floor in the shower got slime as soon as wet means it has some fungi on it , someones hair in the bed, mattresse remembers WW2, walls are not sound isolated and we woke up in the night few times because we thought someone is walking beside our bed it was so loud

My checking time was on 15:00 o’clock according by host , and I was 15:00 outside by apartment and waiting for host or host message about door key or codes , it’s -1 degree temperature outside , After waiting some minute I called my host and asked about door keys or codes to entered in room it’s really very coldest evening in my life , my host replied I must wait 15 minutes and she on the way to come us with door codes , after 15 minutes I called her agian , but she replied me agian I wait 15 minutes More , I stayed 30 minutes in cold outside of apartment building , at last . She came and we entered in apartment but still I don’t have key or codes that times , I asked her agian about keys or codes she replied me there is something problem she will send me door keys later in message after 40 minutes I get my door entere look codes This is not normal I paid full amount for apart from 15:00 to 11:00 but I stay 40 minutes in cold outside + 30 minute agian stay in room for wait door codes , I can’t accept this I want my partial fund otherwise I am going consumer court to file case It’s really embarrassing for me I am on first date with my girlfriend , just imagine what impression on her about me

The apartment localization.

Cleaning: The sofa bed is very dirty, the rug in the living room too, and they forgot the broom in the bathroom. Old items: towels, the bed sheet has holes, everything is very old. There is no rug in the bathroom and the entire floor is wet. Small shower for my boyfriend who is tall. Apartment on the 1st floor needs better curtains and protection from daylight. Parking the car was very difficult: first you have to pay trough link (why don't they already include it in the daily rate? I wouldn't mind paying for more convenience). After you pay trough the link, the garage control is in the safe inside the apartment, then you have to go out again to the parking lot.

The location was close to my office that was the positive thing about the place.

The room was exactly how it looked like in the photos, comfortable bed, neccesary equipment in place

walls must have been really thin as we could hear all the neighbours, if someone is looking to sleep in it may be difficult

There was no body wash and shampoo.

Building is located close to the shopping mall and city center (approximately 15 mins by public transport). The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Additionally, there is a small terrace with a set of garden furniture so you can enjoy morning coffee during warmer days.

In the bathroom under shower was a bit unpleasant smell of humidity. Also, would be nice to have more smooth communication with the person responsible for the property.

Very convenient check-in and check-out procedure. Very clean and cozy atmosphere inside.

was a ground floor apartment, no fencing so felt like living on the road. outside sounds trickling in. parking was expensive.

Very comfortable flat, easy to get to the city center, there are a lot of shops nearby. Private parking in garage for additional cost. Safe in the apartment. Photos of the apartment are true.
