Centrally located and clean! Very nice place to stay!

The welcome, early access to the room, comfortable bed and great breakfast made the hotel the best value for us. I appreciated early access arranged by Rachel on reception. Parking was facilitated and the room was easily large enough for 3 adults. The breakfast was delicious, and we ordered poached eggs which were done quickly, and the buffet was excellent quality.

There's a bit of subtle racism towards blacks by the white staff. The breakfast was the same for the entire 10days plus we stayed there.

Its location and the rooms were large and spacious.

Les lits étaient confortables, l'emplacement idéal pour visiter Cork. Le personnel était à l'écoute et réactif. Possibilité de garer le véhicule sur un parking sécurisé mis à disposition à proximité contre 12 euros pour le séjour.

Le lit parapluie de notre fille de 11 mois n'avait pas de matelas il a fallu le réclamer à la réception mais ils nous ont simplement fourni des couvertures à mettre au fond du lit parapluie. Cela a malgré tout fait l'affaire.

One lift not working

Location is good.

The babybed we reserved didn’t have a mattress, which was not clearly communicated. Consequently, our baby had to sleep in our bed. When this was addressed, the staff didn’t express any feeling of responsibility.

Location close to city centre with some car parking onsite if lucky (which we were)

Unfortunately had fire alarm go off at about 9:30pm and had to evacuate for about 15 minutes before they could reset alarms.

Location beside bus stops and very close to shops and restaurants. Lovely view over river, we saw seals one morning

The plentiful selection at Breakfast. The Irish Fry was especially good

The central location to the bus and train station and into town. We had the best night's sleep.

Location is great and we liked the secure parking.

The location was great, as was the breakfast.

It was a shame we couldn't park at the hotel. All spaces were taken for the two days we stayed. And while the breakfast was excellent, we had to pay for it separately. I think an inclusive price/offer would have been preferable. Finally, there were bare patches in the bath ie areas where the enamel was missing.

While technically this isn't really the hotels fault, I didn't get much sleep at all due to the noise at the back of the hotel. If you're staying here, ask for a front facing room. Many unsavoury characters hang around the parking entrance gates at the back of the hotel until at least 3am most of our nights and they're not quite at all. This hotel would do well to reposition the gates so they're upto the path so the unsavoures have no where to sit.

Location was very central

The hotel is right on a junction, and our room overlooked it. As a result there was constant noise from traffic and we didn’t get much sleep!

Great position. Lovely to have a room overlooking the river. Such a pretty view.

Was a bit disappointed with the selection of food for breakfast for a coeliac diet, only 1 cereal and 1bread available, no GF Sausages or pudding, pancakes or croissant either. Also, toilet rolls very poor quality.

The location is absolutely brilliant. Easy walk to everything and the bus station is right next door

As Australian we are accustomed to having a fridge in the room
