Clean hotel, bar was nice, pool was nice room was also nice. I would go back if I'm ever in the area.

The staff is unpleasant and condescending, precisely the assistant manager, who received us at the reception. If I hadn't paid online yet, I would have gone elsewhere.

The hotel has many facilities and is near a huge shopping mall.

I was offered to check in by internet and so I did. Still had to wait upon arrival before my check in was confirmed (again). The part of the hotel I was staying was not very modern.

My expérience in summer for my sister’s wedding exactly Thursday 4th august when I checked in I had lots of flies in my hotel room when I say lots believe me I could count up to 50 of them. I have videos and pictures. Like an infestation from behind the bed, under the bed, by the curtain, the carpet, under the furnitures, even on the bed and the ceiling. I request to move rooms the lady at the reception convinced me to stay in that room that it’ was normal during summer time, his collègue came up to inspect the room with me after seing all the flies that I killed and rest of them everywhere he told me all he can do it’s to spray the insecticide while I’m waiting. I was so shocked and couldn’t believe both suggestions. i was so traumatised did not close my eyes the all night even though they moved me in an opposite room on that night after a lots of negotiations and complaints. the staff on duty that day has attitude and was inconsiderate to cut it short I requested to see the manager on duty the next morning and complained. I was moved to an executive room free of charge for the rest of my holiday.

Clean and comfortable room.

Only one breakfast possibility, full buffet breakfast at 20 euro or no breakfast at all. Poorly attended front desk. Check in was easy but we were not shown to our room which took us about 10 minutes to find in the large maze like complex while we struggled with our luggage. Fancy electronic kit in bedroom but no welcome customer leaflet to tell us about how to use it, or about the hotel. Large modern but characterless hotel isolated in the middle of a motorway junction, without direct access to shopping centre nearby. Only practicable access is by private car. No hotel shuttle service to Nivelles centre. Instead of kettle and supplies in bedroom there was a coffee pod machine with a small number of pods which we did not know how to use. No biscuits. No room service menu.

The reception personal were very an pleasant and not welcoming

the restaurant was good, they serve nice food and also the service is good. They make you feel really welcome. It is a bit expensive but prices are clear on the menu.

the room and the toilet were too small, the bed and the pillow unconfortable. There is an higway nearby so the noise is unbearable. When I waked up there wasn't any hot water and I couldn't have my shower

The hotel was clean and also surprisingly vibrant which we enjoyed in the sense that the bars and restaurants were full and with atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was excellent and staff kind.

The room was very hot and even with the airco on and window open it made for a little bit of an umcomfortable night. Even though the beds were good. The breakfast was chaotic and too busy. Hard to get even a cup of coffee.
