The house was in good order and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet.

The washing machine could wash only cold. It felt a bit like 1950 to me. Washing results were accordingly.

We love everything about this accommodation. Comfortability, close to shops and highway to Napier, perfect size for our family of 4 and has all necessities. This is our 2nd time booking this beautiful home and we will definitely be back in the future 🥰

Absolutely nothing

The property was exceptional providing a perfect central location to enjoy the regional attractions of Hawkes Bay. The presentation of the property matched the photos and description and the comfort levels were superb. Having the space afforded by an entire 3 bedroom home made our stay very enjoyable and provided a great base to return to. Will certainly stay again.

The home smelt clean and welcoming. As advertised, it is a stunning home. Very tidy, and has many extra features to make anyones stay comfortable.

Great property not far from the centre of town. Clean and comfortable.

The property would benefit from a few additions to the kitchen (i.e. Large pot to cook pasta, coths to wipe down benches, another chopping board etc).

The location was great. The house is new with a good layout and a nice kitchen. We were able to park our car in the garage which was useful. The house was warm and the door code was easy to operate.

* The single bed had a broken leg and would collapse when by son moved around in his bed. * The bathroom toiletries in each bathroom were not satisfactory. There was a half filled bottle (i.e previously used by someone else) of some type of liquid for use in the bath, and a very unpleasant smelling half full bottle (i.e previously used by someone else) of shower gel in the showers. An executive property should not skimp on these types of items. In my view, you are better to exceed expectations in this regard. * The pillows were lumpy and unpleasant to use and not of good quality for this type of property. * The fridge/freezer and oven not not cleaned upon arrival (i.e. had been previously used by someone and was not clean). * Although we did request an earlier access to the property before 3:00pm to enable my son's medication to be put in the fridge, access was not made available until after midday, by which time, we were already at the competition venue for duration of the day and could not leave togain entry until after 6:00pm.

Lovely clean house handy to everything. Plenty of cups, glasses etc. Good layout for 4 Adults 1 Child. 2 bathrooms a bonus.

Some pillows were really poor - no support in them at all. A bedside light in twin room would have been good.
