Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas „beengt“.

Super Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war weitestgehend freundlich und hat vieles ermöglicht. Sehr gute Ausstattung.

Eine Person des Services hat uns mit seinem Verhalten fast den Urlaub verdorben. Aber zum Glück war dies nur eine Person. Alle Anderen haben uns mehr als überzeugt.

Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet - auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geignet Sehr gute Unterstützung hierbei von der Hausdame - hat uns einen Duschstuhl ins Zimmer gebracht :-) Hotel liegt etwas abseits von der Dorfmitte, jedoch alles gut zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Der direkte Weg mit Rollstuhl zur Rezeption, Speiseraum und Bar von unseren Zimmern, war hier durch eine Treppe unterbrochen. Hier musste man entweder über den Hof/Parkplatz oder per Lift über ein anderes Stockwerk

Actually, everything was great. The staff made my birthday a very special day for me with a reserved table for a breakfast, and a special present and great decorations on the table. Thank you so much for this experience!

The view from the hotel was overlooking a big field where you can sit and enjoy the view forever.

Food was OK. It would have been great if we could sit outside for breakfast and enjoy the superb view but it was not equipment due to the wasps and everyone was only sitting inside which was difficult to understand as you go to this place for the view and the nature.

The location is great on the edge of Obertsdorf with beautiful views and only a 10 min stroll into the centre. Tony in the bar was great and Antonia in reception was also great., and both spoke excellent English. All staff we met were friendly.

the aircon only would go down to 18 degrees and cut off continually through the night.

The staff were very Accommodating with any issues that I encountered and the facilities, room, location are excellent but the price relates to that.

With current restrictions in place for hotels due to Covid 19 there is an issue with regards to eating in the restaurant in the evening. Unless you are a half board guest there is no room or availability for you to eat in your own hotel due to the restrictions in place due to numbers. I would therefore suggest that this needs to be highlighted on the website or booking site prior to someone booking that this is an issue or come up with a system for example offer room service for free to anyone who wants to eat or a time slot availability or a reduction in the price of a room as a full service is not being offered. I would however like to praise the staff for their excellent help in sorting out this matter while I was there.
