Geen verwarming met de jas aan geslapen niet schoon, vies hoofdkussen, wc en kleedkamer bij zwembad vies ook geen badjas of handdoeken bij het zwembad. Dinner was slecht duur en bijna koud eten, nagerecht in een wekpot.ook raar vonden wij.zonnebank stuk.geen koffie op de kamer.

Het heeft een mooie ligging in de natuur, maar daar ben ik niet geweest..

Het is een karige kamer. Het oogt oud en gammel. Er zijn geen extra dingen als bodylotion etc. aanwezig in de badkamer.. Nee, ik was niet onder de indruk.

The rooms are too out dated, in Dutch; vergane glorie. If they renovate, then it will be great again.

Room was okay because I had a room with a new bathroom.

I felt that the whole ambience was a bit impersonal. Some staff were not particularly friendly. It was a nice evening and the terrace was closed which we were told in a very blunt way.

Just passable hygiene. Old and scratched furniture. Hotel room door doesn't close properly. Altogether shabby room, significantly overpriced. Lots of house rules apparently aimed at obnoxious teenagers (not allowed to eat or drink in hotel room). Surprised by expensive parking and tourist tax, although it was a business trip.

the breakfast was quite good with a great variety of possibilities and covered european, english and americal style. The beds were quite comfortable.

The cubbard in the room was not only ancient style it did not really come up to a standard modern furniture. It was shabby and not suitable for elderly people.

The outdoor area looks very nice

The pool water was way too cold & the pool was the reason i booked this place, so ofcourse i was very dissapointed, also there are swimming class lessons in hotel pool, also not what i was expecting.

Inside rooms the design and old furniture was very old. Noisy hallway and doors where not soundproof.

The hotel looks nice, very elaborate. Food was great, service excellent

I didn’t like that when I chose a place with spa and pool, I need to bring my own robe and towels. Everything is extra payed. We stayed at Comfort room- the only thing of comfort was the nice size room. Bathroom tiny and shower uncomfortable to shower. Bed, combined of two single is moving around with you, sliding.

Breakfest and beds were fine.

The room was old and not really good cleaned. . Swimming pool was also not clean..

The hotel has offered what I was looking for in order to spend some time on my own and recharge the batteries: nice ambiance, quietness, gym & wellness. The location is great with the forest around suitable for long walks.

The impression from a nice stay was spoiled during the moment of checkout. I received a bill that was slightly higher than expected, on my question why receptionist informed that there were two people having breakfast this morning. I asked her to double check as this must be a mistake - I am staying on my own. Receptionist invited two other staff members who insisted that there was another person with me during the breakfast (?). Which is quite funny, because obviously I was the only one on my table. In the end staff members have apologized for this misunderstanding and presented me a souvenir as a compensation. I find it unacceptable to add random items to the bill of a guest and keep insisting that the charge is correct and the guest must be delusional. The processes of registration of the usage of services and communication among staff must be improved internally in the hotel. So my advise is to carefully check what was added to your bill and be prepared to spend some time on the discussion.

Awesome place and equipped with almost everything, absolute value for money.

rooms were large (had 2 junior suites), friendly staff, breakfast and dinner okay and quiet area.

despite that all basics were okay/good the place has no real atmosphere, good for large groups but i would not recommend for couple or family. the wellness area needs attention - if you book specific for wellness you would be disappointed. all guests have to walk some 50 mtrs to the entrance , which is no problem, but the owner has two parking spots right next to the entrance and gives a wrong message on hospitality to vistors and personnel.

The staff was so rude unprofessional .I received call from reception at 7 am requests me to leave the hotel now or they will call the police ,i asked them about the reason they said that the manager decided and i must to leave immediately .i refused and asked them to call the police or give me back my money they refuse it was very bad experience .I left the hotel without any explanation.
