Complex was fine if a little dated

Staff in poolbar need to be more polite, + the whole poolbar/ Cafe needs a good cleaning, especially where food is being cooked + served.. .. Other staff lovely!

The pool bar is very conveniently close to all rooms but give also no privacy as every one in swimming pool area can have a look at what you are doing unless you keep the curtains at all times. Staff was kind and helped wit all requests made The location is good for hiking but bad otherwise The price, but of course it is a "supply and demand" thing.

There is no privacy at all as all apartments face the pool area where the bar & "restaurant" (the actual restaurant was closed with the pandemic and did not reopen). Also you can hear the other guests over night as the walls are quite thin (i.e. snoring or toilet sounds ...). The furniture are mostly old and worn out with damages, stains and scratches. There are so many scratches on on the floor tiles, for instance, that it is hard to tell when the floor is dirty or simply damaged. The beds are not comfortable at all and quite shaky and the sofa, for sleeping, is even worse as you cannot make it really flat therefore you have got to sleep on it with a constant slight slope. The location is good for hiking but bad otherwise. In fact there is a very limited choice of restaurants and supermarket nearby and you are more than 2KM away from Caleta De Fuste. Bottom line, I would only recommend the place for up to two guests (3rd & 4th gust has to stay on the sofa) that plan to spend most of their day outside the room (in the pool or hiking) and just come back in the evening . Definitely not for a family with young kids.

This is a very underrated place with great staff and great guests foods good bar staff great and the best reception staff you could ever want

Apartment was clean when I arrived and if you like staying by the pool bar all day long during your holiday you will be probably happy over here but I like discovering the island more, staff is alright

The hotel looks old fashioned. The cleaning is only three times per week not every day. I don't mind that but the bins and fresh towels should be changed every day that's my opinion, hotel is quite far a way from everywhere if you don't rent a car it is a pain in the ass to be in here busses usually coming ones or twice an hour not always at the same time like they should and if they are full the driver won't take you anyway and you will wait again. Don't forget your face mask for your journey. Hot water from the tap is boiling hot 🔥 in the apartment. I have burnt myself twice just be careful about that. If you are taking a shower the water is coming everywhere and floor it can be quite slippery, the shower basin is very shallow. Kitchen is very basic equipped take your cooking stuff with you salt, pepper, knife, an opener for wine,.... But other stuff is alright.

Nothing the place was dirty and run down and definitely not how the pictures and advert made it seem the bedding and furnishings were dirty and dated and not kept to any standard and the room stank

The overall style and layout of the complex. The friendliness of the staff. The peaceful location of the complex. Overall value for money.

The cleanliness of the poolside area in particular the sun beds could have been cleaner. The water pressure in the apartment was poor especially in the shower.

The friendly staff, pool and live music. Quiet at night. Self catering.

A little out the way from the centre, however taxi,s regular and resonably priced at €4/€5.

I only have objections to the cleaners... there is a kitchenette available in the apartment but there is absolutely nothing to clean after yourself! I don't have washing up liquid, no cloths , no wipes. When I left the dishes in the sink because there was nothing to wash them, the cleaners did not wash them and they didn't throw out the rubbish. When I asked the receptionist about it I heard that I have to buy dishwashing liquid and cloths myself!! is is absolutly ridicules!!
