J’aime cet hôtel pour son charme et son emplacement dans la vieille ville devant une station de tram.
J’ai été logée en face dans une annexe qui sont plutôt des studios avec coin cuisine, moderne, propre, sans âme.

Très bel hotel calme et parfaitement situé. Personnel charmant et de bons conseils.
Pas de clim dans la chambre (comme la rue était très calme, la fenêtre ouverte et le ventilateur nous ont suffi), le petit déj pourrait être plus gourmand et proposer plus de choses non-emballées

Nothing,the receptionist are totally unprofessional and trying to scam customer by putting wrong bill. And keeping that money in there pocket. The receptionist put extra 130 euros without informing us and she thought that we will not notice. When we notice it asked for the details where we spent this 130 check resturant or CCTV camera. She start shaking her lie get caught and then she prepared another receipt.
Second in morning no one was at reception and we have to screem to search so that some one can open the door. It was very painful we bang the bell multiple times and search all rooms for help but it was really painful to see that such a good hotel have such an unprofessional staff in reception.

Fijne ligging. Mooie moderne kamers (SET) en sfeervol hotel met cafe en restaurants aan de overkant van de straat.

És molt acollidor i està ben ubicat. L’hotel té racons bonics i el pati és un luxe. L’habitació era enorme i molt maca.
No vem trobar els llits gaire còmodes.

Very clean, spacious modern room (felt like a small studio) with nice decor, cleverly designed
The shower head didn't stay fixed in position and slid down and into the corner so had to be held which was a slight bother. Also, the Nespresso machine on button was impossible to find so some instructions would have helped. Decaf pods or English breakfast tea bags would have been great but not a big deal just a preference. The biscuits and chocolates were presented as being gratuitous but were on the bar menu so luckily we checked.

The bartender was great. He was on both nights we were there and he was very personable and helpful, plus he made great drinks! The rest of the staff was also excellent but he really stood out.
Art Room Number One was disappointing I had expected something more and had paid more for it and three mobiles was much less impressive than expected.

room one of the Art Hotel was not great in that the art was less then inspired

Lovely staff welcomed us and we're really helpful with parking information. Our room was big, the bed was HUGE. It was really clean and warm . Breakfast was superb. When we left we were given water for our journey which was a nice touch.
Mini bar was expensive. Water was free.
