks and tea.

Unfortunately, the whole house and especially one of our rooms (Giada) smelled like mold very much. The smell was even soaked up in the pillows and my daughters couldn’t sleep. Also there was no Wi-Fi in this room. The building is being renovated at the moment (August 2022) and there is a construction site around it. This was not a big problem but this should be communicated. The sea view room (Acquamarina) was noisy with an open window, due to the street and train nearby. Keep in mind that the nearby ME restaurant that is advertised in the hotel is gourmet (Michelin) and highly priced.
