We liked Room 201 for its balcony, responsive air conditioning system, fridge and the cleanliness. Breakfast although a later start was plentiful and fresh. The location is also very good with of a variety of restaurants, supermarket, shops and the main market, nearby. The long sandy beach with its wonderful promenade an array of cafes is within an easy ten minute walk away.

We booked this hotel specifically for the available private onsite parking advertised on the website. On arrival, this was not the case. But fortunately being May and low season we were able to find free parking on the road The other negative is the lack of a duty receptionist.

Ligging, prijs en comfortabel. Tweede verblijf hier. Vriendelijk personeel, nette en schone kamers. Zou het iedereen aanbevelen.

Vrij goed budgethotel met lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer en de badkamer zijn compact maar voldoende groot, in verhouding tot de prijsklasse.

De frigo was meer een bewaartoestel voor wijn, dus niet echt koel.

The room was cleaned daily. There was friendly faces and the whole hotel was comfortably clean and welcoming.

Before we arrived, through this app, I requested twin beds due to us being friends and not a couple. When we arrived it seemed they were not prepared as we were given a double bed.

The Wi-Fi was a little slow and dropped out occasionally, OK for surfing the net, but restricting for playing films and videos.

La limpieza muy buena, pero las bañeras no se llevan ya. A mí particularmente me constaba entrar x un problema de rodilla que tengo. Son incómodas creo para todos, es mejor una ducha mas cómoda, necesita moderninarse un poco, ya que no estás en tu casa nos gusta estar cómodos ya que lo pagamos. La A.cliente buena. No tenga el garaje en el Hotel no es muy cómodo, este a dos calles, no se no gusta mucho.

Las bañeras, pongan ducha mejorará mucho, la nevera q tienen no enfría nada, estaba más fresca el agua de la máquina q de la nevera, un poco más decente no?. El A.C. no enfría nada está puesto encima de la puerta y no refresca casi nada, deberían de ponerlo en otro sitio donde de mas aire para el rato estás allí?....

La cama era muy cómoda y la ducha estaba muy bien también. El desayuno estuvo increíble.

Unicamente, por poner algun pero, el secador de la habitación anclado con un cable tan corto que no te ves casi en el espejo al secarte el pelo

The location was excellent, the hotel is situated within a 5 minute walk of anything you could need, beach, bars, restaurants etc. The room was a little cramped but ok for a week, the breakfast had a great selection of fruit, pastries, cheese etc and the staff also offered bacon and eggs. ONLY negative on breakfast was the toaster took an eternity to toast the bread. The staff were also pleasant and very attentive.

From the pictures you can see it's a basic hotel, in reality it's barely basic. Its like your grandmas room in 1970. This hotel choose to put in an elevator that speaks and tells time, weather forcast and news items..instead of upgrading their rooms that desperately need it. We left before the actual checkout date

Great location near the beach… Family run business….. my car got towed away on the first night because I parked in the wrong place by mistake… the owner took me to collect it, dealt with the police and made sure everything was sorted… I offered to pay him but he would not accept any payment… certainly went above and beyond.

Parking was a little difficult

This is a nice hotel quite close to the beach in Guardamar. The service is great and the breakfast buffet has all you need. You get the coffee served at the table and their omelette is wonderful! The room we had was spacious and even had a small fridge for keeping drinks cold. Secure parking is available close to the hotel, 15€ per day.

It had air con, thankfully. Rooms were clean.

The hotel is very old, a bit run down as decor has not been updated in what seems like years. Very very basic and old. In the evening it was not possible to get a drink, even water and ice.
