Ogni unità a Tiki sul Guad condivide un fronte unico sul fiume e un'area comune. Sul fiume un patio in pietra personalizzato con paratia in cemento fronteggia la lunghezza della nostra proprietà. Completa di sedie a sdraio e scale che scendono nel fiume, questa facciata è diversa da qualsiasi altra sul fiume. Appena sopra il patio si trova un'area comune a due livelli che comprende: una buca per il fuoco, un'area per grigliate, un televisore a schermo piatto all'aperto, sedie per amache, altoparlanti esterni, mobili da giardino per esterni e molto altro.

Wifi e ricezione cellulare sono limitati su River Road, a causa della zona! Il servizio può entrare e uscire!

Disponiamo della proprietà con tutti gli utensili da cucina di base (piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole e padelle). La nostra impresa di pulizie fornisce un pacchetto iniziale di carta igienica (2 rotoli per bagno), asciugamani di carta (2 rotoli in cucina), spugna (1), sacchetti per la spazzatura (3), pastiglie per lavastoviglie (3), saponetta (1 per bagno ), salviette per il trucco (2 per bagno), sapone per le mani nei bagni e sapone per i piatti in cucina. Forniamo abbastanza asciugamani da bagno per la capienza massima dell'unità e metà degli ospiti conta per asciugamani e panni per lavare. Consigliamo agli ospiti di portare cibo, articoli da toeletta e teli mare di cui potrebbero aver bisogno durante il loro soggiorno!

Le spese di pulizia coprono il costo delle pulizie per entrare, e capovolgere l'unità per il prossimo arrivo, specialmente durante l'estate quando abbiamo un tempo di turnover di quattro ore. This listing is not as accurate as I would have liked. It is not directly on the river its about 200 yards from the river.

We love the location of these properties because the access to the river is ideal for both children and adults. We’ve stayed at a couple of the houses on this property and this house had plenty of room and we enjoyed our stay. The house had a smell like a septic tank was near by and the overall cleanliness of the house could have been better. Overall it was ideal for our short stay and we enjoyed being here.

We love the location of these properties because the access to the river is ideal for both children and adults. We’ve stayed at a couple of the houses on this property and this house had plenty of room and we enjoyed our stay. The house had a smell like a septic tank was near by and the overall cleanliness of the house could have been better. Overall it was ideal for our short stay and we enjoyed being here.

Potentiall renters, ask lots of questions before spending the exorbitant amount of money on this rental! While my family and I were able to have a good time together at this location, the astronomical rental price is not warranted for what you get. The managers of the property will tell you it's very clear what to expect, based on their listing, but that wasn't the case for us. We expected a home on the river. What we got was a home about 150 yards from the river, with no view of water. To reach the river, you have to travel down a very steep ramp, and you'll find a common area that includes river access. I would suggest asking for a site map to understand the layout of the property, prior to renting. Based on the pictures in the listing, all the adults in my party believed we were renting a space on the river, understanding there was a common area for river access. In the end, disabled members of our party were not able to get to the river, unless brought back and forth in a vehicle. Next, ask for the agreement paperwork before the cancellation period ends. The managers of this property sent an agreement for me to sign a few days before we were to arrive, asking me to agree to "pop-ins" by the managers, to agree to being asked to "leave immediately" if more than 18 guests were at the property, and to agree to a maximum of 4 vehicles for parking. Additional parking is made available for a fee at the nearby icehouse, or you're told you can park additional cars at the HEB parking lot, which is not a short drive away. Next, when we called to see if the property could accommodate 2 day visitors, we were told that we could not be accomodated and were alerted to the septic system being an issue and that's the reason for the 18 person maximum. We did smell sewage inside the home on multiple occasions during our two night stay. In addition, the home is located across the street from an icehouse and general store. While the general store came in handy for a few forgotten items, the icehouse had live or DJ'd music both nights we were there. The extremely loud thumping bass didn't stop until 12am both nights. This kept several members of our party awake until then. Another item to note, especially for those who aren't able-bodied, is that there are a lot of steps to navigate throughout the home. Each room seems to be on a different level than the next. In the end, we thought location would make the rental price worth it. It does not.
